11/04/2024: Great pub to have a chat and have a drink (preferably a few pints) outside of the usual big pubs.

Very food quality for price - meat was soft and succulent, cooked just right. Good amount of meat in the meals
Busy place and i can see why! Enjoyed our meals and thank you - good honests businesses that dont charge fair prices are hard to find nowadays

01/11/2024: Stopped for a break traveling from Swords , Co.Dublin to Bundoran Co.Donegal , Soup , brown bread , tea and some Sherry trifle, welcomed in and we'll looked after, how good is that , had the same again on the way home.
02/10/2024: Every time I’m in Ireland, we visit the Lavey Inn - Seamus & team are warm & welcoming. Whether it’s soup, tea or a pint - it’s all yummy. We even have a ‘regular table’ by the window. 🙏🏻

15/09/2024: My husband and I wanted to take our Finnish friends for a nice meal.
We arrived before 4pm and were told it’s carvery until 4pm and after that we can order from the menu. We bought drinks from the bar and went to the table. No one paid any attention to us, so we went to ask for the menus ourselves. We then waited for half an hour and again no one came to ask if we were ready to order. The place was half empty so it’s not like they were too busy and there was staff walking around, they just wiped some tables, but never bothered to take our orders.
So we just walked out and will never go back again. Very disappointing.
09/09/2024: Food is nice but little expensive, the restaurant is not very clean but in general it's not so bad 😊

27/10/2024: I judge eateries by their ability to make a toasted sandwich.
Datses banged out a toasty of note accopanied by a stunning little salad rather than a few ill placed, cheese and onion crisps as is the norm for most coffee shops. I find it tacky and lazy and somewhat a rip off.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
A top-up coffee would be nice, though.
Dining outside during summer is nice. One negative is the place is crowded inside.

Amazing food large choice from menue catering to all dietary requirements. Service was fantastic Will defiantly be back. Cannot reccomend enough.
