01/10/2025: A village institutuon with a great history behind it. Pints of stout always of top standard. Food has a great selection of pub classics. I must recommend the smash burger. Top pub.

19/12/2025: Great takeaway, food always very nice, very accommodating to vegetarians will swap out ingredients in meat dishes to accommodate. Staff always friendly and customer service is great, we drive 20 mins for this place when we fancy a takeaway curry!

17/12/2025: We order from masala every week the food is so good. Except for today we ordered chicken and veg biryani and both were not good. The veg biryani had frozen veggies (peas, corn and carrot mix) which was really really shocking. There were no other vegetables. The biryani tasted very sweet for some reason, the raita we got was sweet too and so was the curry we got. Wouldn’t recommend their biryanis at all.

They even agreed to help me organize a small surprise for my husband's birthday, which meant a lot to us. We received a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is clean, the food is very good, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. The room was lovely, with a superb view from our terrace. We highly recommend this hotel to all travelers visiting Dublin. Keep up the good work: it's so pleasant to be surrounded by such attentive and helpful staff! 22/12/2025: Overall overpriced for what it is. Nice atmosphere and cocktails etc. Service kind of slow. Steak orders were mixed up and one steak was cold and had to go back to the kitchen. Nice to try but wouldn’t go back.

08/11/2025: Popped in here for brunch today and we were made so welcome from the moment we opened the door. Haven't been here in a year or so, as live too far away, but delighted they are still serving up the best brunch and as amazing as ever. Brought friends who were blown away by the quality of the food.Presentation and portions were 100% You can taste the fresh ingredients and the flavours are fabulous. Very happy to return and find it better than ever.

01/12/2025: I am Changing my review as We always had a great time at this restaurant and used to go every 2 weeks but today (30th November 2025 - 4PM) we made a reservation for 8 people and starting from us entering the place the staff was very rude specifically a girl who was serving us. She made us wait for 15 min even though the whole place was literally empty and she was very unkind while talking to us. This is not how we were treated in the past and I hope the owners can sort this out and either educate that staff on how to behave in hospitality sector or get rid of them. I provided date and time of my reservation just so that owner can find out who that waitress was. Bill picture attached.
