Upon placing an order, they falsely claim that communication has been unsuccessful and that delivery is not possible. Furthermore, they fail to provide a refund, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.

21/03/2025: I don't know why is such a problem for this - and specificly for this - shop to send plain burger if I ordered so? And also female Indian drivier is giving three to four phone calls unable to deliver to the doors.

14/07/2025: Had lunch here with family in July. I had a chicken cesar salad. Smallest cesar salad I've ever had in a restaurant. To add insult to injury the chicken was awful tough. Would have expected better. I wrote a review on the hotel website and got a response saying they were sorry about the size but that they understood I had complained and that I got a full refund. Unfortunately that wasn't me but obviously I wasn't the only one left disappointed by the salad. Wouldn't be kn a hurry back! In future, so matter where I eat, if I'm mot satisfied I'll complain!

24/06/2025: I stayed at Carlton Hotel Dublin airport for 2 nights. On the 1st night I ordered the soups of the day and Caesar chicken salad -> soup was good but the bread was stale, and Caesar salad ok but my colleague had Thai Red curry. He got food poisoning and was not able to work the next day. I had lunch at the restaurant in the following day and also had food poisoning issue (I vomited the food) ... So for dinner I ordered from outside to avoid issues.

22/04/2025: Lady at counter unhappiest person I ever met. Ordered kebab with chicken, whole bag overfilled with god knows what sauce, impossible to eat at all. Drink lids not closed properly, spilled too lol. There was few teenagers went to toilet, unhappy employee started shouting that they cannot use toilet unless they buy smth. They literally said they going to order right after toilet. Naaaah, never again

12/04/2025: I ordered 7x taco fries and got no meat in ,just fries ,sos and cheese, the worse taco ever.

02/04/2025: I ordered philiez cheese hero (steak) along with chicken wings spice box and extra sauce. When I received ordered , half of my steak roll was missing, chicken wings with so called spice box looked expired and reheated up with fries and there were no peppers no seasoning no nothing . I called the restaurant to fix it and that man on the phone did not even know what he is talking about then he said he is gonna let the manager know about the issue and will call back right away. 40 minutes later i’m calling again and again and they are not answering any of my calls including the delivery driver. What a disaster you people are. Worst customer service ever

11/02/2025: Ordered food it came late and was freezing cold couldn’t eat a thing it went straight in the bin I rang to complain and they told me to contact just eat don’t waste your time or your money

02/04/2025: They forgot a drink in my order and drinks aren't cheap, the deliberately left the order unfinished on the app so I couldn't report missing items. It's run by 3 Pakistani men who do whatever they want in Finglas Village. Be sure to let them know how you all feel. 😉 I'll be meeting them soon with a Steel Bat.

05/03/2025: What a disaster. Didn't have deals on just eat. The website doesn't let you order from Finglas. Rang up, there was a language barrier and now the following day, I'm crippled with food poisoning. I recommend you avoid this place like the plague. The wedges were frozen. The chicken was uncooked but burnt on the surface.

25/03/2025: If I could give half a star I would. Shocking quality and quantity of food.. ordered chicken noodle soup and the guy handed me the bag with soup pissing out the bottom of it and when I questioned him on it he said.. oh shit bro sorry.. and as for the "spice bag" the spice must have been on holidays for paddy's weekend.. the "chicken" well debatable if it was.. Overall utterly below poor quality and service to be honest.. first and last ordering from here.

26/04/2025: I arrived at 17:22 on Saturday, 26 April 2025, on a sunny afternoon. After selecting two sandwiches, I handed them to the person behind the counter to have them toasted, only to be informed that the machine had been turned off. As a result, my companion and I promptly went to Costa — and guess what? Their machine was turned on, and we enjoyed a lovely, warm toasted sandwich.

18/04/2025: Popped in for tea and a scone. Tables, trays and cutlery were very dirty, I had to clean our table myself as it was sticky. The cloth being used to clean the other tables was brown with dirt. will not be back.

12/06/2025: Good Burgers and Garlic Bread. Ashritha and the team suggested good food options and was very helpful.

03/05/2025: Pity that this place can use the Supermacs name and deliver such a low standard to the local area. I’ve ordered a delivery from here three times over the past two years, earliest time of delivery was 90 minutes, other two were approaching 2 hours, how is that even acceptable? And look at my chicken breast sandwich from my last order, awful! 😂

20/02/2025: Ordered on deliveroo.food took over an hour and a half to come and arrived freezing cold. The spicy box chicken was pink and the chips were raw. the garlic bread and pizza were so undercooked. Staff were so unhelpful on the phone

25/05/2025: I live in the area and I give this place a chance every now and then but every time I am disappointed with the pastries, sandwiches/roll and service. It's a shame, I wish they would spruce up the place a bit.

06/04/2025: Absolutely ridiculous menu on the website, unclear phrasing. I wanted to get 2 spice bags, one normal and one vegetarian. Not only did they have vegetarian and regular listed separately but when you ordered a regular one, you also had to specify that it's a "No Vegetarian", which doesn't make any sense when you already have a vegetarian listed as an option. So I just spent the guts of €14 for a spice bag I didn't want, which fair enough, you could argue was my mistake, but to top it all off it wasn't even nice. Wasn't hot, it was soggy, barely any flavour off of it. Very disappointing. €5 delivery from Ongar to Hartstown also. The only thing they got right was the can of coke. Absolutely raging spending that kind of money to still end up hungry, and I also have no problem eating vegetarian but it was just not worth it. Certainly won't be ordering here again.

28/03/2025: They charge an additional 50 cents for card payments, which is absolutely ridiculous. No other shop imposes such a fee for card transactions, and all banks provide free card payment transactions. This practice is highly unethical and unprofessional, clearly intended to encourage cash payments. This must be questioned.

06/06/2025: The BEST donuts I have ever tried in Ireland.

05/04/2025: Arrived at 11, place seemed clean for once however they were out of glazed donuts. Ordered 4 donuts with sprinkles, both tasted nice but serious quality control issues as they were all different shapes and sizes!

09/04/2025: Staff are friendly, chicken wasn’t great but the curry sauce was nice

20/02/2025: Every time when I order food spend about 30€/40€ each time and each time I get me food it comes with half of it ordered food tonight and they forgot my curry sauce
