02/06/2025: For years I have ordered here but tonight I was left so disappointed I had to leave a negative review Discusting tiny soggy spice bag with rubber chicken and 4 x disapointing burnt alive chicken balls . For years the spice bag box was unmatched around bublin 3/1 but after there holiday reopen the most disgusting possible food was handed out .they do shut for 2 weeks for holidays as noted on there premise and I can guarantee the food i got was at leat 3 weeks old so disappointed. Flaming wok wake up... back to basics please and good food not horrible soggy chips and afew rubber chicken nuggets in a spice bag with no seasoning. This could be worse than Manchester Uniteds down fall with food like that

11/09/2025: It is very important to read the reviews of this place. There is clearly a problem with the staff that the owner refuses to address. The owner has replied once to s comment saying there was never an issue before when all you have to do is looks here at the same complaints again and again. Rude abusive bouncers. Owner should listen to the customers and address the issues raised.

06/06/2025: 2 bad experiences with this company. First time I ordered the delivery driver rang to say they were outside went out and no one was there. I rang them back they said they think they were in the wrong estate. That they would be another 2 mins. 20 mins later still no sign of food. Rang the shop the delivery driver answered and said they were putting fresh food on. Happy days. Another 20 mins later the food arrives and it was just reheated crap. Rang them after they said they were replacing the whole meal but when we rang back they said they only replaced the chips which weren’t fresh. Decided to try again rang them and got through to a Chinese woman with very very little English. Who could not understand the address which I spelled out and still couldn’t get it. or what I was ordering. (Kebab meal and garlic cheese chips) nothing too difficult. Just before she hung up the phone she gave out about me to her colleague. Maybe have someone fluent in English to answer the phones will not order again

10/08/2025: I was looking forward to trying an açaí bowl from this place as it was my first time ordering from them through just eat, I left a note for the delivery person to call when they arrive, I never got a call and unfortunately I never got the order :(

01/08/2025: Honestly I come here because I want to secure a good coffee. I bought a normal latte and sandwich, sandwich nothing special but coffee was really bad, I am barista and I know when the coffee is being burned and that was totally the case, too hot and the milk too, not a proper Starbucks coffee at all.

17/08/2025: Was the first time there, the restaurant as a really good location, full city center, i recommend to eat during the day (the night its busy with the people going to drink everywhere) we ordered 3 plates, the rice was a little bit burnt, apart from that the dishes were really generous, and the taste of the meats superb.

14/08/2025: I’m visiting and came across this place that interested me. I asked “what’s your absolute favorite?” while pointing the menu, she ignored me and moved on to the person after me… what the actual F? I felt very humiliated… I confronted her afterwards and she shrugged and had nothing to tell me as expected. I’m Asian too and was being nothing but smiling and friendly, and did not expect to be treated like that.

15/09/2025: Had a takeaway for 2 items - the raspberry polenta cake and the vegan sausage roll. Both were delicious! The polenta cake had a strong raspberry flavour with milder than expected sweetness, as I prefer. The vegan sausage roll was slightly peppery and it was warmed up for me and placed in a heat friendly bag. The ambience of the place is lovely and I wish I had more time to sit and dine.

02/09/2025: The smallest bag of chips in town for €4.20. I was in the shop when another customer said it to the owner, he didn’t reply, just silence! They have reduced the size of the brown bags to disguise the small portion size. They know their customers are unhappy and I can see lots of comments on this forum. I have taken my business elsewhere.

04/08/2025: 28e for a chik fillet burger and breast. 1 chip and curry sauce. Madness. Games gone

31/08/2025: This Chinese is very expensive for the less than impressive quality of food received. I would suggest going elsewhere.

21/07/2025: I’ve given Mandarin House multiple chances, but unfortunately, it’s been a consistently disappointing experience. I’ve had my order messed up on at least three separate occasions, and each time I’ve tried to raise the issue, I’ve been met with poor customer service. There’s never any accountability—just the same response that “there’s nothing they can do about it.” Not even a simple apology. To be fair, the food itself is actually quite good. But for me, the quality just doesn’t make up for the hassle of dealing with repeated mistakes and unhelpful service. Sadly, I won’t be ordering from them again.

22/10/2025: The pizza was barely cooked the mozerella isn’t chewable it’s like chewing gum, the hot honey dip came fully crystallised impossible for it to be a dip. Only good thing I can say the food was hot the chips were nice and the hot honey garlic bread was nice but everything else was vile I feel so sick after that pizza.

14/10/2024: Took pasta and parmigiano for my baby; the worst tasting pasta ever. And it's challienging to make a very bad pasta and parmigiano. For 9.5 euros!! Not eaten, and payed!

13/10/2024: Nos gustó mucho el ambiente. Javier nos atendió muy bien durante toda nuestra permanencia incluso cuando por momentos se encontraba solo. Muy recomendable.
