29/08/2026: Lovely pizza, absolutely delicious!

28/08/2026: This place used to be very good. Perfect example of cheaping out on produce to maximise profit. I get the same meal all the time what cost me 13.50 before (2-3 years ago) now costs me 19.50. not only that the food is substantially worse and less than before. Staff are nice though

07/04/2026: Absolutely terrible service! All staff extremely slow. Very quiet but to wait for food took ages. Our food got cold till we get it. Kids meal without kids meal box which is very unsual.

08/07/2026: This place looks a bit dirty. The staff are friendly, but what really put me off was that when the girl started making the pizza, after being on her phone, she didn’t wash her hands or wear gloves before touching the dough. Phones carry thousands of bacteria—just think about it, you take them to the bathroom and everywhere else. 😩

21/06/2026: I ordered a pizza online. It took over an hour to arrive and it arrived cold.

21/06/2026: We order 1 hour ago and we don’t receive the pizza. I’m calling to the restaurant and no answer. As I see I’m not the first one that orders something and there is not pizza and no sign from them. At least some of the managers they have to take responsibility of this kind of situation and return our money back.

21/06/2026: I put the order at 23:09 and now it’s 00:20 them told me at 23:55 my order will be at mine

31/08/2026: It's just awful, I ordered delivery and it never arrived, no one is returning the money, don't buy anything here because they will simply scam you and take your money

28/08/2026: Extremely disappointing , I purchased a tuna sandwich, made in store but located in the fridge. When I got home, I found the white bread to be gone yellow and there was green mould/fungus on the crust. This cannot be allowed to continue by management. Deli staff need to be spoke to by management.

27/03/2026: My family are regulars and usually the service is great. The ladies there always treat us with such kindness. Today I was served by a man, who I presume is the owner. It was going alright until the card I was using wouldn't accept being tapped and needed to ring to get the pin. All was fine. I turn around to leave and I hear him talk about me before I even have the door fully open... "What was her deal on the phone" as if he was expecting me to magic up the money even though he was right in front of me when I said the words "What is the pin again?" down the phone.

11/09/2026: delivery driver ate all my food before it arrived. not even a prawn cracker to be spared

22/05/2026: Security guards are blatantly racist?? I bought two tickets before the MTU final exam event on the 21st may and they refused to allow me as well as a group of other individuals who were all black, but every other person waiting within the queue was given entry. When I demanded a reason as to why I cannot enter I was told "just cause"???? I've checked several of the reviews on the Voodoo and they not only share the same experience but also have pictures of the exact security guards who did not allow me within the premise. The fact that those reviews were written months ago and action has not been taken by the owners/ administration is appalling. I don't usually go out of my way for this kind of thing but I'm seriously considering composing a formal complaint to the Workplace Relations Commission. "According to the law Racial discrimination at the door of licensed premises is illegal in Ireland under the Equal Status Acts."

02/08/2026: Absolute kip. 30€ for a stale roll and chips. All produce is from tesco as well. Don’t bother going you be better off getting the Tesco meal deal across the road

01/08/2026: Staff were so friendly and gas. We had a chicken stuffing sandwich, a regular smash burger and a ham sandwich. All came with chips that were perfectly cooked to be crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Everything we had was amazing but the smash burger really stood out as the best. The place was immaculately clean.

06/06/2026: Bagels had processed cheese slices instead of real cheese. Asked for a bagel with unmelted cheese for my son and they said they don't do this. Jacket potato with tuna tasted as if it had been thrown together, with very strong onions in the salad. All bland and poor quality, which was disappointing for the price: we paid 23 Euro for 2 bagels and 1 jacket potato.

29/03/2026: One of the worst coffees I've ever had for €4.90. I had a Flatwhite with plant-based milk, but the foam was completely separated from the coffee, the lid didn't fit the glass (there were two options, and neither worked), and the taste was truly awful—the coffee was completely burnt. The name "Coffee House" is very misleading. Furthermore, when the guy called my order, he never specified that it was made with plant-based milk, which is quite reckless behavior, as I could have been drinking cow's milk, which would have made me sick.

03/09/2026: Attitude of the person on till leaves a lot to be desired. Not wanting ice in your glass and no cream on dessert was met with resistance and done eventually under duress while muttering nasty comment. I was with an elderly person at the time and didn't want to be in an argument. If I was on my own it would have been a different thing. Today 3/9/26 around half two

07/08/2026: Visited here today to treat teenagers to lunch Queued at 3 to be told kitchen was closed for 20 / 30 minutes as was too busy Accepted this and ordered coffee and minerals and returned to counter 30 minutes later to be told chef still wasn’t ready and no offer of a clear time when chef would be ready I understand the cafe was busy but please if offering lunch facilities give realistic times as to when lunch is available Or close lunch kitchen if not realistic to offer lunch facilities
