05/10/2024: The lads are always upbeat, friendly and helpful. They cope well when there is a rush, the service is always friendly from my 100s of visits. The food is better than what to be expected for a very good value place. Copious, endless amounts soya etc for coffees

09/03/2025: Estimado Servicio al Cliente de McDonald's, Le escribo para expresar mi decepción con respecto a una experiencia reciente que tuve en uno de sus lugares. Durante mi visita, mi hermana pidió una envoltura y yo pedí patatas fritas y para mi consternación, descubrí un pelo en las patatas fritas y la envoltura. Ello no sólo era poco apetecible, sino que también suscitaba preocupación por la higiene y la seguridad alimentaria. Siempre he disfrutado McDonald's por su calidad y servicio, por lo que este incidente fue particularmente molesto. Creo que mantener altos estándares en la preparación de alimentos es crucial, y espero que McDonald’s tome en serio esta retroalimentación para evitar que ocurran eventos similares en el futuro.

07/01/2025: The WORST McDonalds I’ve been to! Took 45 mins to get my order when my friend placed the same order 10 mins after me and got it within 10 mins. I brought it up with a member of staff and she said it would be 5 mins. 15 mins later, still no food, spoke to the manager and she said it was on their screen, so it would be made eventually. She didn’t even prioritise it. It seems their system randomly prioritises the orders instead of doing it by time placed. Not only is that bad, but the manager basically told me to suck it up after waiting 45 mins. Nearly missed my bus as a result. Will never be coming back.

05/08/2024: Mi amigo y yo salimos de un largo viaje a la ciudad y ambos necesitábamos usar el baño en el 108. Cuando salimos a pedir nuestras bebidas, el camarero dijo "no se puede usar el baño al mismo tiempo, no es una buena mirada", ambos pensamos inicialmente que estaba bromeando, pero para nuestra sorpresa en realidad era serio. Nunca en mi vida había experimentado algo así, y cuando preguntamos por qué era un problema nos dijeron que podíamos encontrar otro pub. Horrible camarero horrible y nunca volverá de nuevo.

18/11/2024: Went in for a bag of chips, told the staff member that they were cold they grumble together in Italian and after about 10 minutes new bag of chips , well that’s what I taught when I got half way up the road picked at the chips only to discover they were after putting them in the microwave, and handing them back out to me , OMG a chipper that can’t give out a fresh bag of chips has a serious problem would make you wonder what else is going on in the back ground if they can’t supply a bag of chips won’t be step back into there again, ps Chios went straight into the bin

22/04/2025: The place was very clean, including the toilets, which were well-maintained and fully stocked with soap and other essentials. We ordered chips and a burger. The chips were crispy and perfectly salted—much better than what I’ve had at many other McDonald’s branches. The burger was also noticeably better in quality compared to other branches. The staff were hardworking, fast-paced, and communicated clearly with each other and customers. Overall, a well-run branch with good food and excellent cleanliness.

26/01/2025: Hidden gem of a spice bag!!! Often stop here on the way home after nights out when the hunger hits… Have never tried anything else other than the shredded chicken in chilli & salt or the spice bag with satay sauce but I can honestly say it’s never failed me! The satay sauce here is perfect, not too thin but not too thick and a nice kick to it🌶️ Good value for money too, worth a visit if your looking to pick up something quick and tasty

13/12/2024: We have been waiting for over 1 hour for 2 bottles of wine. No food to be cooked nothing. Their restaurant is min driving away. Mind u its now 3:51 AM. No number to call. Why accept our order then???? No traffic nothing on the road. Absolutely horrid!!!!! I will NEVER EVER SPEND MONEY AT haruki Japanese Thai restaurant again. Horrible people u are. Shame on u.

17/03/2025: We ordered a spice bag, chicken balls, and fried rice. To be honest — everything was absolutely delicious! As locals, we used to order from another Chinese takeaway, but this one is even better. The lady at the counter is lovely and really makes an effort to communicate. Highly recommend.

08/02/2025: Ordered from these, got confirmation, took my money , food never arrived and phone seems to be disconnected. Disgraceful robbing off people. If your shop is closed for whatever reason you should not be accepting online orders. I want my money back.

12/10/2024: Made an order online. Money was taken from my bank account straight away ...An hour and a half later, still no food. I'm trying to call the place but no answer. Shocking.. 50 euro down and no food never arrived.

28/12/2024: Two big holes in my bag of chips and the seal on the bag was a mess. Driver clearly having a nibble at customers food. Think I'll be personally collecting my future orders from now on. Also the delivery driver said he couldn't give me 30euro if I gave the balance on a 50 then he whips outs bunches of notes and just gives more coins in change. Imbisile! I should be reporting this guy. Watch out for a rough looking 50 something baldy guy delivering for this restaurant. Very dodge me thinks.

21/12/2024: Awfull service. Ordered a spice bag which tasted like it was a day old and micro waved back to life don’t eat here

18/03/2025: Horrible experience, ordered 40 euro worth of pizza which never arrived. Tried to call restaurant and was on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. App says delivered when no call or doorbell rang. Would not order from this store again

17/03/2025: Ordered 7 inch make your own pizza on uber eats for 16 EURO when the pizza came THE THING WAS TINY ONLY 4 MEASLY SLICES AND THE SIZE OF A SMALL PLATE never ordering here again this is an absolute scam
