The best restaurants in Dublin

28/05/2025: Tried to order food from here they told us the card declined. When I asked could I pay with a different card they told me no. I then said I would pay cash on delivery and they told me no I cannot order. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

07/04/2025: Sorry, but not for me. Ordered two coffees this morning. One spilt all the table as we sat down. Reluctantly cleaned the table but no offer of a replacement coffee. Very poor.

02/05/2025: Déjeuner très plaisant assis au comptoir, avec vue direct sur les 2 cuisiniers en action. Nous avons pris un menu entrée + plat à 32€ très savoureux et dans des assiettes bien présentées : tartine au calmar pour chacun puis filet de Saint-Pierre (à la cuisson parfaite) pour l’un et crab roll (avec portion de frites généreuse) pour l’autre. Le tout accompagné d’un très bon verre de vin blanc Gaintza Txakolina. Personnel très sympathique de surcroît… On recommande !

02/05/2025: Muy decepcionante experiencia. Teníamos lubina que no estaba muy caliente y pescado con patatas fritas que era vergonzoso. Dos pequeños trozos de pescado rebozado con patatas fritas calientes. Chowder para empezar era casi insípido. Extremadamente caro dada la mala calidad y tamaños de porción muy pequeños. Por el lado positivo, nuestro servidor era encantador y muy eficiente.

01/06/2025: We recently reserved an area for a private party and was extremely happy with everything. A really nice pub and service was fab. We pre-ordered Pizzas from Roccos pizza truck in the car park out back and they were amazing, again the customer service here was excellent. Very happy customer and would definitely recommend!

11/05/2025: Location is great with amazing views , the hotel is isolated so a car is recommended. Food is terrible. Staff were great and friendly. WiFi is poor at the best of times and AC in your room is non existing..This is not a 4 star hotel would rate it a 2 .

05/03/2025: All the drinks and chocolates looked amazing here so I had to walk in. Even though it’s a franchise, it has a really nice classy feel. You get a free small piece of chocolate with every meal. You can choose any piece on display! Also love the variety of hot chocolate although I didn’t actually try them.

25/02/2025: I don't like leaving poor reviews. I want places to thrive and win but... And II don't want anyone to get in trouble but the woman working on Saturday just gone seemed a bit aggressive and a bit rude. She looked stressed out. I try to be as polite as possible but it wasn't reciprocated. I know that shop is so busy and the last Saturday was beautiful. It was towards the end of the day but maybe the main person at the till can be rotated to avoid fatigue and agitation. The woman looking after milk and that handed me the coffee was nice and polite. However, my coffee was really bitter. I don't know if that's because it was over brewed or what. I have a good recollection of Butlers doing decent coffee. Albeit, I've more experience with Grafton, Henry and Donnybrook. It won't stop me from trying Butlers again. I think this could have been an off-day for that location. *Edit** 26/02/25 I've since gone back and the staff were nice and coffee was better, however I still think theyre burning the coffee a tad bit. But the free chocolate is always a hit. I've adjust the starts to reflect newer experience.

28/04/2025: We were looking for a place to quench my craving for one more Irish meal and my husband’s craving for pizza when we stumbled on this little gem. Upon looking at the menu, we realized it had neither of the types of dishes we were craving but the menu looked nice and we could see the great looking dishes and ingredients through the window, so we went in. I wanted an Aperol spritz, but they said they couldn’t make one, so we both settled for soft drinks. We both ordered the chicken burgers, which was a fried chicken breast with buffalo seasoning, greens and cheese, and included chips (fries). The sandwiches came out quickly and both they and the chips were nice and hot. The sandwiches were very good…nicely seasoned, still moist and not drowned in sauce. The chips were fat and crisp. The service was very nice and the price of our meal was a great value. We leave Ireland tomorrow, but would happily visit KC Peaches again on our next visit!

25/04/2025: Good food but service is confusing and slow. The girl on the till was very confused with the orders and she was by herself. Not much information about the sandwiches/food for take away

11/01/2025: Said it was about 10 minutes wait for a table. We waited 40 minutes and still got no table, they gave our table away to someone else. Would not recommend!

17/11/2024: Since it just opened, the interior was clean and comfortable. I ate a generous portion of red/white soup, a vegetable platter, mushrooms, fish cakes, beef, lamb, etc., and it came to around 30 euros per person. I'm not sure of the exact cut of beef, but it was a cut that didn't have a lot of fat. The lamb definitely went better with the hotpot broth. They provide good broth refills from time to time, and wet wipes are provided at each seat, which is nice.

05/04/2025: Cute little place in clonsilla , seating for around 20 people. First time eating at this place and in short the food and place were lovely. If you like noodles I tried malysia nasi goreng which I'll definitely recommend. I'm fan of spice boxes and I'll say their mega spice box ranks 2md in my list in Dublin , go for it , not the same taste as chinese place but it's really good , cooked well, spices used are good , and the crunch is to the point. Green chicken thai is just ok , I have tasted way better , maybe they miss out on the right amount lemon grass or galangal . The cost for the dinner for 2 people will tops 50 euro, we took 3 dishes and had to take home half of 2 main dishes . Complimentary prawn crackers are served . All in all I'll prefer this place anytime compare to other fast foods nearby . Will definitely visit again to try more . Fast service and ambience is warm .

03/01/2025: My wife and I visited here on a terrible day two weeks weeks before Christmas. I've reviewed this restaurant before, do this will be short. The friendly server cleared a table for us, and we're seated in a few minutes. Food was delicious, served piping hot, sides of fries and mash were again delicious and piping hot. We visited on the day the heating was broken, but we did not notice, only the server told us. Coffee was again delicious. This is a beautiful restaurant, with good food and great staff. Can't wait to return soon. I'd highly recommend this place. Thanks again for another lovely meal.
