The best restaurants in Dublin

13/09/2026: If I had only one restaurant to recommend in Dublin, it would be this one.

07/09/2026: there seemed to be no security on the floor or at least they were not paying attention, a physical fight broke out for a solid 5 minutes and no staff intervened, they eventually just stopped fighting on their own. bathrooms are a disgrace, only gender neutral bathrooms with no separate space for just women which is ridiculous for a nightclub. guys were hitting on me and my friends in the bathroom and there was no women only space for us to go and sorry, but i don’t want to be around guys pissing in the urinal while waiting for a free stall, gender neutral bathrooms have their place, but not having a women only bathroom isn’t the safest option in my opinion. there was also a guy completely tweaking out on the dance floor, falling on everyone and at one point completely passed out, a girl tried to flag down floor staff / security by flashing her phone light at him and calling out but to no avail. also as some other reviews mention, the sound quality is not as good as other venues and is way too hot, really needs some more ventilation, even the smoking area was incredibly hot, and could definitely turn the smoke down. really just not acceptable stuff for a venue with a seemingly very good reputation. the venue itself is really cool, just seems to be poorly managed, atleast on the night i was there.

15/09/2026: We had our 50 years in Business Celebration in Medley and it in September was fantastic. We had Customers from all kinds of business there, and everyone praised the Food, Staff and the Venue. We can't thank them enough. Thanks Chris and the Team Ciarán Hennessy D and D Stationers

31/08/2026: Perfect venue for a party to remember. Went there for a wedding and had a blast. Highly professional staff and great atmosphere.

23/08/2026: Had a very nice matcha latte and a pain au chocolat for my breakfast. Very nice staff, thank you for the chat! Very convenient, I was on my way to Heuston station on foot. Bus stops nearby!

30/04/2026: If you’re studying at IBAT, this is easily one of the best spots to grab a coffee nearby. The coffee is absolutely delicious 🤩 consistently high quality and made with care. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the owner. He’s a genuinely great guy who always goes the extra mile to provide excellent service. You’re not just another customer here, he makes you feel welcome every time. Highly recommended for anyone around IBAT looking for a great coffee and a friendly atmosphere.

15/12/2025: Great coffee, fresh takeaway food (pastry, sandwiches, salads) and a big selection of artisan grocery items including their own range of excellent balsamic vinegar and olive oils. There's also a sit-in option, which I haven't availed of. Warm and friendly service. Id highly recommend this neighbourhood gem.

28/11/2025: The cutest shop and the coffee was lovely. Really friendly and kind service. And you have to try the cinnamon bun!!! Insanely delish!

20/07/2026: Got their version of kang pao chicken and pork with garlic stem. The pork with the garlic stem was our favorite... the kang pao was ok, needed more seasoning and little bit more of spice.

07/07/2026: We ordered takeaway and dined in multiple times food is delicious, portions very generous very difficult to outcompete when we are choosing where to eat in city centre 😅

23/07/2026: I ordered the special fried rice and when I started eating it, there was exactly 1 shrimp in it and there was ALOT of onion like chunky onions. It was okay and my first time in bell pepper. I dont think ill be back anytime soon. Too expensive and too small quantity

08/09/2026: First time ever going to a Nando's, decided to stop in after a long all-day tour and didn't have dinner reservations for the night. What can I say? It's super good chicken. Recommend.

08/09/2026: I was eager to try it. It's fantastic: quick service, skillful cooking, and delicious sauces. Plus, it's just a short walk from Grafton Street.

05/08/2026: My wife and son both said it’s one of the best sandwiches they’ve ever had (specifically the roasted pork), and they usually don’t like sandwiches so that is very high praise! Sandwiches made with care, not a place to be rushed.

23/07/2026: Lovely fresh sandwich and friendly staff. Prices are on the high side, shame as I would make it my regular if wasn’t as pricey.

02/05/2026: This used to be a great spot for coffee, now the staff spend more time on there phones than they do serving you. The standard of coffee had gone way down. Not worth it at all now. I would avoid if you like coffee.

06/09/2026: Food was delicious genuinely flavoursome. A bit surprised to be served Croque Monsieur with no fry’s on the side and no sauce or options. Nonetheless very tasty. 4 stars only because they brought everything together, by the time you eat the sandwich the pancakes were stone cold. Really tasty otherwise. Definitely on the pricey side. 3 sandwiches and 2 pancakes was €50. No beverages bought.

29/08/2026: Despite the pleasant service and great location, unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy our experience at this restaurant. The tuna sushi was clearly not fresh — the fish tasted and smelled very off. Even though we were hungry, we couldn’t finish it. The ramen wasn’t particularly tasty either, and the pork was burnt. Overall, the food left us with a rather strange impression. The music was also far too loud, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal. Unfortunately, we can’t recommend this restaurant.
