22/09/2025: This is a little gem. The coffee here is really excellent. The pastries are fresh and tasty. The staff are friendly and efficient. They also sell high quality honey, olive oil, Italian biscuits etc to go. Second review; Still a great coffee shop. Coffee is very high quality. Great sandwiches and wraps too. You can even buy artwork and costume jewellery here too. Oh yeah.... They sell some really nice wines. Got a fantastic hot wrap there.

08/11/2025: This is a lovely cafe for brunch. The menu is nice and the cafe does have gluten free bread so if you're a coeliac or just gluten intolerant they will have options for you. The service was good and the server was knowledgeable when I asked about gluten free options. Some cushions for the back of the long bench seats inside would be a great idea as they are very uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time, but otherwise a very nice place to have coffee or brunch etc.

26/12/2025: Two night stay. Standard room which was clean, warm and large enough to accommodate two. Breakfast included in rate. Reception and dining room staff all exceptionally courteous and helpful. Good variety of hot and cold dishes available for breakfast. Dinner menu is standard fare @ thirty euro per plate. Quiet atmosphere given the time of year. Few guests. Situated on the busy N81 road in Tallaght so some might find the traffic noise intrusive. Ample compliment ary car parking available. One of the few hotels that remain open for the entire Christmas period in Ireland, seemingly. Only one negative observation - the lighting in both the bedroom and the restaurant area is rather dim and makes reading difficult. Very good value for money overall. Three star hotel but a four star guest experience.

12/10/2025: Didn’t get a chance to try food but the cocktails were very yummy. The atmosphere was really good vibes. Walked in and somber was playing, ones of my favourite singers. The music is kinda loud but not too loud that you can’t talk. Good deals on cocktails 2 for 15 is good especially for actually good cocktails!! Had my birthday drinks here :)

02/03/2026: I was pleased by the friendliness of the staff. The atmosphere in the lobby area is cozy and luxurious. Breakfast was good, and the gated private parking is a great addition. Overall, a very positive experience at Pembroke Townhouse.

25/01/2026: Lovely hotel, staff and food the thing that let it down was the train track, right out the window from trains going passed to maintenance work being done on train track (no vault to hotel) wasn’t a good night sleep at all but everything else was amazing

01/02/2026: So disappointed with my meal here tonight. I’ve been coming regularly for the last six years and the food quality has always been superb. With new ownership, the menu is extremely limited no steak, fish fillet, chicken burger. One choice for dessert overpriced at €9 for a brownie. The mains are limited to 5 choices with one being chicken tenders ie nuggets. while I have no quibble with the chicken curry add ons, popadom, rice and sauces I was disappointed to find the meat with lumpy chicken thigh with skin on and not chicken breast. If this had been stated on the menu. I wouldn’t have ordered it. My party were equally disappointed with their meals, the fish platter was an assortment of deep fried mystery pieces. We let our waitress know of our concerns but no manager came to the table to discuss it. We def don’t recommend it nor would I want to eat here again unless it improves to the level it was before.

21/11/2025: Coffee is delicious and staff are friendly, on a nice day its great sitting at the benches having the chats with other patrons.

07/11/2025: Found out my misses ordered from here got a sandwich, coffee and sausage roll. All I can say is don’t waste your money in this place!!!! Coffee she got was 300ml of hot water, sandwich if you can even call it that was anaemic chicken on 2 slices of bread and the “sausage roll” should contain more than a trace amount of meat!!!! Near €5 for a sausage roll that’s 99% pastry and is the size of a Golfball. Do yourself and everyone you know a favour and never go here!!!! Whole order was nearly €25 delivered. I’d sooner burn the money than return.

06/12/2025: Stopped I on my way by. They serve Kilkenny on draft which is rare. Supposed to have 1 but had to have another. As the barman said, a bird never flew on one wing. Gorgeous pint. I'm not local, but next time going to Croker, I'll go out of my way to drop in

27/02/2026: We often visit Fifty 50 for meals. The food and service are good, and it's great for families. Upstairs, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

03/01/2026: Michaela looked after us Booked a table for 7, service charge added We went with the Early Bird 3 Course Meal €30.95 Decent choices, good value I went with the Spicy Chicken Wing Starter, Satay Chicken Curry 1/2 & 1/2 with the Malteeser Cheesecake option Our only hiccup was the dessert, one of our guests has an allergy to strawberry and was given strawberry. This was rectified and an alternative provided. Please make sure to cater for all, if some mentions an allergy then write down allergy. If you need the chef to come out to the table, then get the chef! Other than that, friendly courteous staff and thank you to Michaela for an enjoyable night.

02/12/2025: one star for the employees that were lovely and one star for the space that’s also nice, but the main thing that’s the food it was terrible. I got a kit kat milkshake and fries with cheddar sauce with bacon, the milkshake tasted nothing like kit kat, it literally tasted like water and the fries came in a very small bowl and half of it was full with the cheddar sauce, i was trying not to get sick while eating it. I paid €14 for both and honestly i can go to burger king and get the same stuff for a much better quality and price.

01/12/2025: Can’t fault the service but the food is absolute garbage chips freezing cold got a hot Louisiana chicken burger it was 2 tiny goujons with a bit of seasoning over them horrible kids bearly touched there meals I’d rather eat a rustlers burger any day day of the week

29/07/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely blown away! We stopped in at Ultimate Coffee for a quick coffee and were completely amazed. We were just handed one of the most delicious coffees we’ve ever tasted—beautifully crafted by Carlton, a truly wonderful barista. The coffee tastes every bit as good as it looks. Friendly service, great atmosphere, and outstanding quality. We’ll definitely be back!
