27/03/2025: We visited Taste of Italy for the first time yesterday to try their breakfast menu, and it was so good that we had to come back again today for dinner! Everything we ate was 10/10. The tomato soup was rich and full of flavor, and the ricotta pasta was absolutely delicious. You can really tell they use top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was great, and the owners were lovely too. Canβt recommend this place enough. We are looking forward to our next visit!

20/04/2025: The old house restaurant in arklow serves beautiful food but the service has a lot to live up to, I don't think the servers have been trained properly, which is the management's fault, this not the first time in this restaurant and the service is always poor
17/04/2025: Myself my husband and young son love this place,we called in Wednesday 16th April around 2.30 it was extremely busy and had only one waitress on playing a Stormer looking after everyone,we felt so sorry for her as she was literally on the go keeping everyone happy her name is Denise she deserves to be applauded for her service,she was friendly,fast and is such a. Asset to the old house,the food was amazing as always and great value for money,another pleasant trip thankyou π

05/04/2025: Food was very nice. I have had breakfast there which was a great hangover cure plus a meal in the evening which was great value and very tasty. Staff here are very welcoming
24/03/2025: The food that each of us got was exceptional. I have eaten here many times, but the food has definitely gone up a level. My food was so tasty and large generous portion, but looking at the plates of food my other family members had ordered, I was jealous as it looked so tasty and they confirmed it was. Canβt compliment the food enough. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and accommodating.

23/02/2025: Amazing food and lovely staff! Always a great time when we visit! Dog friendly so our dogs really enjoyed their time with us having brunch!
Amazing sausage rolls, delicious toast options and huge and tasty breakfast burritos! The coffees are lovely and made with patience too!!

Best Take Away in Arklow by Far but Iβm calling on the good citizens of Arklow to form a protest outside until the Hot Chicken Wings are returned to the menu !!!!!
05/04/2025: Made to feel very welcome by the owners and she helped with my menu choice. The katsu curry is identical to wagamamas and delicious. Only comment is that the plate was a bit small so not much room to.move things around.
Will definitely be back for the lamb curry she recommends and also I saw Mongolian beef which is another one of my favourites if it is like pfchangs... :)

07/03/2025: Beautiful afternoon .lovely treat with nice sandwiches n goodies. Scone were delishes. Great staff nothing was to much bother. Tea n coffee flowing. Very exciting to dress up in victorian clothes time went so quick would n plenty of chatter between everybody.great day out xx

Fantastic service.
Otstanding Atmosphere.
Couldn't fault anything from start to finish.
Will definitely be returning for more delights. We only took photos of starters! We had Goats Cheese with a Rubard, Pistachio and onion crisp and Sea Scallops. 2 great choices! Unreal! For mains we had Featherblade beef and Goat. Both fantastic. Portions sizes were extremely generous. Everything was so so more'ish. Getting hungry just thinking about our dining experience. Highly highly recommend π

04/05/2025: Well hidden eatery, situated in an industrial area.This was recommended by the chaps in the NCT testing centre ....and they were spot on!! Well worth checking out.Basically a container with covered area.But don't let this put you off. Service was quick, with good portions. In fact I couldn't finish as there was so much. Staff were amazing, serving with a smile and a bit of crack.
