The best restaurants in Dublin

29/11/2025: Could not of had a better experience. I came in for gait analysis and new trainers. The owner was so friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to size up my feet by just looking. He recommended an excellent pair of runners which already make running feel alot more stable and comfortable along with some great general running advice. Could not recommend enough I will be back.

16/10/2025: Medicore food, fishiest prawns I've ever eaten and no crushed nuts on the Pad Thai!? Sacrilege. Much better food in Dublin for a more reasonable price too!

08/09/2025: Went to this place yesterday. Seems like a family-run restaurant, run by an old man and his wife. The old man was very polite and also served us very well. He was also super considerate by mentioning about the ingredients in a certain dish weren't suitable for vegans. The food tasted amazing, seemed authentic, and was quite-filling too. The restaurant gave a very homely vibe, which I liked quite a bit. Would definitely visit the restaurant again if I have the opportunity to.

06/12/2025: Delicious food, great staff. We arrived 12pm Saturday for a quick sit in bite. They were so accommodating! The beef burger meal and chickenburger meal were delicious!

06/12/2025: The chicken wings were absolutely delicious. The blue cheese sauce went perfectly with the wings. Excellent service and great background music. I highly recommend BuJo to everyone; it's a very family-friendly place.

08/12/2025: I’m sorry to say that my experience at this bar was very disappointing. The service was far below expectations: the staff showed little attention or professionalism, and the overall quality — from the service to the atmosphere — was poor. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place and hope they improve in the future.

20/10/2025: I’ve frequented this place on and off for a number of years. But recently I’ve been there quite often and have began to be a major fan of this place. I recently did my first wings Wednesday with about 8 lads. I think usually there’s a timer on the table but as there was no booking after us the staff kindly told us there was no rush…. Now I’m not sure if this actually worked out in are favor because we absolutely stuffed our faces with delicious wings all night…. That experience was 10/10 and I highly recommend to anyone interested. The value for money was insane. Also in the upstairs of the venue there was a whole mini event on with art stalls , piercings and so on .. also a really cool dj which was class to see. I’m a big fan of using the spaces we have in Dublin for lots of different events. Now wings Wednesday aside, the place itself is amazing. The vibe on any night is always welcoming and funky. The music they place is niche and class to anyone who’s a fan of actual good music of all sorts of genres. The main thing that brings me back every time is the 4 class shuffle boards upstairs. Such a great facility to have and they don’t even charge any money for it which is amazing. I understand that the company in the past as a whole from the ceo has received some sort of a bad rep. But if you didn’t know what existed from news and whatnot you could never imagine it with how sick this spot is. A proper gem in Dublin

20/10/2025: I have been prety much frequently as I live near by. This time I was trying to make a booking for BD in advance. The booking was rejected for very unreasanably. Only saying that they will not be able to promise any specific table or area in advance. Why do you have a booking system then?

01/08/2025: Old school Dublin at its best. Lovely team and great cakes - I had lemon drizzle which was lovely. Great to see them featured in the Irish Times.

16/11/2025: Unfortunately, the staff weren't very motivated in the afternoon and seemed a bit overwhelmed. There are definitely better pubs in Dublin.

05/11/2025: We chose this place to try fish and chips. We liked the atmosphere and the food. The waiter was attentive and polite. Keep in mind the 10% table service charge, although it's already indicated on the menu. Wide variety of beers; we'll be back.

10/11/2025: Its not one of the highest rated afternoon teas in Dublin for no reason! Can't fault anything. Usually theres something on one of the tears I dont enjoy at an afternoon tea, but this was the first time i enjoyed everything! Tea/coffee selection was really good, though I have seen larger menus. I highly recommend

26/09/2025: Fantastic. I had never been to an afternoon tea before, but my wife scheduled it for her Mom. Not cheap, but everything was wonderful.

21/11/2025: Lovely hotel with nice staff, but it's over priced I believe for the quality of the rooms, TVs without modern smart facilities, etc. I also paid €28 per night for valet parking, but valet really means you just have to queue at reception to give them your key, give them 15mins notice to get your car back and both times I gave notice I was waiting much longer; once because they were busy and had another car to move first (I don't see how that added so much time) and the second time because there was a delivery truck in the bay - it's far too expensive for the service.

14/10/2025: I visited your restaurant approximately an hour ago and would like to share my recent experience. Before entering the queue, I wanted to ask one of your staff members whether you had the Bufalina pizza available. Unfortunately, I was met with a rude and dismissive response—“It’s in the oven.” Later, when I proceeded to place my order, another staff member served me in a cold and indifferent manner. I have ordered the Bufalina pizza from your restaurant many times before, and it has never been served as burnt as it was today. I was quite surprised by the quality. Moreover, as I was leaving with my order, I noticed three members of your team looking directly at me while speaking in their own language and laughing, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected.

09/10/2025: I ate pasta carbonara there which was very good and the servers are very friendly, I highly recommend it.

28/08/2025: Came for the Beamish! There was another barman [older than pictured] who was a lovely chat. He spoke about the different stouts & preferences of customers in the area. It was a great insight. Wish I could've stayed and had more pints.

23/08/2025: Beautiful bar, got a whiskey and ginger ale which was bomb.

22/10/2025: Great spot, great for a quick bite,hot sandwich or the famous ice cream

19/10/2025: Lovely coffee and tasty toastie. Only downside was the Chicken n Stuffing toastie was mostly stuffing.

10/09/2025: This is a lovely, local cafe. Our first time there and not our last. An extremely good well priced menu and good food, good atmosphere and friendly and attentive staff. We will definitely be back
