02/06/2025: I ordered a still water bottle and they gave me an opened bottle with tab taste, it was definitely tab water and the bottle was filthy. The waiter told me he opened the seal for me but I didn’t see him doing that. Won’t come here again…

24/05/2025: Lower deck is our local, absolutely love the low key vibes and a gorgeous pint. They started doing breakfast at 9am on the weekend, and it was stunning! Highly recommend.

10/05/2025: Got an ube cake for my sister's birthday the actual cake tasted fine but a bit eggy, and the buttercream tasted salty? for some reason. Maybe this was a once off thing because i've heard good things about their ube cake but this one was not it. Will try again

We checked it on return home and there shouldn't have been a problem looks like it was on the restaurants system. A little disappointing as we checked before booking.

21/06/2025: Juliet gave phenomenal service, and we had a phenomenal meal with my family. The charcuterie appetizer was phenomenal, as well as the many main courses. The salted carmel cheesecake (pictured aftermath)didn't last long for dessert!

18/07/2025: Pleasant local cafe. Eggs were overcooked. Streaky bacon was not cooked as much as I would have wanted. Coffee was unremarkable, but drinkable. Prices were fair.

21/06/2025: I had a disappointing experience at this bar due to poor service. Despite there being three staff members behind the bar who didn’t appear to be particularly busy, I waited around 7–8 minutes to be served. I had to move along the bar several times just to get someone's attention. During this time, two more senior staff members came over, noticed a small group of us waiting, and then left without engaging. When I eventually voiced my frustration—admittedly in the heat of the moment—a junior staff member asked what was wrong. I told him I felt the service had been poor, and his only suggestion was that I speak to the manager. As I left, I spotted the manager but decided it wasn’t worth the effort to explain the situation further. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend the place. Hopefully, this was just an off day, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

19/07/2025: Good experience shopping. The butcher is very pleasant and the ladies on the tills are friendly and helpful however, all 3 deposit returns scheme machines not accepting anything... clearly full and not maintained. A man was furious beside me and said it's always the same here. So in a nutshell I will shop here again but machines not emptied in the lashings of rain was definitely worth minus 2 stars.

17/07/2025: The delivery service is shocking. The staff who select the items are picking items out of date in one or 2 days and picking the wrong items. When queried with the help line, they state that its up to the store to refund as independently owned (I was told to bring the items back for a refund) even after sending a video of one of them with mould all over it. I used the delivery service 5 times and an issue each time. I wont be using them again, back to Dunnes I go

On the bright side, the appetizer—a goat cheese tartine with fig and prosciutto—was outstanding: flavorful, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. The cod was cooked to the right texture but unfortunately quite bland. The pancetta dish also leaned too sweet, and the accompanying cream lacked depth of flavor. The Garden Room itself is bright and airy with a lovely view, and the staff were excellent—attentive and welcoming.

07/07/2025: A few starters and some main dishes for a good price. The portions for starters are great for sharing with a group and you won’t feel hungry after. The staff are polite and the food is delicious, possibly the best restaurant from my family’s whole trip! Our servers were Larissa and Ivan.
