Prices are absolutely despicable, every item on the menu is anywhere between 0.50 to 2.50 dearer than other Chinese takeaways in Blanch... and the food is nothing special

Tried this again under new ownership. The prices are still high but so is everything else now due to inflation so it's not as ridiculous. The quality and portion sizes are good.
23/12/2024: Host used to serve the best spice bags in Dublin 15—they were absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. I bought spice bags today, and the moment I opened the bag, it was clear something had changed. The smell was off, the contents were coated in a sticky syrup, and the shredded chicken was uncomfortably chewy.
We tried to give it a chance, but it was so bad we had to throw it all away. The taste was indescribable—like a mix of cinnamon and sugar. Spice bags are not meant to be sweet, and this was a huge disappointment.

23/02/2025: Ordered take away, scooped half a cup of ghee off the (vegetarian) Dahl, and was able to drain it straight from the paneer dish!!! Way too much oil.
01/02/2025: Over an hour delivery. Food was Luke warm and forgot item. They sent out the item after I rang. Wouldn't recommend.

23/03/2025: Rang last week at 7:40 food didnt arrive till 9.15 rang twice was told busy fare enough its busy for the food to come cold chips and everythibg else that was ordered was gone soggy rang them up to give them a heads up when the girl said sorry ill put u in the book for 10 crdit i didnt ask for this i was ringing up about the service Rings them tonight orders me food tells her about last week hang on ill check the book comes back your not in the book we only give credit wen the food comes back well the girl on the fone didnt tell me that on the 16 march wen i rang bk up cause i wud of gladly giving the food back having to heat up me kids order in the mircowave

02/02/2025: 3.70 is lethal for a americano, nearly €5 for a mocha, the manager needs to lower there expenditure by a lot, especially with inflation and people being more financially vigilant.

01/05/2025: My matcha was lumpy and the person used wooden coffee stirrers instead of a whisk to make it. It tasted so powdery won’t be coming here again.
23/04/2025: Unfriendly guy who took the order. He had the audacity to question why I wanted to wash my hands before my breakfast was served.
The toilets were out of order when I arrived in but he said somebody was currently fixing it,which was perfect. I told him I needed to wash my hands before my breakfast and he didn't appear happy about that.
Luckily I could use the sink to wash hands beforehand. His attitude is disgraceful, making me feel like I'm the problem.
Food was decent. The tea and coffee are only served in paper cups, regardless of eating in or take out.
Most likely won't be back as there are other places nearby which I'd be happier to visit.

05/03/2025: Have lost track of how many years my family have been using the BQ house. Every family event such as birthdays etc we’d order from here. Never disappointed, portion sizes are always perfect, good quality, arrives on time, hot and ready to eat. Only downside is that it’s cash only but that’s easily forgiven by the taste.
22/01/2025: Amazing. We have travelled twice from maynooth. Food is amazing and so fast. Curry is delicious and salt and chilli shredded chicken is the best I have ever had

02/05/2025: It's the worst dominoes to order a pizza from. Please don't waste your money. You ask for one thing and they totally send you a different one, one with their preference. Very disappointing.
28/04/2025: My rate will be 1 star cuz do not have 0 to do.. Yesterday I ordered a pizza, I payed for the delivery.. After 1 hour and half I had to go there to get my pizza, the pizza was could and they didn't give my money back.. Horrible I do no recommend to anyone..

29/10/2024: AVOID WORKING HERE !! I can speak as an employee as opposed to a customer. Was working as a delivery driver here for an evening. I was the only driver for what is famously known as a busy bank holiday weekend for deliveries (other restaurants plan ahead and normally have 3-4 drivers on these type of weekends).
They were very rude, constantly complaining badgering me during a very busy evening and was also sworn at by the chef, which was very disheartening as I was trying my best as the only driver to get all the deliveries out as fast as possible.
Treat your employees with respect first and naturally service will get better !!
28/10/2024: I had used this place a lot. I had a €25 voucher and ordered a meal. After 1.5 hours I eventually got through on the phone to be told the delivery car had broken down. No message. Nothing. I might get the food in 45 minutes. I asked for my money back. Absolutely useless service. Avoid
