24/04/2025: If i could leave 0 stars i would, my friends and i placed a order for delivery and we were waiting over a hour, my friend called them and we had a Girl answer the phone, first claiming it was sent out and we didn’t answer the door (we had been waiting at the window the whole time and no one came) and then claimed the order was never processed, absolutely disgraceful and the customer service was horrible, then we got on the phone with the owner and they were just as horrible then the first girl, worst customer service ever, don’t order. (we never ended up getting the food)

24/04/2025: The customer service is abysmal here! Waited over an hour for our food to be delivered, and when it didn’t show up and we rang them to ask why, we were told that they called our number twice and waited outside. Interestingly enough we had zero missed calls and have a ring doorbell, which surprise surprise - showed no evidence of anyone coming close to the house. They then proceeded to tell us how it was not their problem, and eventually just yelled down phone and hung up on us. If I could zero stars I would. Don’t order from here unless you want to be verbally abused.

27/03/2025: I would give 0 star.Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had im a regular in this branch but won’t be back I’m disgusted meal was frightening !raw chips burnt nuggets requested plain got a ingredients scraped off burger !! Nothing short of a disgrace

20/02/2025: We went that McDonald’s around 9:30pm , very quiet , the fries were cold not fresh , the beef of Big Mac was cold and doubted it’s old beef , I felt not well in midnight 2 hours after meal. For the biggest and famous fast food restaurant I the world , they need to we’ll control the quality of food and customer services

23/04/2025: Staff were very confused about menu when trying to order at till. Could not make a meal that cc till automatically does.Poor customer service and social skills, this is what happens when we automate everything. Place was not busy but wait time was very long for everyone. Noticed other people's orders were wrong and sent back. Chips had crumbs over them, so oil not changed.

11/02/2025: Staff were ok but I think under new ownership as I seen a woman dictate to the staff and instruct them how to take sandwiches out of the oven with lifter and drops The sandwiches 🤦🏻‍♂️ it did go in bin and new one made but took 15 mins for my sandwich and there was no Que won’t go back here again, if it was the owners I seen they would put you off

02/11/2024: The staff were lovely and the sandwich was great but €11.90 for a “salad” (an egg, some leaves and some salad vege). I just wanted some vegetables to have with my sandwich. I’m just annoyed it cost so much for what it was. A bit ridiculous..

30/03/2025: I would give zero stars. Waited 1.5h for delivery on a Sunday. Food was disappointing. We spent over €50 and it was a total waste. It used to be a decent place, but has gone down hill. There are a lot of places around with great quality food. Stay away from this one!!!!

24/02/2025: Osaka Sushi and Ramen is a takeaway gem! Fresh sushi, rich ramen broths, spice box and generous portions. The spicy tuna roll and savory ramen are must-trys! Friendly staff, quick turnaround, and great value. Plus, their delivery is always on time! Highly recommended!

02/05/2025: Lovely meal. Staff very friendly and checked all was well but didn't hover or rush us. Food presented beautifully and sun shining in the sky light. Well priced foor for good portions

31/12/2024: Just had a coffee while waiting for someone to finish shopping. Was disappointed that not even a small biscuit comes with it. It's BTs even o Briens chain give you a little biscuit

14/10/2024: Took pasta and parmigiano for my baby; the worst tasting pasta ever. And it's challienging to make a very bad pasta and parmigiano. For 9.5 euros!! Not eaten, and payed!

22/04/2025: Please Avoid, I was sick all night was up going to the bathroom & couldn't go into work today. Still feeling quezy & have just eaten toast allday today. I'm afraid to eat. AVOID... I went to Ginzeng yesterday at 4.45pm the food was awful as it was sitting in the containers for ages. Asked older man about my portion as it was less than my friends, (chicken skewer size of my little finger.) I have eaten here before but it was never this bad & skewers were bigger. The food has totally gone downhill. They are gone stingy? The prices went up? What else do they not care about? Will I ever eat again?

07/03/2025: Worst experience ever, the staff was super rude, when i asked about the choice of gravy the lady just shouted at me to choose any 1. I dont have option to give negative stars if I had i would have given it.

10/02/2025: do not order from this shop 45 min for delivery that is less than 10 min walk food freezing and just eat dont care about there customers so be careful using just eat

27/10/2024: This take away was a distance away from me but the price was right (€11 for chicken and green peppers in black bean sauce and chips delivered) Food arrived in 25 mins, was skeptical given the low price but it was delicious. Perfectly cooked chips (which is a rarity in Chinese take aways) and the chicken was tasty with plenty of fresh vegetables in the dish. Definitely recommended

05/05/2025: Twice in the last month I tried to order from here. They said their card machine wasn't working both times

12/04/2025: Came at 2130. Was told they are already closed and do before 2200, google and subways site says otherwise...

02/05/2025: Ordered food through a thurd party app and was given an eta of an hour. Afrer an hour no sign of the food so contacted the restruant and was told that it would be another hour. 2 hours for a pizza and frys id make a home made pizza and frys in half that time. Wouldnt be ordering from again, always a hit and miss pizza company
