03/12/2024: Nice hotel. Good location with nearby luas stop in Smithfield meaning Heuston station & city centre in easy reach. Rooms clean & comfy. Pity half the limited selection of tv channels didn't work. Hotel operates a "guest of the day" that means if selected you are proclaimed King or Queen of Ireland for the day and nobody can refuse you your heart's desire. Not really, you get a box of chocolates and a free drink at the bar. Not to be sniffed at!

15/12/2024: Staff are so rude. Especially a blonde girl who was extremely rude, think her name was Holly. Staff are slow to bring drinks to table. I can’t get over how rude the staff were, turning their nose up at asking to order drinks. There is a South American lady working there, she is the only good thing going for this bar - awful atmosphere.

11/12/2024: Beautiful decor. We live locally and enjoy the atmospheric cocktail bar. Staff is charming and perfectly trained to create a welcoming and chic atmosphere. Definitely try the house cocktails. Such an experience!

09/10/2024: Got this pizza and what an absolute shame, greasy dry and flavourless. Sides greasy and absolutely disgusting. Unlike the other chain in Ballyfermot this was the worst takeaway pizza ive ever eaten will never return even if offered for free so ill feeling after it.

01/01/2025: We made a stop to have a chai tea and an espresso, well nothing out of this world. If it catches you nearby 🤷🏻‍♂️...now they only have one bathroom for everyone so you have to wait in line to go. Negative point for me.

13/11/2024: The place is very nice, lots of light and well located. The only thing that fails is that the food was very well presented but it lacked flavor... maybe some spice, salt, mustard, more lime... I don't know... but the flavors were boring. The attention from the boys was very good.

11/12/2024: Lovely hotel in a perfect location! We had a little compaint and they took care of it very friendly and professionally!

30/11/2024: Booked and paid for a spot in their car park online in advance and this is what happened. Arrive at the car park and there is a sign saying car park full but I was able to drive in through the barrier anyway. Then there is some guy from the hotel in the car park saying the car park is full and it pretty much is, bar one spot that had a cone in it. I told him I have paid for a spot and why can’t I park there and he said it is for a guest, I told him what am I to do now as I have paid for a car park spot and he said the hotel shouldn’t be selling car park spots in advance on their website as they need to keep spots for their guests. Eventually following a bit of remonstration as he realised I was now late for an event he managed to squeeze me into a spot of sorts. They shouldn’t be selling car park spots in advance if they cannot guarantee you your spot when you arrive.

21/12/2024: Authentic Thai cuisine. Best Tom Yum soup, fish cakes, Thai green curry and pad Thai. We will be sure to return again.

18/12/2024: It is truly authentic Thai food. I have eaten Thai food in many restaurants and it doesn't taste at all. Coming to this restaurant is very delicious. Everything is delicious. Who is looking for Thai food? Can recommend this shop. Guaranteed you won't be disappointed. Plus, all the employees are lovely, good service, and smiling. Waiting to take care of customers The decoration of the shop is also good. Everything is good.

27/11/2024: Ordered the mini breakfast. The butter that came with the toast was stale . The mini breakfast itself was disgusting.

15/11/2024: Arrived at the cafe today and ordered the breakfast to be fair it was very disappointing, the best thing to be fair was the toast, the sausages are really fatty inside , mushrooms ware really soggy and tasteless, bacon was so salty, I also tried some chips and there as bad as McDonald's with the amount of salt very disappointing experience also cups and cutlery ware definitely not the cleanist won't be going for breakfast theee again number 1 vote is still koffee & kale without a doubt 😀
