04/10/2026: Misleading pricing. I got the club sandwich and noticed when I sat down that my total was more than I expected (1.50 more if I recall). The sandwich menu is priced by bread type then has a list of filling types to choose like BLT, tuna melt, etc so you pay based off the bread you pick rather than the contents. I queried it and was told it is because there is a surcharge for the 'extra meat' in my sandwich and that it was on the menu. I accepted this, presuming I missed something on the menu. When I was leaving I looked at the menu again and saw that there is merely a black dot beside the club sandwich option. Nowhere on any signage does it say what the dot means or that it indicates a surcharge. The dot looks like a stylistic feature. At absolute minimum the cashier should have warned me that there was a surcharge for my sandwich, if they are going to hide the surcharge on the menu. This is extremely misleading - I struggle to see how this doesn't breach consumer protection and sale of goods law.
