29/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Green is exactly what you hope for after a long day exploring Dublin—quiet, modern, comfortable, and blessed with air conditioning that actually believes in doing its job. The location is fantastic, the staff couldn't have been friendlier, and they somehow manage to make you feel like a regular even if it's your first visit. Speaking of friendly... the Irish may be the nicest people we've met anywhere. Everyone seems genuinely happy to help, quick with a joke, and somehow capable of giving directions that include three landmarks, two pubs, and a story about their cousin. If you're staying in Dublin, stay here. Great hotel, great location, and surrounded by some of the best people you'll ever meet. Sláinte! 🍻

16/06/2026: ***UPDATE*** I initially gave one star based on the below experience. However, the hotel manager and its employees reached out and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Our room was upgraded to a quiet area, we were given beautiful treats to enjoy, along with a personal note of apology. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and pleasant. We sincerely appreciate everything they have done for us. “If sleep is important to you, do not stay here!!! Our room is on the street side and I feel like I’m outside. There is no noise barrier; We are staying here now, have 2 more nights to go. There’s constant yelling and screaming outside, every car, every horse, every person going by.can be heard as if our windows were open. We also had a horrible experience at the bar last evening. We came in from the outside, had jackets on. We were told there were no seats available even though I’m looking at 4 empty seats. We advised we were guests of the hotel and then told to wait in the lounge for 10 minutes and he’ would come and get us. That never happened. We went back in the bar and we clearly were forgotten. Apologies galore, but too late, the impression was already made. The bartender makes a good drink, but was slamming things around as if angry, and rude as ever. This Green experience really is more than a disappointment”

28/06/2026: I will say this is partly my fault as i didn't complain Visited the black lion inn on a Saturday at lunch time for a dinner was served fast by lovely staff ordered a beef dinner the dinner arrived with plenty on the plate proceeded to eat food to discover the food was cold and so was the plate as i said partly my fault for not complaining as I was in a hurry back to work but would be nice to eat a hot dinner

11/06/2026: The Shtout is top of the pops, you'd ate your dinner off the turlets. The bar pidgys are 11/10. If i had an hour to live id pop in for the wan

17/08/2026: My partner, her father and myself went to Roly's for my partners birthday. It was our first night in the terrace area and it was a lovely evening. The food was delicious - I had the duck wontons and the fish and chips and both were great. The service was great - all members were welcoming and were good fun. Would be back again!

16/08/2026: We had a truly lovely meal here today! The food was delicious, and we were given special care by the waitstaff and in particular the extremely friendly Khan, who not only brought us many laughs but he also went above and beyond to celebrate myself and my partner’s engagement and made a real fuss of us. Thank you very much for giving us such a memorable occasion!

16/08/2026: Always enjoy the trip here. Food consistently good and generous portions, even the small size. Bread/wrap is nice and freshly homemade in the kiln oven. Our regular spot for kebabs in Dublin. Staff are friendly and easy. Five stars for what it is, good kebabs for a reasonable price with good variety of ingredients.

16/08/2026: Zaytoon is one of the most underrated restaurants in Dublin. This is fresh, authentic, healthy food and the taste is just incredible. It probably has a “late night kebab” reputation because of the places that open late in city centre. But this is flawless, restaurant-grade food. Would give more stars if I could!

05/09/2026: Lovely atmosphere good food but the service was a bit slow, we got our food and everything quickly but the waiter never checked on us we had to flag him down for desert and the bill, maybe it’s just laid back but still. Anyways it’s a very good price and they have all the classic beers plus the sticky toffee putting was delicious!

12/09/2026: Good Food. Good Ambience. Food is always fresh. My favorite is Singapore Noodles. I have tried 80% of their dishes. I would recommend this place. It's a costly place.

17/08/2026: The food at Camile Thai is genuinely very good, and the atmosphere is pleasant, which unfortunately makes the standard of front-of-house management even more disappointing. My experience with the manager has been particularly poor. I found the communication unnecessarily blunt, dismissive and lacking the basic warmth and tact I would expect from someone responsible for dealing with customers. Being straightforward is one thing; making customers feel that their concerns are an inconvenience is another. When an issue is raised, I have also found the response to be more focused on deflecting responsibility or shifting the conversation elsewhere than showing empathy and trying to resolve the concern. Eventually, it feels pointless even trying to have a conversation. What concerned me even more was seeing how priorities appeared to be managed during busy service. On one occasion, while customers were visibly waiting for their food on the other side of the counter, I witnessed catering containers being brought out and the chef being instructed to prioritise the catering order ahead of everything else. Whatever the commercial importance of a catering order may be, existing takeaway, collection and waiting customers should not be made to feel forgotten. There has to be a balance. The chefs appear to work extremely hard, and the quality of the food reflects that. It is therefore frustrating to see their work potentially undermined by the customer-facing side of the operation. The Assistant Manager position is another mystery to me. There seems to be remarkably little visible presence or meaningful involvement from that role when it comes to customer service and resolving issues. An Assistant Manager should complement the manager and provide another point of leadership, particularly when problems arise. From a customer’s perspective, that simply hasn’t been apparent. Good restaurant management isn’t only about revenue, catering orders and getting food out of the kitchen. Hospitality is ultimately about people. Customers remember how they were spoken to, whether somebody listened when something went wrong, and whether management actually cared about resolving the situation. Great food can bring customers through the door, but service and management determine whether they want to return. I genuinely think the owner should take a closer look at what is happening at the front end of this restaurant. There is clearly a good product and hardworking kitchen team here, but in my experience the management and customer-service side is letting them down badly.

23/04/2026: I respect the nutrional guidelines provided and calories arent too bad if you are dieting. Excellent variety and Food Is always exceptional and perfectly seasoned with their own distinctive style. Highly recommend!

30/08/2026: What a hidden gem! This tiny Italian restaurant transports you straight to Italy through its incredible flavours and atmosphere - and Claudio makes sure you feel that way from the moment you step in. Every dish is beautifully presented and full of flavour, but the tiramisù... absolutely out of this world. It feels like an Italian nonna prepared it just for you right then and there. A 10/10 experience! Just a heads-up: they don’t sell alcohol, but they are BYOB, so feel free to bring what you'd like to drink. Walk-ins are accepted but reservations are recommended.

26/08/2026: This was the worst restaurant I've ever been to in Dublin. My boyfriend and I went there excitedly to celebrate my birthday, but the food was terrible. The dishes were very expensive, but not tasty or fresh. The sushi and hot pot weren't authentic either. My experience was awful, and they even got the prices wrong. It was a truly awful experience.

08/08/2026: Spacious! Good selection of beer here, with some local beers and ciders I haven’t noticed in other places. Tasted there locally brewed ginger beer which I liked a lot! Food is served from the neighbor pizza place, so there is only pizza and some snacks, no traditional irish cuisine. But maybe it is fine for such place which is more of a modern bar for youth 🙂
