02/03/2025: For all tea lovers. Beautiful cozy place, great atmosphere, it's the perfect way to relax. Several rooms to choose from, all have a private feel. It's a unique experience. Usually visited by couples but a great spot to go with friends or even alone. Lots of teas from all around the world. The menu was seriously huge. Also have snacks, hummus and desserts. Fair prices. Polite and friendly staff.

23/02/2025: The Tea Garden is a lovely place. If you feel in the mood for relaxing while sipping on a lovely cup of tea, well then, you should definitely go there! They now have a new dessert menu with chocolate cake, brownie, etc.

20/03/2025: Worst experience of my life in this place last night. Every member of staff is rude, the door man is unnecessarily cheeky to everyone.

07/01/2025: I don’t care much for coffee taste- it’s either burnt or drinkable. But this one was different. And it wasn’t by accident. The guy made it with an unprecedented amount of care and delivered it to me with care as well. And when I took a sip I had that moment the food critic has at the end of ratatouille. 5 stars!

06/04/2025: Maybe it was a bad night, but the food was not great. I had fish and chips and I left most of it. The fish was frozen and not deep fried in hot oil, it was very soggy.

15/04/2025: This property is very beautiful the location is really great however this hotel is not suitable for older people. The breakfast service was very terrible as we constantly felt rushed even though the hotel was fully and we did not get our seat promptly. I absolutely have no issues waiting for a table because I understand that the hotel was fully booked and busy however as soon as we sat down we felt extremely rushed both days that we ate there. The breakfast was tasty though. We asked for clean towels to be set in our room and when we got back the towels that they had replaced were extremely dirty and had brown spots on them. I told front desk about this and I thought they were going to notify the manager but they never did. We went there with my parents who needed help with their luggage since there are a lot of stairs in this property. The stairs are completely fine and it was in the listing so I completely understood. However when we went to the front desk to ask for assistance for my parents to help them with their luggage the front desk person was sleeping in the lobby we did not offer to help us at all. This was extremely unprofessional considering that my parents were older, and we had been told the front desk offer is 24 seven and they did not help us with their luggage at all. Overall the properties very beautiful but the staff is horrendous. I’ve never the type of person to leave a negative review but this truly blew my mind how terrible the service was.

13/04/2025: My grandparents were heading to Dublin for a concert and we booked this accommodation for them as a gift. They absolutely LOVED EVERY BIT OF IT. The welcome they received was so warm and they even included a selection of cakes and an upgrade. The room was very cozy and super clean. The morning was made even better by a huge spread of anything they could want. Thank you for looking after our grandparents. We really appreciate it 🧡

22/03/2025: The burger was slightly over cooked, the mustard hint was perfect though, not too strong but it was present in every bite. The macaroni and cheese it’s great, the flavor of blue cheese is superb. I would say it’s a bit pricy for the size of the portions but I guess you pay the place. I came again for the lunch time burger. I liked it a lot but the service was pretty slow though. The chips were great with a nice touch of salt.

23/03/2025: Got a takeaway, a Doner Kebab, thought I was eating salt, it was so salty it was scary. I like salt but this was like just eating salt. Seriously its a disgrace what I got, I can still taste salt in my mouth. Come on guys, don't serve people crap like this, your charging enough for your food, it's disgraceful honestly

18/03/2025: Popped in for lunch and managed to get a table without a reservation. The two dishes we ordered were delicious 😋. The staff were all very nice. I would easily recommend this restaurant

I enjoyed the sunny weather while feeling truly special, thanks to the warmth and friendliness of the staff. The service quality was impeccable, with every detail carefully considered. What impressed me the most was their attention to cleanliness—both the tables and restrooms were spotless, which is something I highly value. 06/02/2025: Mornings are really lovely and lively here, afternoons are great place to relax and rest, and game days are surely festive. The service has not surprised so far, such a nice store!

17/03/2025: Cat ate my food and i didn’t get another meal. What do they expect me to do? Eat food that a stray cat ate out of? €6.50 GONE. My friend then gave me some of her food. We are both students that get allowance, WE couldn’t afford to get another meal just because something happened that wasn’t our fault. Work on basic hygiene

01/03/2025: Really nice place for you to go grab a coffee and have a little time with friends or love ones. The caramel latte was really good. The will give you a card for them to stamp each time you buy something and once you get 9 coffees you will get a free one 😏

15/04/2025: I confess, I didn't realize Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel was a "real" castle with a long history (c. 1741). Our stay was exceptional -- the staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was large and our request for a "high room away from elevators: was met. Altho the carpet could use updating, the room was immaculate, the bathroom large. The balcony was spacious and offered fabulous views of the Irish Sea. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and a friendly staff. We enjoyed wings and steak frites in the Dungeon Bar -- loved it's dark & cozy atmosphere. It's proximity to the DART led us to Bray, and we walked easily from the hotel to Dalkey for a tour of the castle there. Also within easy driving distance of Powerscourt House and Gardens. For whatever reason, I expected a touristy vibe, but it was not at all. Would happily return to Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel.

15/04/2025: The family room was great, really spacious. Nice pool and gym. The choice for breakfast was comprehensive and the staff were lovely.
