21/01/2026: My friends and I ordered a variety of dishes for delivery, and unfortunately almost everything was very bland, lacking salt or any kind of seasoning. The barbecue ribs were tasteless and had no barbecue flavor at all, the fries were mushy, and the rice was absolutely saltless. The pad thai was okay, but still far from good, and the sweet and sour chicken was just average. The starters we ordered were also very bland. The soup was acceptable, but again, not good. They did include crackers as a complimentary gesture, which was nice, but unfortunately even those were not good. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and we won’t be ordering from this place again.

07/11/2025: We had a Christening here last weekend and it was amazing. Fantastic venue for an event. Sharon and all the staff were great, extremely helpful and attentive. Food was fantastic, beautifully presented and lots of it. Highly recommend this place for any event you won't be disappointed.

21/02/2026: We spontaneously decided to eat at The Dog House Blue's Tea Room, and unfortunately, the visit was very disappointing overall. The restaurant was practically empty except for one other table, yet we still had to wait over an hour for our food. Realistically, we could have cooked at home in that time. This was especially baffling because there was absolutely no stress or activity. The service was unfortunately very poor. There was only one server on duty, which wouldn't normally be a problem—but even with the restaurant empty, tables weren't cleared, and we weren't asked once if we needed anything or if everything was alright. In addition, the server dropped a cup; the broken pieces lay there for over an hour. This not only seemed unprofessional but also simply unhygienic. The food itself was mostly okay—not bad, but certainly nothing special. However, for the prices charged, the quality was outrageous. The price-performance ratio is completely off. At these prices, one expects significantly more than average food and minimal service. In the end, we paid €130 for four people. The price was okay, but the food simply wasn't worth it. The ambiance is indeed very cute and cozy, and it makes a good first impression. Unfortunately, a nice interior isn't enough if the food and service can't keep up. It can't be a fine-dining restaurant like this. Overall, it seems like a place with potential, but currently, it doesn't live up to its own prices, either in terms of organization or quality. We unfortunately wouldn't be coming back.

31/01/2026: The food is terrible. We got the seafood chowder, and there is barely any seafood inside, and it was microwaved cold in some parts, warm in others. We also got a pizza and a burger. The burger was dry and not great at all! The inside of the place is dirty. Will never go there again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

30/01/2026: Amazing food , really busy place and sometimes you need to run to find someone to support , our order getting lost and one of the staff with really , don't care attitude with our request for our baby high chair.

18/02/2026: Went here for bottomless wings and I must say they were absolutely beautiful, the lady that served me was called Anne she was lovely and very friendly I definitely recommend.

15/02/2026: I had ordered takeaway before, but this time I was disappointed. The food was very salty; I couldn't eat it because all I could taste was salt.

15/02/2026: They serve fresh and crispy chicken. Period! 💯 The restaurant is usually clean and well-maintained.

23/08/2025: Had the nicest breakfast with my husband today and honestly, the food was sooo good! We went for some crispy potato hash and a sunshine protein bowl – such a perfect combo to start the day. The coffee was amazing too, rich and smooth ☕😍 And I have to say, the service was super friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

23/08/2025: A great spot for coffee and hearty food while catching up with friends and family! Lasagne today was amazing, the team working there are always super friendly :)

24/12/2025: This place is rapidly becoming one of my favourite pubs in the whole of Dublin. A little dingy and run down but there's nothing but the perfect pint served here. Can't wait to get back!

20/12/2025: Bald man behind bar sneezed directly on our pints, when we asked for new ones he scoffed and said we could either pay or leave with no drinks. Safe to say me and my wife left there promptly.

13/12/2025: this is my local chipper and it’s usually great except i wouldn’t order their doner meat as it’s usually undercooked and gives you a bad stomach.
