01/11/2025: I was looking forward to getting Griolladh for the first time as I’d heard such brilliant things. I was so disappointed when it arrived. It was tiny & had 1 small piece of limp lettuce. I understand times are tough for everyone in the industry but if you’re paying over a tenner for a sandwich you’d expect a nice full sandwich.

04/09/2025: The hotel is located right in the center, very close to all the attractions (all within walking distance). The area is beautiful and lively. The staff is extremely kind and helpful with all our requests. The breakfast is exceptional. If I return to Dublin, I'll definitely stay at the Temple Bar Inn.

23/10/2025: Great, large, and delicious pizza! We had just arrived from the airport and were looking for something to eat – it was already 1:30 a.m. The hotel receptionist recommended this place, and it was definitely worth it. There’s only outdoor seating, but that was perfectly fine. I can definitely recommend this spot!

30/06/2025: Ordered 2 breakfast rolls, 5 minutes within ordering my food I rang them to add dietary requirements( it says ring restaurant to add dietary requirements),as there is no option when ordering and was told the order left the shop? Within 5 minutes of ordering food? So firstly not fresh and secondly they wouldn’t let me add my preference said well cancel your order and reorder it? Not happy at all not a good service. If you are ordering food you should be allowed to give dietary requirements. Won’t be ordering again

31/07/2025: Made me wait 15min only to tell me the card machine wasn’t working, left the shop late, hungry, and empty handed.

24/06/2025: I love cosa the coffee is great the staff are polite and very helpful and its a great place to meet family and friends for breakfast or lunch I would definitely recommend this place

05/11/2025: Sandwiches and coffees were good. All food and drink has to be ordered up at the till but plates etc aren't cleared when finished with. Cafe was a bit cold. Staff are friendly.

23/08/2025: I absolutely love calling into Mackey’s cafe every weekend. The food is always delish & served hot. Coffee is great & staff are friendly and always up for the chats! Perfect walking distance from the forest too

11/12/2025: Even though it’s busy most of the time, there’s something oddly calming about browsing here. It’s easy to wander through the floors without feeling pressured. You can take your time with the displays, and the staff never hover, which makes it a genuinely pleasant visit.

12/10/2025: The manager of the pub (at least that’s what he said he was) became quite aggressive and even tried to start a fight with me. It was around 7:00 PM, and I was not drunk, first beer of the day. He seemed to think that my friend and I were laughing at someone who had fallen, but we were actually laughing about something completely unrelated. Honestly, I understand that he might have been frustrated or stressed — and I wish him all the best — but I hope he learns to calm down. His behaviour felt dangerous for customers, and I have to admit I was scared.

15/12/2025: Lovely little restaurant serving delicious Italian food. Well priced and great menu. Something for everyone.

22/11/2025: This place is a little gem, for sit in or take away, the pizzas especially are up there with the best in my opinion. Homemade chips are also a big hit with us too. Well worth a visit.

21/11/2025: Went on a quiet mid week November night for some food. The staff are lovely and attentive and the roaring fire is welcoming, but that's about the best of it. The food is priced at a level that I would expect more. I got the shredded chicken with chips, rice and curry. I think everything was from a packet - the shredded chicken is definitely frozen mass produced, the curry sauce was from a container and the chips are frozen chips too. I've no issue if that's the food, but don't charge as if it's chef made quality!

18/11/2025: Came here on Sunday got a carvey only issue I had was the knife not been able to cut the roast beef but absolutely lovely dinner and great atmosphere after the Ireland match.

10/07/2025: The pies and pastries look lovely in the fridge until the staff stick them in the microwave and destroy the pastry. Guys invest in a toaster oven!
