04/07/2025: What's the point of ordering extra sauce if you're not getting any sauce at all, it's just dry rice.....really disappointed, this seems to be the norm these days! Edit: I would just like to say that I'm not particularly happy with the recent meals I got, it's not the first time I order extra sauce and got almost no sauce in the curry, it probably depends on the cook but still...not happy!

22/06/2025: We ordered before from Silver kitchen and had a wonderful experience. We ordered the meal deal for two. Tonight we ordered for three and the ordering was so difficult. But it got eventually sorted and when our meal arrived we got two bags of stale popadums. It totally ruined our experience and we won’t be ordering again.

24/02/2025: For the attention of Malayalees...!! Don't go thinking that you will get Kerala food.. If you eat it, you will just love Kerala food. !! I visited here today ,there is no dine in section only take away is available...I ordered a lamb Biryani along with egg fried rice.I have never eaten such food in my life, the food was so bad, and there is no quantity and quality...Very disappointed

07/08/2025: Fantastic hotel my partner was travelling for work and I had the day to myself, great pool gym ect I absolutely loved the balcony as I am a smoker so it was great not having to leave hotel for a cigarette. Definitely worth the money for the balcony alone :-)

29/06/2025: We were lucky to get a walk-in table for two. Food was delicious, we shared a Dover sole dish for the main. The crab salad and the calamari starters were bigger than we thought they would be and tasted great.

19/05/2025: I’ve visited this café a couple of times. The atmosphere is generally nice and quiet, but unfortunately, one of the staff members (the male employee) comes across as quite unfriendly and lacking in warmth. A more welcoming and approachable attitude would really improve the customer experience. Small details like this can make a big difference. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration and leads to better service in the future. I don’t know if he’s sleepy since it’s a morning or maybe he has some problems with work… please do something about that

09/07/2025: A bit hidden, but easy to find. The food is very good and the prices are affordable. The staff is attentive and friendly. P.S. The chicken curry, although a bit tough due to the spiciness, is well worth it.

30/05/2025: I’ve been a regular here, but after what happened recently, I’m done with this place. We changed tables, and the manager came over and spoke to us in a rude, accusatory tone, saying I should know the rules. Instead of politely explaining, he acted as if I had done something wrong on purpose. When I called out his disrespect, he responded with sarcasm and even made an inappropriate comment asking if I wanted him to belly dance. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Never coming back.

28/05/2025: First experience. It looks so hidden, but it worth giving it a shot! ✨ Cosy place to spend time with friends! So many options of teas – cold or warm. Delicious deserts. Lovely experience. Surely it is now one of my favourite places to show my friends. ✨

05/06/2025: Love the design of the new restaurant and the atmosphere is lovely but the food was a bit of a let down. Had the burger and it clearly wasn’t made fresh and felt like the wings were also cheap. Would love to keep eating here but the food would need a bit more attention first. Thanks guys

04/06/2025: The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. They even had coffee/tea making facilities, something you rarely get since the coronavirus pandemic. The bathroom was also large, and the shower was great. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet was everything you'd expect. The location to the airport was ideal.

30/06/2025: Ordered 2 breakfast rolls, 5 minutes within ordering my food I rang them to add dietary requirements( it says ring restaurant to add dietary requirements),as there is no option when ordering and was told the order left the shop? Within 5 minutes of ordering food? So firstly not fresh and secondly they wouldn’t let me add my preference said well cancel your order and reorder it? Not happy at all not a good service. If you are ordering food you should be allowed to give dietary requirements. Won’t be ordering again
