09/10/2025: Love Fuji Coffee in the Merrion Centre! The coffee is always amazing and everyone who works there is so friendly every day.
I go there after the school run and it’s a great way to start the day
05/10/2025: Me and my husband just love Fiji Coffe Bar, not only for the great speciality coffee and the best dark hot chocolate in Dublin (not exaggerating), but also for an exceptional customer service. The whole team working in Fiji is very friendly and that creates warm and lovely atmosphere.

Butlers Chocolate Café, Ballsbridge

29/09/2025: As a regular visitor to Butlers in Ballsbridge I’m writing this review as a very disappointed customer. I order extra hot, hot chocolate. Nearly every time I receive it ,it’s lukewarm. Not even hot. It’s either far too milky or too much lumps of chocolate. The staff need more training and the outdoor seating area is often very dirty .
13/09/2025: Terrible experience. Always been a huge fan of Butler’s but that particular branch is a let down!
The staff was rude & inattentive plus the place was filled with flies and mosquitoes 🦟.
The caramel macchiato I had, was served cold and
2 flies landed in my cup when it was half filled.
Never going there ever again.

01/06/2025: We had Saba cater a confirmation party for us. The food was delicious (the crispy chilli chicken) and the service was seamless. Alan was so unobtrusive setting up the food. The whole process removed a lot stress for us. Everyone was raving about the food.

02/09/2025: My only issue with this place is the delivery men do be sitting on the seats and don't offer to get up for a PAYING customer,I can understand this on a slow day but not during busy periods. Unprofessional!
02/09/2025: The food is just stomach churning 😂 I have never felt so horrific as a human since I ate the cheese bacon fries. It is absolute slurry fresh from the tank and sits in your stomach, gasping for digestion.

16/07/2025: Ordered a acai bowl which had mould fruits. When we complained the server just removed the mouldy fruit and said it is fine to eat now. Not sure if they practise any hygiene in there. If you don’t want to get food poisoning than avoid this place.

Insomnia Coffee Company - St Stephens Green

04/07/2025: I was sitting quietly in the corner waiting for my wife to finish shopping. Insomnia coffee worker approached to me and told me that I have to move from this place or she will call security. She said they are opening this area at 12:00 (it was 11:15). Me and her was the only people in this area, and about 30 other empty table spaces. I asked her why is she texas ranger and went away.. Im not going to buy coffee in any insomnia shop in the world
19/06/2025: I've been drinking Insomnia coffee for more than 10 years and never had an issue but last 2 times what I got from this branch was an absolute muck. No coffee taste at all. Just warm milk. I hope they sort it out

Only reason it wasn't 5-star was because it wasn't a Michelin star restaurant. Would happily make it my regular burrito place.
