29/12/2024: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible experience with Dublin Pizza Company! They went above and beyond when there was a mix-up with our delivery. Despite being closed, they sent out two new pizzas to make things right. The food is absolutely delicious, with flavours that will keep you coming back for more. Their customer service is truly exceptional, matching the quality of their amazing pizzas. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great pizza and top-notch service in Dublin!

24/12/2024: Ordered the pizza online .. 1hr late for delivery at this stage .. can’t be reached except by email .. no response .. 1st & only time to order with them .. will never do it again & yet they have charged me .. as close to a scam as I have ever encountered

24/12/2024: I booked this restaurant for dinner with my wife on her birthday. We've been to Bresson before and very much enjoyed. I made the booking 4 months before the date as it's a special birthday. So I was quite shocked to receive a brief alert with no explanation yesterday through the Open Table service that the appointment had been cancelled. This happened barely more than a week before the dinner, leaving me with practically no time to find somewhere else, especially over the busy Christmas period. I rang to ask what was the reason and was told the manager would ring me back. When I rang again, after receiving no reply, someone who appeared to be in charge said 'Oh, we were trying to contact you last week to say the restaurant would be closed on that day.' This may be normal practice for restaurants currently, but it's not decent carry on.

13/12/2024: Everything was superb. One star less on food because of the amount of salt in the house-made salted caramel icecream.

27/12/2024: Avoid this place if you value good service. I’ve never been so disappointed by the attitude of pub staff. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The bartender was rude, acted as if I was a bother, and didn’t want to serve us drinks even though the bar was empty. There are plenty of other pubs in the area with friendlier, more professional staff. I won’t be coming back.

17/11/2024: The burger was decent but that’s about it. They had no mayo for the chips and the waitress offered us a dip instead. We obliged only to find out a small dip is €2.50. MyWadi is also €2. So they tried to charge us €9 for 2 dips and 2 MyWadi’s. I know Dublin can be expensive but that is just taking the p***. Won’t be going back again!!

23/12/2024: My husband & I stayed with our baby the 15th & 16th Dec. David on reception checked us in & he was an absolute pleasure. Every staff member we encountered were so lovely & helpful. They made us feel so welcome! Our room was top class - spacious, clean & suited us very well with a baby. We used the pool & were very happy with the facilities. We didn't opt for breakfast, but any food & drink we had was very satisfactory. The 2 girls on reception who checked us out were so friendly, & told us no rush to leave the car park. We have stayed in the hotel previous years & always had an enjoyable stay. And once again I am recommending the place to everyone! We are really looking forward to returning again in the new year.

28/12/2024: Overrated 👎🏻€22 + 10% service charge for bad quality oysters… It looks questionable… you called it fresh oysters? I ordered 6 oysters and only one tastes acceptable.

16/11/2024: Cool bar on the 7th floor of the Aloft hotel, great views over Dublin 8 and a great selection of delicious cocktails! Our cocktails, from the signature menu, were 13.50 each which is great value for the city. A real hidden gem.

30/12/2024: We came across this restaurant by chance, one of the few open after 9pm, especially on a Monday evening. As an Italian, I usually avoid Italian restaurants abroad because they are often disappointing. However, this time I had to change my mind. The pizza was excellent, worthy of the best Italian pizzerias, with quality ingredients, cooked in a professional oven. The staff was kind and friendly, and the place, although small, was well kept and clean. Absolutely recommended!

28/12/2024: Bruschetta classica was tasteless. Pizzas were a big disappointment with watery tomatoes making them unpalatable. We were four people with no other clients in the restaurant but I had to go to the counter to get the waitress to come to take the order and to get the bill. No one came to see if we needed dessert or coffee. The only saving grace was that when the waitress did come she was friendly.

29/12/2024: I have been to Royal Marine Hardy's Bar on numerous occasions and loved it, so obviously keep going back but last night we were so disappointed. We ordered steak sandwiches which were so cold when they eventually arrived after ordering an hr before due to chef not getting order!! When I say cold I mean cold. Manager came down and offered us the bottle of wine we were drinking while waiting for meal!! Very bad service and handling of situation. My steak not only cold but uneatable due to toughness.....The only part of food I ate was the chips that were hot. The only good part was, the waitress kept apologising and was so lovely to us and apologetic. She was so lovely and made us feel heard in the situation. The manager handled it very coldly. An awful night's food experience. So sorry to say as loved before.....
