The best restaurants in Dublin

23/02/2025: Unfortunately the one good thing they did the dry and spicy bag which had plenty of chicken now has plenty of stringy chicken which is mostly batter and completely overseasoned. How this place has multiple locations is beyond me. Durt

02/02/2025: I’ve ordered from Summer Inn multiple times, and overall, it has been a good experience but not the best. The food has a truly authentic Chinese taste, and the quality is consistently good. Some of my favorites include the Kung Pao Chicken with Fried Rice, the Spice Bag, and the Singapore Noodles, each dish is packed with great flavors and well-prepared. That said, I’ve found that I don’t always enjoy certain raw-tasting chicken flavors in some curry dishes, so I’ve switched to crispy chicken options such as garlic crispy chicken, which have been much more enjoyable. One downside is that delivery can be a bit delayed at times, which might affect the freshness and taste of the food. Despite that, Summer Inn remains one of my go-to spots for Chinese food in Palmerstown. Definitely worth trying, especially if you enjoy crispy chicken dishes!

19/04/2025: obscene place, with a chaotic service that no one explains how it works and long queues are created. It's not even clear where and how to pay, on the contrary: I haven't seen various prices explicitly written. The quality of the food (and I tried three different dishes) is very low: I couldn't finish anything. Furthermore, the pigeons enter peacefully. It can get by because it is convenient for those who have to take trains and it is one of the few places where you can sit, but at this point it is better to stay away and eat directly outside the nearby station.

16/02/2025: Today I was going to look around in this shop at Grafton Street (10-10-2024). The security fella asked me which beer I wanted. I told him I was just looking but he doesn't understand me. He asked me to leave shop. I was trying to change my mind but he just asked me to leave. I did not even say nor do anything wrong. I wasn't even trying to steal anything either. He seemed to be quite rude. I was bit upset, uncomfortable and worried. I was also bit confused about it. I am not coming back to this shop ever again with the exception of Subway (only on Saturdays but not every Saturday). If you're reading this, avoid the shop.

05/05/2025: Terrible spice bags. Barely any spice in them, if any. Vegetables are disgusting, chips are bland with no spice and the chicken is stringy. Only positive part is the spice bags are huge but with how terrible they are, this is almost a negative. Once again, NO spice or any form of seasoning to be found.

06/01/2025: The staff spend more time talking to each other than preparing orders. Spent 5 mins waiting for the 2 women to stop talking. Always ingredients missing on display. Everything thrown into the sub like it was a rubbish bin, folded over and handed to you. Disgusting, filthy place.

11/03/2025: None of the staff bothered to clean the table, so we had to clean up the coffee puddles from previous guests ourselves. Coffee is so hot that you burn yourself on it and also tasteless. The coffee machine is wiped irregularly with a dirty rag. The staff is in a bad mood and it is just dirty. My partner had diarrhea after the visit. I would not recommend anyone to consume even anything here.

26/02/2025: Absolutely horrible, I went there the other day grabbed a coffee and it was horrible. There were three idiots working there. I asked if they can change it and they said what’s the reason for and I said to them that it wasn’t great and they ended up changing it for me in a rude way and I also ask for cutlery and they were shouting,WHAT do you want? The staff in there are so unfriendly, therefore I don’t recommend that place!!!!

28/03/2025: Paid 30 euro for a Large Pizza asked for a half and half they got that wrong I also asked for extra dip which didn't come. When I rang the store they didn't care when I said I'll complain to your Head Office the guy on the phone said he had me on his store camera which is a lie because I never walked into his store, I ordered from here weekly I'll never do that again. The store owner is Raj and he hires only the rudest staff.

03/02/2025: My go to coffee shop every morning for the last 4 years and back for lunch most days also for there sandwiches. Great variety 10/10.

13/03/2025: Chaska was a complete disaster. My friends and I were practically forced to sit in a corner while the lady at the counter treated us rudely. We ordered a non-veg meal, only to be served old, rotten food that smelled awful. It was the worst dining experience of my life—an absolute waste of money. Never going back! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

02/03/2025: Subject: Urgent Complaint – Unsafe and Inedible Food from Four Star Dear [Four Star Management], I am writing to formally complain about the appalling quality of food I received from your establishment. I recently ordered bacon cheese fries, and to say I was disappointed would be a severe understatement. What arrived was not only visually unappetizing but also rancid-smelling and completely inedible. Food Quality & Safety Concerns The bacon was undercooked and had a disturbingly pale, rubbery texture, making it unfit for consumption. The cheese was barely melted, unevenly distributed, and looked congealed rather than properly melted over the fries. The entire dish had an unpleasant, off-putting odor, strongly suggesting that either the bacon, cheese, or fries were expired or improperly stored. The presentation was sloppy, with barely any effort made to prepare a dish that looked remotely edible. Frankly, this meal was a disgrace, and I am seriously concerned about the food safety standards at your establishment. The fact that food that smells rancid is being served to customers is completely unacceptable. This is not just about bad food—it’s a potential health hazard. Requested Action Given the severity of this issue, I expect the following: 1. A full refund for my order—paying for inedible food is unacceptable. 2. An explanation of how this happened and what steps will be taken to prevent it in the future. 3. A review of your food safety procedures to ensure that spoiled or undercooked ingredients are not being served to customers. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further, including reporting it to the relevant food safety authorities and leaving a public review to warn others about the quality of food being served. 01/03/2025: Ordered food as usual came very late, but this time the sides were burnt and pizza was cold like kept outside for hours. Please refrain from ordering especially from Clondalkin shop. The attitude of the staff also very rude and disappointing .

20/06/2024: Customer interaction unless you are a 17 year old girl in shorts is non exist couple of the older staff are down right rude and one in particular has taken a new trainee under his wings to be equally as bloody rude usually when I see first fellas brand new jeep parked outside the garage I double back as it's not worth the hassle

02/03/2025: I ordered via their website, rather than JustEat. On their website you input your address and it will tell you if they deliver to you. I put in my address and it said they DO deliver to my address. 2 hrs later after no food arriving I phoned the restaurant and they told me they don’t deliver to my area. I explained their website said they do, and it confirmed my order and took my money. the extremely unhelpful worker told me i’d have to contact OrderYoYo to get my money back. I argued it is their website so they should refund me but she wasn’t having any of that, told me essentially not her problem and I had to get on the third party who manage their website. Not even so much as an apology! Absolutely shocking service.

01/02/2025: A few days ago I visited the store. I didn't know which smoothies to order. I came across a very nice employee named Anita, who came to help me and answered all my questions and suggested changes to the smoothie so that I could compose it for myself. I recommend it and I will definitely come back
