14/05/2025: I had a snack box deal yesterday, and the chicken was brilliant! The fries were brilliant, and the food was hot and ready! I like eating here all the time, and hopefully I come back here next week in the future! 👍👍

22/03/2025: Ridiculous. Ordered two meals and arrived home and was missing chips. Won’t be back. It’s not that hard to get a simple order correct

11/08/2025: I've ordered doner kebab meal which was a very disappointing. The meat was too thick and old, no taste at all like jelly and there is no garlic or any sauce in it. Never ever reccomend this place.

01/08/2025: I placed a large delivery order and was severely disappointed. The pizza was squished and damaged ( the delivery biker had dropped it and squashed it with his bike) and still delivered it in it's awful state. The kebabs were inedible, the charcoal grill was burnt. The chips were also squashed by the delivery driver. Appalling service. The delivery driver was blaming the shop the shops blaming the driver. Not good enough as I wasted my hard earned money on inedible low quality food.i had guests over that had nothing to eat and had to reorder from elsewhere due to the quality of the food.

09/07/2025: In my opinion, this is the best spicy bag in Cork. Presentation wise, lemon tree spicy bag is in a snack box, which is nicer, other places just put into a bag. Price is also cheaper than other places. Chicken is tender and not that dry compared to other places. Cash only though but you can go to Galvins Carry Out nearby to get cash.

02/07/2025: Pub qui fait restaurant (attention, c’est pas noté devant, faut entrer). Très bon rapport qualité prix, ambiance sympa, on y est retourné 2 soirs de suite.

20/08/2025: Meat is slightly underseasoned and slightly too dry. Portions are decent. The overall meal is very dry because there is a lack of sauce, even though I had sour cream and salsa in it. There is not many flavours really as the balance between components is lacking. Ingredients however seem to be off decent quality.

26/07/2025: Got the quesadilla in here was lovely and good value. Plenty cheese and chicken would recommend it!! 😁

31/07/2025: Leftover from 3 weeks fish&chips and was hard feel like I broke my teeth. First and last time Never call again

20/05/2025: Ordered from here recently again after leaving Cork years ago. Was pleasantly surprised at how tasty it was. Loved it.

16/03/2025: Brilliant stall in the marina market. The service is great and very helpful. I want sure if I wanted a full or half chicken so they gave me half and half. What a great service!

31/07/2025: The chipper is by no means bad and I come here from time to time but I was here recently and I have say the service left me annoyed and feeling short changed. The price advertised for a burger and chip was €6.95 and when I handed in my €10 the change I was given was €3. I know its only 5 cents but if their prices say €6.95 I expect €3.05 back. I doubt I would have been charged anything more than €6.95 if I had used my debit card. Giving your customers their correct change matters!! The other thing that annoyed me, and while I was ok with the outcome, I found the lack of asking problematic. I personally enjoy salt and vinegar on my chips however, I know a lot of people don't. When the staff member was serving the customer ahead of me he poured the batch of chips into the tray and asked the customer ahead if they wanted salt and vinegar to which they said yes, the staff member proceeded to dress the chips accordingly and served them. Then when it was my turn the staff member just bagged the remaining chips in the tray and gave them to me without asking if I wanted salt and vinegar or not. As I said, it made no difference as I personally like salt and vinegar however, many people don't and I found this to be unprofessional. I would suggest that the owner and staff need to review their business practices.

05/07/2025: I stumbled upon Curry House last week, and I’m so glad I did! The food is absolutely amazing. The onion rings were crispy and golden, and the curry sauce on the chicken skewers was rich, nutty, and full of flavor. You can tell everything is freshly cooked. Definitely my new go-to for a treat!

26/05/2025: Placed an order on Deliveroo, order was accepted by the restaurant - 5 minutes later I received a call from Deliveroo that the order was cancelled by the restaurant as it is outside their delivery zone. It is a 12 minute drive away and they are currently still accepting orders to the same location on their website and Deliveroo? Now I have to wait 5 days for a refund, instead of them not accepting orders to places they “don’t deliver” and then changing their minds.

04/04/2025: I know if I’m writing here that it’s BAD! Genuinely worst pizza I’ve ever tasted - it had no taste apart from salt and oil - genuinely horrendous- ordered two “dip” under the “dips/sauce” section and paid 2.50€ for a “cheese” and “bbq” - received grated cheese in a small tub - sorry but where is the dip? What in gods earth do I need 2.50 of grated cheese in a tiny pot for? I have a block of cheese here - I ordered a sauce! And the bbq tasted so sour - it was bloody awful! I am so angry as we ordered this for a birthday at our house and what we got for 40€ was not worth 20 - the Chicken in the pitta was ok but tasted cheap- we ordered this food at 5:05 and it was ready for delivery at 5:15 - some people might be happy with that but I don’t think food of good quality can come out that fast and taste good and this CERTAINLY did not . People work hard for their money and expect at least something half decent . The delivery driver was professional and we tipped him but will never order again. We had wanted to order from there for months but kept putting it off because it’s expensive . Seriously try your own food .

01/03/2025: Only place we could find open in Douglas got a burger did the job a bit plain but ok when you had nothing else chips were nice pizza good

30/07/2025: The cakes here are great. I got a lemon meringue and it was the best I ever had. Definitely worth a stop if you’re nearby. Staff are lovely too.

11/05/2025: I went in the store around 5 PM. There was hardly anyone in store. Only one person working, he took my order. I ordered 3 Chicken Kebabs and 1 Vegetarian Kebabs. He said it will take 20 min. but it took more than 30 min knowing the fact that only he was working in store little delay is understandable But , when I reached home there was no vegetarian kebab, all 4 kebabs were chicken. I called store to inform that we did not receive vegetarian kebab, the person on call was adamant to accept that he did not gave vegetarian kebab. He was again and again saying that he made on his own, it’s not possible that vegetarian kebab is not there. I told him that I am opened all the 4 kebabs and all have chicken in it. He was not at all ready to listen to me or accept this let alone apologise for his mistake. In the end I had to hang up call with no apology, no vegetarian kebab and no refund. I was so frustrated but he did not care about it. He was only fixed on he made it on his own. I paid and did not even get to eat anything. I would not recommend this place at all.

30/07/2025: Dinos is a Cork institution and we expect super high standards based on our consistently fantastic experiences in other Dinos locations. However, we were shocked by the quality of the culinary experience we had the misfortune of enduring due to this place. Hard, bland chips. Fish had a sour aftertaste and had multiple hairs in it. Burgers were OK. Staff were nice. Couldn’t pay me to visit here again, especially due to the likely poor return due to the extortionate prices for the standard of food you receive. Dinos Douglas is about 5 minutes down the road and upholds MUCH higher standards than this location. Disappointed.

13/06/2025: Ordered fish and chips, the worst piece of fish ever, it was overcooked so half was wasted. Very disappointing for this type of service. NOT WORTH A VISIT.

30/06/2025: I was in this McDonald's and the staff didn't call the number loud enough and someone had taken my order. This Is not acceptable.

10/06/2025: Had a Mc Donald's here today ordered a Mc Chicken the sauce must have been gone off it's after making me awful.You should cook from fresh when customers order not under the lights and then give food to customers as food could be sitting there all day 😞

26/05/2025: Friendly staff always , very kind , very helpful , however I really hope you do something about the entitled ignorant parents who block pumps and wait for their children in your forecourt , unbelievable they refused to move I hope you don't tolerate this
