22/05/2025: Great pub with a very friendly atmosphere and outstanding service. Unique decor all around the bar. Our bartender, Ryan, was friendly and engaging throughout our entire visit.

22/06/2025: It has been a while since we’ve eaten in Katmandu in Dalkey and after eating there recently I have to say it was absolutely lovely,the jhinga prawns,onion bhaji and masala including all the sides were delicious. The staff are so friendly and efficient. We can’t wait to return soon.

17/03/2025: First time to eat here and I have to say the food was absolutely delicious. We shared Kathmandu veg & a sizzling meat platter (my fav was sizzling prawn) to start. My friends had the Kathmandu special mixed Sizzler, delish, highly recommend👌. Others had the Himalayan chicken curry, which looks green but is really tasty.😋 I had the prawn tikka masala and we shared pilau Rice, a peshwari naan & garlic and coriander naan. The wine was decent and all for €50 per person! Very good value for how delish the food was!

11/07/2025: Food is amazing, one of the best chippers. Easily tops best late night chipper too, food is always fresh and made with good ingredients. Everything I've had here is great and they do quite a variety. Honestly a godsend after a late night.

02/07/2025: As a Vegetarian it isn't easy to find good food spots, but this store is one of them. You can choose between various meals and also "normal" eater have a large selection of dishes. I had an burger with french fries which was very delicious. When you are in the surroundings, have a look and enjoy the dishes. I can totally recommend this store!

We got the pepperoni with a drizzle of hot honey and it was hot🔥 Nice neopolitan style dough, not too crispy, not too floppy and most importantly, not charred underneath👌🏼Plenty of toppings. We were served by a very friendly server. Lovely pizza box packaging. Was a quiet time that we were passing but if we were in the area again, we would come back and I’m sure tb e atmosphere would be busier!

07/03/2025: I come here each time I'm in Blanch. It's a nice spot for some quality time with coffee and a book or a laptop. These Polish baristas are always kind and smiling. Out of all Insomnia Cafés, this one is my favourite.

13/07/2025: Was in a Mosque in London once, each worshipper had box to put his things in and I noticed each box had a small wooden stick about 6 inches long, I asked a guy what it was he said the Muslims use them for brushing their teeth! Nuff said

30/06/2025: There’s a beautiful calmness in every mosque I’ve visited here in Ireland. It doesn’t matter where you’re from — you walk in and instantly feel welcome. The space is peaceful, the people are kind, and the respect in the air is somethin’ else entirely.

Dry dishes (fries and steak in the burger), bad tastes (lamb gnocchi that taste like canned ravioli), and a 10% tip is automatically charged even though it's not stipulated anywhere... Avoid: expensive (€75 for two for two dishes and a drink) and disgusting = scandalous I've never been so disappointed: thieves through lies and poor quality

Room & Amenities The room was well-designed with a sleek, contemporary look. I especially appreciated the clean and spacious desk area, perfect for getting a bit of work done or simply relaxing. The fan was a thoughtful touch during the warmer nights, and the lighting was soft yet effective. The TV and mirror setup added a practical and aesthetic balance, and the overall decor felt fresh and cozy. View & Location The highlight of the stay was definitely the balcony view. Overlooking a charming mix of old brick buildings and modern city lights, the view captured the character of the city perfectly. One side of the balcony looked over a beautifully lit walkway with color-coded lamp posts, leading toward what appeared to be a repurposed industrial tower now fitted with glass—an eye-catching landmark. The other side showcased the broader cityscape, complete with cranes in the distance and a blend of heritage and new developments. Surroundings The area around the hotel felt vibrant but not noisy. It’s ideally located for anyone looking to explore both the historic and modern sides of the city. There’s a nice mix of architecture, and everything feels easily accessible by foot. Overall This hotel strikes a great balance between style and function. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, it offers a cozy yet contemporary environment with a surprisingly scenic urban view. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, clean, and stylish place to stay.

12/12/2024: I prefer the coffee beans from Cool Hand. The milk is sometimes heated too hot and other times it’s too cold. I feel Insomnia is more consistent at my preferred 65 degrees. The music is often too loud. I prefer the volume of the music at Lean Bean. Finally, the owner, I think his name is Simon, is very enthusiastic and tells me to have an AMAZING day. I prefer a quiet Barista.

18/07/2025: 5 stars all around. Food was great good size portions to share. Very busy in the evenings always good to book ahead. Service was lovely and polite and made sure we had everything we needed. Loved the decor and the atmosphere very calm, peaceful. Good proximity from the offices- really recommend. :)
