The best restaurants in Dublin

18/07/2025: Avant la visite de l’EPIC Muséum, nous nous sommes arrêtés pour manger un fish and chips. Belle adresse pour cela. Avec une pinte de bière pression IPA. Bon le rapport qualité-prix est moyen car l’addition s’est élevée à 68 euros services inclus (pourboire) pour deux. Mais bon, nous n’emmènerons pas nos économies au cimetière. !😂

01/07/2025: Justyna served us for lunch on the 25th of June. She explained the menu, and suggested lunch and drink options. She was very cheerful and eager to help as much as possible as this was our first time at the restaurant. We enjoyed our meal and we thought the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. We will definitely be back! 😀

11/06/2026: Just had drinks. Excellent selection of craft beers and IPAs. Food looked nice and prices were solid, but was only there for a few pints. Update, still just as good.

18/08/2025: Amazing!!! We were here three evenings ensuite. And the best was the singer today (name??) Thanx for the Guinness. Espacially the two ladies behind the bar!! Incredible!! How fast they work and at the same time so relaxed, even singing and dancing during pressing the beer. Sorry for my horrible english- greetings from Ilka and Peter from Berlin/Germany

15/08/2025: 1 of the best places in Dublin City to enjoy not just the fantastic Creamy Guinness along with other drinks. But Carla and staff go really beyond what is expected. Local people are extremely friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this place as since in Dublin it's very difficult to find a better place.

29/05/2026: Nice place. Nice pub. Nice vibe. Only thing is laud music. I asked 2 times for them to lower it but after few min they raise it up again.

17/10/2025: I used to staying with the owner Valerie when I did my Leaving Certificate a decade ago in Ireland. When I knew she's now owning a cafe, I came here to taste the food. I love the Chatty Fox Special, great taste of bacon on toast and latte. I love the chocolate brownie! 🤤 I'd recommend to my friends that whenever they visit Dublin, this is a place you must visit! Staff here and Valerie are doing an incredible job running the place. I will come back again next time here in Dublin. Matthew from Hong Kong, living in Derby, UK.

08/10/2025: Nice cafe full of locals, which is always a good sign. They do a good full Irish and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a lot bigger than it looks, but any time I've been in there were enough people there to give the place a bit of a buzz and a good atmosphere.

03/05/2026: My girlfriend and I had such a great experience at Connor's pub! The food was amazing and very fairly priced. Delicious and big portions! The best steak I had in Dublin. The staff is also excellent. I want to give a shout out to the doorman Marco, he was very kind answering the questions my girlfriend and I had in regards to the pub. He even took photos of us and posed us perfectly in front of the pub! Thanks again Marco!

01/05/2026: Vitor was fun, engaging and made delicious drinks for our table. The food was delicious and the atmosphere fun without being over the top. All of the staff was friendly and responsive. Was allowed to take pictures of Conners belt.

20/07/2025: This is such a lovely pub. Very clean. Bar staff are so kind and friendly. Mixed age groups goes here. Very lively at weekends with bands playing and music on the speaker. Affordable drinks. Great range of cocktails. Good for parties and having a good night out. The food does be lovely aswell. Highly recommend this pub to anyone. I definitely go here again.

17/03/2026: We were really looking forward to enjoying some great Irish food on St. Patrick’s Day, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We were seated quickly and placed our order for both appetizers and entrees right away. The appetizers came out promptly and were delicious, but after that, everything went downhill. We waited an extremely long time for our main meals, asking multiple times and speaking with several different staff members. Meanwhile, tables around us were seated, served, and finished their meals while we were still waiting. We were given several explanations, such as the kitchen being busy or delays due to ordering appetizers, but it became clear that our order had never been placed. After asking for help multiple times, another server finally stepped in and our food was eventually brought out. Very frustrating experience, especially on a day we were excited to celebrate.

24/04/2026: We had a meatball plate and burger plate. The portion was huge and the meatballs were very delicious, succulent, and very well cooked.

16/06/2026: A solid Irish pub with great service!! Good size parking lot and bathrooms that were ok. The chicken I ordered off the menu was a tad dry, not the worst I've had but I ate at this place a few years ago and it was differently better.

10/06/2026: Typical lazy limited beer selection. Small Gf peroni in expensive bottles.

19/05/2026: In town on vacation and stumbled upon this bar as I walked by this raining night. Pulled up a barstool, ordered a red 🍺 ale with fish & chips, and watched football ⚽️. Great experience do recommend. Read a review that stated they dont cook the food but outsource... if so, it was still great!
