08/12/2024: Ordered food from Fat Cow, as requested well done for one of the burgers. I am 34 weeks pregnant and it is not advised to eat any undercooked meat as is can be dangerous to mother and baby. This is how the burger arrived. When I phoned up, the lady on the phone simply replied “sorry” in the most unapologetic tone I have ever experienced. She did not offer a replacement burger & noted they have no driver. When in actual fact surely they could have placed an order to come to the house with an outsourced driver such as just eat. I requested a refund. Chips were cold when they arrived too. Will not be reordering.

28/11/2024: We had Fat Cow recently and woujd have no hesitation recommending this to anyone ordering fresh delicious burgers, crispy tasty fries and wonderful new sides. Everything was delivered hot, on time & really fresh. Keep up the great work guys!! It was so tasty!!

28/07/2024: Fantastic experience here tonight! Had beautiful fried chicken & fried tofu, very tasty chicken wings and delicious cauliflower wings. The staff were fantastic and the food very tasty but by far the biggest standout were the fries. Probably the best fries I’ve ever had in my entire life. If you like crispy, skin on fries then these are the ones you are looking for! Beautifully crispy and light outside with a hint of crunch on the small ones, fantastically fluffy on the inside smooth high quality potato taste, perfectly seasoned where you get the hint of salt that enhances the clearly high quality potato flavor and not even a hint of old burnt oil flavor. 100% a now must visit spot.

18/08/2024: We went for our 1 year marriage anniversary and welcomed with a delicious sparkling wine and wishes by the manager. The place is very cozy and well organized, and a wonderful service was provided by the team. The food was very good and for a good price. Excellent place to go, we will return in the future. We had an excellent experience!

17/12/2024: The wings are so freaking good. However the chicken supreme was sus i woulda have been better off with a hamburger. One thing that upset me is that they took my plate with food on it when I went to the bathroom and that left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall a decent place to go to but some things could be better.

20/11/2024: An average dining experience at a cost. For the quality of the food, service etc I think they need to re-evaluate their prices. Our waiter didn’t seem too happy, no warm welcoming feeling and when asked for something looked as if what we had just asked for was a problem/chore for her.

20/11/2024: Horrible sleep due to staff walking around with leaf blowers in back courtyard from 8am. Called reception, but was told that there was no manager available. Finally went to reception at 12:30 as noise still unbearable and was told that they had to use these loud leaf blowers (which are totally unsuited to city environment) as they did not have a brush that could do the job faster and quieter. Noise levels are crazy...you will not get any rest.

24/10/2024: Great location with extremely friendly staff! Highly recommend!

02/01/2025: This was our third visit to Grapevine and we left a little disappointed with the food. We ordered the artichoke risotto and the seafood linguine. Both were very bland, lacked salt and other spices that would have given it more flavour. The portion of the risotto was quite small, I was still hungry afterwards. Considering everything it felt overpriced. Service was great, as always.

28/12/2024: Exceptional food and service, the waiter highlighted there was a service charge which was greatly appreciated.
