30/03/2025: We had a reservation at 6 30 tonight for 3 pax we are waited to the door the staff come and told us to wait because she doesn't have table for us but obviously the half room was empty my daughter wanted to use the restroom and one off the staff told us to wait in the door showing the ✋️ hand to us very rudely all staff owner included service poor quality 0 professionalism. Not happy at all I will never go back again.

12/04/2025: Manager is a hot headed, rude alphahole (man). He comes out and screams wt strangers (girls) on the streets, picks up their drinks and throws them out during these temper tantrums, while trying to justify it by saying if you drink near the property he can do what he wants!!! Very scary experience overall when we were not even buying drinks from here

09/04/2025: Excellent, spacious rooms, modernly decorated, bathroom also large. Apart from the fact that there is no hair dryer in it... We have a small room with a balcony overlooking the Generator and the main street, and the Jameson distillery. We were very satisfied with everything in the hotel! Breakfast also quite a large selection of food and drinks. The price is more than acceptable, especially for Dublin, and what it offers. I would say excellent. The location is too well located, because you can walk to everything, and still you can get a good night's sleep without noise. All recommendations

02/04/2025: Yes, a good coffee shop with great coffee, but I’ve been here twice and both times disappointed with the service. The café supposedly closes at 6, which I thought is great because I had an appointment nearby at 6 sharp. I thought I could sit here until about 5:55, have a cup, and leave right in time for them to close and me to arrive to my appointment. With 25 minutes to 6, I was already met with an unhappy face, warned I can’t stay even though I said I’ll leave before 6, paid for my coffee and when I asked to use the bathroom was told sorry, no, it’s already mopped. I ended up drinking a coffee I don’t technically need on a bench on the street. If a café closes at 6, this would normally mean customers get to be in the premises by 6. Otherwise update your opening time to 5:30, lock up and spend the last half hour getting ready to leave. Treating customers like they bother you will not make them come back.

09/03/2025: I was in the saddle on the 5th of March 2024 and was blown away by the attention to detail and the highest level of care that goes on was out of this world

09/03/2025: Particular shutout to Jessica and Lorenzo who helped us have a great experience. We went for a 2 course menu (rib eye is simply marvelous) and with a 6 years old voucher (which has always been kindly extended until now).
