06/11/2025: Amazing café with great atmosphere! I absolutely love this place! The coffee is always fresh and delicious, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing — perfect for studying, meeting friends, or just enjoying a quiet moment. They also have a nice selection of pastries and sandwiches, all made with great quality. You can really tell they care about what they do. Definitely one of the best cafés in Dublin — highly recommended!

01/10/2026: I honestly feel very disappointed with my experience here, and I’m writing this review because I feel sorry for the people in the area who rely on this place, especially around lunchtime when there don’t seem to be many other options to sit down, have a coffee and eat. I ordered a large mocha with skimmed milk, but I was given one made with full-fat milk. The order was taken by one staff member, but when the coffee was being prepared, the staff member making it seemed more focused on her phone and her own drink than on checking the order properly. There didn’t seem to be much care or attention given to getting the customer’s order right. I paid around €6 for the coffee and couldn’t drink it at all because it wasn’t what I ordered. What made it more disappointing was that the shop was very busy, with many older customers sitting there during lunchtime, and I couldn’t help feeling that the customers weren’t really being looked after. Mistakes can happen, of course, but I would expect staff to at least show some care and attention, especially when customers are paying €6 for a drink. I really hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the level of customer service, because people in the area deserve somewhere where they can feel welcomed and looked after.

09/10/2026: A very disappointing experience, from service to food Given how popular this restaurant seems to be, I expected much better. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing on almost every level, both in terms of service and food quality. Service and waiting time The problems started with the order. I waited more than 30 minutes for a noodle dish, while takeaway and delivery orders seemed to be going out ahead of mine. I had to ask about my order three times and was repeatedly told it was still being prepared. For noodles, a wait of over 30 minutes is hard to understand. There was no meaningful apology, no explanation, and no commercial gesture to acknowledge the delay. Not even a drink or a small courtesy. The apologies felt quick and superficial rather than genuine. Food quality I ordered the Gun Gun Noodles Chicken Qishan Spicy and Sour (medium), and it was a major letdown. The noodles were completely bland and seemed to have been cooked in unsalted water, with no seasoning whatsoever. The broth or sauce had an artificial, almost chemical taste, without any real depth or balance. The chicken was dry, rubbery and almost flavourless, as if it had simply been boiled in water. The vegetables were equally unremarkable. They tasted as though they had been roughly chopped and dropped into the soup without much care or preparation. The edamame were soft, limp and unpleasantly marinated, giving the impression of food that had been reheated rather than freshly made. For a soup, a noodle dish and a small portion of edamame, the bill came to more than 20 euros. At that price, I would expect properly seasoned food, better ingredients and far more attention to detail. That was clearly not the case here. Overall I understand that a busy restaurant can come under pressure, but that does not excuse a wait of more than 30 minutes for noodles, the lack of any goodwill from the staff, or food that is this poorly seasoned and poorly executed. Judging by several other negative reviews, this does not appear to be an isolated experience. I would not recommend this place and I will not be returning.

08/10/2026: Tried a spice bag for the first time and it’s delicious!! Came out very hot and well seasoned. The staff were very nice and helpful and kept coming out to clean the tables 🥹

05/08/2026: Bring an electric razor with u cause It will take while before you,re served a pint , bar not busy, bar woman indifferent, pint overpriced. Service dreadful. This place won't last.

17/10/2026: The fish and chips were really good, tasty, and well-prepared. The service was fast and efficient, with no long waits. Prices were reasonable and in line with the quality of the food. Overall, a very positive experience. Recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy good fish and chips!

17/10/2026: It was cold inside since the door is always open. The portion looks great, but the food it self is mild, no taste at all. We had fish and chips, but there were almost no fish, only batter, like 40% of fish only. For such price I would really expect more fish… also peas are not included in the traditional, you have to buy them separately, which is not traditional fish and chips. I would say, this is a tourist trap, I don’t recommend it…

07/07/2026: Stayed here for 5 nights, Premier Inn never disappoints. The prices are definitely on the higher side but this is true for all the hotels in Dublin and from my experience traveling the UK and Ireland, Premier Inn always offer a good night's sleep.

20/05/2026: First of all id like to say that the staff were super friendly. The room was clean and perfect for just our 1 night stay. They have a two course meal deal on which includes breakfast for 33.50 . Great value yes! But the food opinions were crap and what we did get seemed to be frozen then prepared by chef microwave . Even the brownie was crap. And it was over 45mins for our food. Breakfast was no better to be honest We went at 10am , it closes at 10.30 so seemed to be the scraps left. So really although its cheaps its not worth the meal deal Take yourself mc ds

16/10/2026: Terrible service and overpriced! We visited this Italian restaurant for a special farewell dinner for a dear friend, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The waiter was rude, unfriendly and unpleasant throughout the entire evening. Instead of making us feel welcome, his attitude made everyone uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the restaurant automatically added a service charge of over 10% to our bill, despite the terrible service we received. Considering how expensive this restaurant already is, this was particularly frustrating. What was supposed to be a beautiful and memorable farewell dinner was overshadowed by such poor hospitality. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this restaurant.

14/10/2026: The desserts are exceptional, the best compliment that can be given for desserts is that it’s not too sweet, this place deserves that! Definitely recommend the strawberry cake slice with hazelnut iced latte! Their pistachio tiramisu is cloudy and very fluffy! It’s very busy usually during the afternoon and evening times so if you are planning to secure a seat for dinner it’d be better to call in and reserve prior for upstairs. Usually they allow you to be at the place for 1hr for desserts and that’s because of the rush. The staff are always very nice and will let you know their accurate availability. The ambience of the place is beautiful🍓🍰🍵

02/10/2026: I would avoid ...went for lunch here today ..we had chicken wraps...one of us has already been sick ..the food wasn't good ...very disappointed..the pictures look good but dont be fooled..won't be back

27/09/2026: Nice clean restaurant good food but its lacking warmth and cosiness. The seats by the windows are nice but otherwise you feel like youre in a school canteen. The staff aren't amazing. Lacking in smiles and eager to move you on even though the place was as good as empty when we were there. Overall ok but coldness of interiors and staff plus the ludicrous prices make it just above average. Cant see it lasting long in its present guise.

22/03/2026: My recommendation is not to stay in this hotel or not to support this hotel in any way. It has 2 floors open to the public the rest of the hotel is for the International Protection Accommodation Service (IPAS). Such a pity I used to love this hotel and its location for work purposes. Very sad to see it operating in this fashion - taking taxpayers money etc.

15/03/2026: Held event & team were amazing. The room is big without being too big. A lot nicer than standard conference room you get in hotel.

22/04/2026: A small, 3-star hotel in an excellent location. It has been renovated and offers reasonable rates. Bus, tram, and train stops are just steps away. Temple Bar is about a 15-minute walk. The room was fine, clean, and the staff was very attentive, bilingual, and helpful. They provide a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and biscuits, which are replenished as needed. The bathroom has soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The towels are good quality. There's a hairdryer, a small but functional wardrobe, and a safe. The only downside is that the bus station is directly across the street, and you can sometimes hear noise. It might also give the impression of being a somewhat unsafe area because there's a homeless shelter nearby; people wander around but don't bother anyone. To get to and from the airport, you can use the Dublin Express, the Xpress, or bus 41, all of which stop a short walk from the hotel.

29/07/2026: Good Chinese , delivery was fast and food very hot . Satay chicken skewers very nice , and salt and chili chicken balls were also good . Asked for extra veg but got barely any but it was still good . Ordered Szechuan beef but I got some sort of chicken dish instead but it was still good anyways .
