01/10/2025: I ordered a cup of cappuccino to drink inside, I received it in a paper cup and the coffee wasn't tasty. The atmosphere was very unpleasant, the tables and floors were dirty.

26/09/2025: Very efficient and friendly service, really nice sandwiches and big range of muffins.

04/10/2025: Grey haired elderly man with glasses came out and verbally abused me for parking outside the store in a public car park while eating food from another shop 2 doors down, told us to move because we’re blocking business when there’s not another person in sight and no signs to say you have to be a customer to park there. We told him we would leave after our food and he continued banging on our windows on either side harassing us.

11/10/2025: Ordered on Just eat paid by card, status said delivered. Called Supermacs, Manager said yes its delivered. I didnt get the food. It was left at someone elses door. This is robbery. Very bad customer service

I have no idea if this restaurant is called Vela or Sheila's Palace, but I guess its safer for them to go with 2 names so that when people realise how bad it really is, they can just change names. first time i really enjoyed this buffet restaurant, it used to be great. Unfortunately, my recent visit was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. First off, the food quality has dropped drastically. Now after reading the review section, I relaised how many people are falling sick after eating here. Many dishes were either empty or left unrefilled for long periods. To make things worse, the setup is unnecessarily complicated, you have to pick half your food from one area, another half from a different section, and some items from the kitchen. It’s very inconvenient and confusing, especially when you’re trying to eat with guests. A lot of the food that was available was cold, not hot at all. The plates are tiny, almost as if it’s designed to make things more inconvenient. And some seating areas are so far from the buffet that it’s just impractical. But the worst part of my experience was when I found a piece of metal in my food. Yes, a sharp metal piece. I didn’t create a big scene because I was with some non-Indian guests and didn’t want to leave a bad impression about our hospitality or food. Instead, I quietly informed the chef, who seemed genuinely apologetic at first. He assured me he’d refund my meal and promised to fix these issues. However, after waiting quite a while (understandable since chefs are busy), he returned only to say he would refund just 50% of the bill. I refused, not because of the money, but because of the principle. I even paid for my drinks separately, just so there was no confusion that I was asking for a refund for money’s sake. What really shocked me was his final comment: “I’m sorry, but this happens.” I’m sorry, but no, it shouldn’t happen, ever. Finding metal in food is a serious safety issue. This experience was beyond disappointing, it was unsafe, inconvenient, and handled poorly. Sadly, I’ll never be going back to this place, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values food safety, quality, or basic professionalism. I am almost on the fence to report them.

05/04/2025: Worst buffet I’ve ever had.. stale food, reheated again and again, terrible taste and just a waste of money. No wonder the restaurant was empty!

13/03/2025: Chaska was a complete disaster. My friends and I were practically forced to sit in a corner while the lady at the counter treated us rudely. We ordered a non-veg meal, only to be served old, rotten food that smelled awful. It was the worst dining experience of my life—an absolute waste of money. Never going back! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

10/10/2025: Absolute joke of management in the place I waited for my food and noticed the woman is abusive to staff and speaks wrong to them and customers like everyones beneath her but most shocking was seen a chef getting bottle water and been made to pay for it by this excuse of a boss she needs to be removed from there or she will have no staff left ...I kindly tried to say speak a bit better to your staff they're working hard and was told shut up mind my own business so refused pay for food and left

07/09/2025: I now used to go to this place and loved their food but my experience today was appalling. I was accused for not having paid for my food until we found out it wasn’t even my card or order and I had infact paid that day. They then told my order to the chef and I asked for a change just a simple extra cheese to which they grimaced and made a comment to each other about it. Absolutely appalled I used to love that place

09/07/2025: Food was stale by the time it came, took one hour for delivery, nice satay sauce but curry sauce needs improvement.

27/06/2025: Ordered salt an chilli chips, 6euro no onion peppers, chilli’s scallion .. shocking just a bag of chips with some weak seasoning.. shameful price you won’t be happy with your purchase.

31/10/2025: Stay away it's just not worth paying for I was here on a Sunday had to wait for curry sauce mostly all the food was cold or reheat and probably the 3rd time around I could go on -deserts were no better just don't go if u like ur grub

25/08/2025: I ordered in Ubereats. Got it delivered. I ordered munchiebox and they forgot the chicken ball, which is the best part of the munchie box. Food is good but won’t get it delivered again. Might click & collect to check my order is correct.

17/07/2025: Rang to try and clarify the delivery address the man hangs the phone up 4 times I ring back again and again then he says he is busy and hangs up the phone. Completely ignores me trying to clarify the address . I won't be ordering from here again. Waste of time bad service! Do yourself a favour and don't bother with this place good is mid anyways !

24/10/2025: Never, ever go to this McDonalds Branch. They always get the order wrong, doesn’t matter if it’s in person or delivery. It always cold if it for delivery, since it takes two hours to arrive. They just rob you little by little each time by never giving you your full order and not offering a refund. For years the place has been run like a makeshift restaurant. It honestly ridiculous that McDonalds has allowed this place to continue like this so long.

17/10/2025: Unclean, dirty mcdonalds. The tables are not clean, rubbish on the ground. No receipts out of the terminals. Just not mcdonalds standard. Personel usualy forgets some sauces as well

25/10/2025: Not restaurant the takeaway,waited an hour and half for my food to b delivered got told the citywest riots wher to blame for the delay,the takeaway isn't even near citywest and neither is my house,food cold no apology nothing Won't b ordering from there AGAIN

23/10/2025: This place use to be the best Chinese! We got this as a family on Sunday, 3 big shrimps in a Peking chicken dish and the kung pao beef smell was unbearable.

16/09/2025: Chips were decent, typical chipper chips you would get in any chipper in Ireland however, the donor kebab was horrible. The kebab meat taste cheap and it has no texture. It just turns to mush in your mouth. The bread is not even the typical kebab wrap chippers usually use. Its literally like normal bread that breaks into pieces when wet. Will not be ordering from here again.

01/10/2025: Do not order take away from here, you may not get it at all! This is an horrible restaurant. Takes an order from Deliveroo. Wait for an hour until the resraurant closes and then you have to call Deliveroo to cancel the order because restaurant cannot make the order because it is too late.
