The best restaurants in Dublin

22/12/2025: Overall overpriced for what it is. Nice atmosphere and cocktails etc. Service kind of slow. Steak orders were mixed up and one steak was cold and had to go back to the kitchen. Nice to try but wouldn’t go back.

07/11/2025: First time in store today. Very impressed with the range of products, the layout of store and value for money. One of the nicest SuperValues I've been in . Lovely, local feeling in store and Customer/Staff relations which are gone in a lot of other stores. Will definitely be back

26/11/2025: Honestly, I'm baffled. 5/5? The lady who took our order was pleasant but that is the ony positive I can give. Cutlery was dirty, food burnt and/cold, and sending it back didn't improve it any. The coffee was below par. There was no apology, no offer of something else. First and last visit.

04/01/2026: I don't usually leave reviews, but I want to point out how much the staff at this restaurant cares about their customers. I was very pleased with the note they put with your order. If you want good food, and most importantly, good quality service and a pleasant atmosphere, you should visit this place. The food is very good and tasty, and the prices are affordable.

04/01/2026: The food here was delicious. We got 4 mains; Xiang style beef, sizzling lamb with cumin, sliced beef in hot chili oil and sweet&sour chicken. My favorite one by far was the lamb with cumin but I highly recommend all four.

24/11/2025: A minor drawback: The room was superb, but the window hooks weren't working (they were broken). Overall, a very nice hotel with a warm welcome and a generous and friendly breakfast... Thank you for your hospitality; I recommend it to everyone.

23/12/2025: Lovely meal here. Quite a small restaurant but it had a lovely atmosphere. Kind of homely. It was very busy as it was getting close to Christmas. Food was excellent. There isnt a huge menu but there was still plenty choice. We just had starters and a main course. The garlic chicken stir fry was tasty and the portion sizes were good. Staff were all excellent. So attentive and friendly. The only negative was we ordered cocktails and they took quite a while to come. But they were fully booked and busy so they had a lot going on. I'd definitely go back again. Very central location as well in the city centre and close to Grafton St, buses, Luas and taxis

16/11/2025: I’m sure their generic menu is fine. But would not give someone a basic human right of using the bathroom, despite being empty of costumers and extremely quiet. The lack of customers possibly stems from their lack of respect for the general public.

25/01/2026: The restaurant gave a fine atmosphere. It was clean, delightfully warm and very thematic. The service was friendly including to children. The food was average which was a little disappointing. Sweet and sour chicken and sweet chilli chicken were ordered. While the quantity was very generous, the qualityjust was not there. Perhaps other items on the menu are tastier?

19/01/2026: Ordered for collection on Saturday night, part of the order was a portion of Yuk Sung. When I got home I discovered that the lettuce was not with the order. Although they refunded me the cost of the Yuk Sung over the phone this isn't the first time that an item was missed from a take away order.

20/01/2026: We have been about 20 times over the last two yrs.You are always pleasantly met at the door by a staff member, and always seated very quickly each time, the service is always very good, its a busy location.We normally just go on Sundays, the kids enjoy the food, especially the excellent pizzas. Cinnamons staff are always very attentive, the various different menu ootions are consistently good, Its a plesant experience always.Its a great location, as noted above its busy, there are plenty of table staff to look after you , its definitely well worth a visit if you haven't been, very lucky to have such a consistently good venue

26/12/2025: Male staff member kindly sorted us with a table on a busy Christmas eve morning. Great menu including items such as Mexican and Turkish eggs. Can't say I've ever commented on coffee temperatures, however, ours stayed nicely warm till our meals were finished, which was a first in any cafe!

04/08/2025: I have so many fond memories of The Clarence. When I heard of the substantial renovations it was about to undergo, I decided to book a stay there at the end of July as a sort of 'goodbye' to the scene of so many good times. Though some of the rooms have been looking a bit worn of late, 303 was still in great condition. Check-in was easy, and the sets of double windows minimized noise from the quays. There is a real charm to the look and feel of the rooms - the well-built, practical cabinets, the subtle gold tiling accenting the bath. I fear most of it will be replaced by whatever happens to be trendy as the refit is undertaken, but hopefully some of what made the place special will survive. Most of all, it's a real loss to see the hotel staff scattered to the winds. I sadly didn't get his name, but I'd like to especially highlight the kindness and care of the staff member who was manning reception on August 4th. I nipped in with a last minute request, and he (and the colleague he found to assist me) could not have been more gracious, even as the hotel was being packed up and closed around him. So long to The Clarence. What a great run.
