23/02/2025: I recently visited this charming coffee and brunch spot, and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was fresh, flavorful, and made with such care. I highly recommend the avocado toast and their signature lattes! A special shoutout to Nicholas, the manager, who truly made our experience exceptional. He was not only attentive and friendly but also made sure everything was perfect. It's clear he takes great pride in both the food and the service. I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

25/03/2025: Nice beers and nice place, but the staff need to cop on. The last time I was here was on a Sunday, and the place was quiet, nobody at the bar. Me and the lads walked up deciding what we wanted, and the bar man looked very impatient waiting for us to order, then when my friend asked what Non Alcoholic pints have you got? The bar man replied "You just need to look at the taps yourself". The absolute cheek of him, when the taps are not that clear, since they're craft beers. Another issue I had was about 2 months ago. The bar was again very quiet, and I was the only one waiting for a pint. There was a girl making cocktails, so I politely waited aside until she was ready, as I understand she was dealing with another customer and Cocktails can take some time. But then after 5mins she did not acknowledge me standing there, so I stood in front of her, which I don't like doing, but she still didn't acknowledge me. I understand she was busy but she could at least say, I will be with you shortly or ask me what I wanted to drink and assist when ready, or even call another bar staff to assist, but no I just stood there until another barman came down about 8mins later

19/03/2025: The food was delicious and very authentic. The spices were top (Chinese prickly ash and chilli), chicken and pork were very good and the portions were generous. The place has a genuine vibe and a great service. If you want something new, try this place.

The guy at the front desk was very mean and rude and there was absolutely no welcome Gesture at all. While the other Chinese staff was just staring at us with an angry face not sure why though . Overall food is amazing .

20/03/2025: A nice quiet outside seating area, it's just the coffee is always too hot so it's burnt (been there a few times to give it a chance but always burnt coffee), hence the 3 stars. Get the mocha so the sweetness covers the burnt taste. I didn't have any food.

16/03/2025: Upstairs at a party , couldnt believe the prices but hey listen its known to be pricey, but 3 diluted blacurrants for three children €7.50 thats un heard of so does it mean a dash of diluted is €2.50 never again and no sweets for the kids as you arent allowed bring in food ????

09/11/2024: The End of an Era Background It is with great sadness and regret, that after 20+ years, I officially ended my long standing relationship with Pizza Hut Rathfarnham. What started off as a bubbly and innocent bond, built off delicious thin base pizzas, the juiciest of garlic bread ( OG's will remember) and the convenience of it being a stone thrown away, unfortunately the relationship has deteriorated in tandem with the standards and quality that the shop puts out. The Main Event Tonight was the night, Saturday night fever, the 11 month was in bed and myself and herself had agreed to get a pizza ( largely driven by my craving for a pizza with pineapple). We ordered a large thin base pizza with double crispy bacon and double pineapple and some cookie dough to round off the indulgence. Herself collected and drove home no longer than a 5/6 minute drive. I was excited, eager and starving a terrific combination. When I opened the box I knew it was going to fall short of the once epic standards of this local establishment. Look, there was nothing horrifically wrong but straight away you could tell that the level of freshness was not going to match my expectation and previous experiences. It would be amiss to not comment that I got double bacon and double pineapple ( Yeah what about it ?!) and I was disappointed to see literally 2 pieces of bacon on a couple of the slices. Of course I ate my share and some because that's the type of guy I am, a team player but again it just didn't hit the spot. Cookie dough was delicious but small, sure they know that already. Extras If you've gotten this far into the review, maybe we should be friends cause you clearly don't have a life either but I do want to comment on the service, my partner collected and said that everyone was very nice so fair play to the boots on the ground, this review is not a criticism on them, Pizza Hut have been cutting corners ( like a lot of other established chains) but tonight they've met there match from a man in his mid 30's with 20%+ body fat. The Summary To finish, a tear to what used to be a fine establishment and a hat tip to the staff who are stuck working to the standards driving by the man ( the man being the Pizza Hut in this instance) You'll continue to sell pizzas just not to this man.

13/04/2025: We're visiting from Canada and just ate takeaway wings, burgers and fries from here, absolutely delicious! Huge portions, super friendly staff. Would eat from here anytime!
