20/10/2025: Went in for a bite to eat and the staff are absolutely amazing, just old school kindness and that goes a long way in this day and age

24/09/2025: Great atmosphere pity about the staff, left standing at the bar for nearly half hour to get served(which i can accept it was very busy)but to be told after standing there that long and being ignored a staff member finally came over to me and said that the part of the bar i was standing was only for getting food only i wont be getting served a drink even though other people were served drinks there before me . Absolutely ridiculous if its food only Ive no problem with that but don’t leave me standing there that long like an idiot and pick and choose who you want to serve drinks, always go in before and after a gig in vicar street safe to say i wont be back. A month since email been sent and still haven’t bothered to reply…….shocking Emails been sent on 1st of march aidan and you still haven’t bothered to reply to it to resolve situation Over 5 months now Still haven’t bothered replying to the requested email I’m curious have they ever bothered their hole to email anyone back ???

02/11/2025: Myself and friend had visited here tonight on your lunch break, usually service and staff are brilliant, but tonight was a disaster, the restaurant itself wasn't overly busy, we went in at 4 sat down and got our order taken straight away, 4.30 rolls around and still no sign of our food, people who had come in after us had gotten their food and had it and left, I called one of the servers over and asked was there Any sign of our food, as we were waiting 30 mins, she walked off to check but never came back near us to let us know any information on what had happened with our order, we waiting another 20 mins and not one server came to us to check on us, after this 20 mins we have been waiting 50 mins and still no food we were now at 4.50 and our lunch break was over so we had to leave, we got up to leave I went to the girl that took our order to make her awear of the situation and that we had to leave, I told her we were waiting 50 mins, but befor I could even finish my sentence she said she would check and walked away, I called her back and apologised but said we had to go as we were due back to work, she just walked away from us, No Apologies no im sorry, it was genuinely awful service. I completely understand a long wait period when its busy but 50 mins after the order was put through and speaking to two servers, who didnt really seem to care, and absolutely no help to us, we are regulars in the branch and couldn't believe the lack of customer service tonight, genuinely wont be back,.

13/10/2025: It does great exactly what it tries doing. Happy somewhat elevated fast food with decent prices and a lot of variety in a diner themed restaurant. Waiters were patient and attentive, food was greasy in the right amount and milkshakes are a great addition, especially having monthly specials!

12/10/2025: Iconic pub in Dublin. Lovely staff they treated really well and got us a table quickly even if we were 7 without booking, good pint of Guinness and great pub food!

29/10/2025: I ordered a burger and my girlfriend the full Irish. The burger was poor but if it was just that I wouldn't be leaving a review. Every item of her meal was wrong in some way. Even the toast was ruined as it was so hard it hurt her mouth. I thought she might be exaggerating so had some too, and my mouth still hurts an hour later.

23/10/2025: Food was delicious but €17 for a full breakfast and then coffee as extra. It's 2 sausages 2 rashers pudding and an egg. C'mon.

25/09/2025: I highly recommend this location for both food & drinks - a hidden gem, the male & female staff members working downstairs at the bar are brilliant & very welcoming.

19/09/2025: The cafe is lovely but it has the rudest staff. I go there often and I never had a pleasant encounter. They ignore customers, roll their eyes, and are generally acting odd/full of themselves. very odd vibes from the staff, but the cafe itself and the food is good.

16/10/2025: I arrived last Saturday, haven’t been to this establishment before. The food was a delight! And my server was so lovely, I believe her name was Bethany— lovely American girl, she made my experience fabulous! Will be back again soon!

04/10/2025: Great pub!, it has a lot of history behind it. It's there since I was a child in the 50s, always worth a visit. Staff are so efficient and so friendly.

Cold welcome, unfriendly service, and very disappointing food. The fish is passable, but the fries were barely cooked. Everything is wrapped in layers of paper so thick that within a minute, everything becomes limp and devoid of any crispiness. For a fish and chips place, this is the height of absurdity. A failed experience from start to finish.

19/10/2025: Kind and friendly, they also recommended lots of places to visit and drink good beers. Generous portions and delicious food. It's a shame we couldn't order directly from them.

14/10/2025: I visited your restaurant approximately an hour ago and would like to share my recent experience. Before entering the queue, I wanted to ask one of your staff members whether you had the Bufalina pizza available. Unfortunately, I was met with a rude and dismissive response—“It’s in the oven.” Later, when I proceeded to place my order, another staff member served me in a cold and indifferent manner. I have ordered the Bufalina pizza from your restaurant many times before, and it has never been served as burnt as it was today. I was quite surprised by the quality. Moreover, as I was leaving with my order, I noticed three members of your team looking directly at me while speaking in their own language and laughing, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected.

07/09/2025: We only listened to Irish music at the bar and tried the Irish whiskey coffee. It's not exactly our cup of tea, but it certainly warms and energizes. The music was great. The updated prices weren't the same as the menu, so I took a star off. They charged me 1 euro more for each glass than the menu stated.
