The best restaurants in Dublin

22/04/2026: My children and I enjoyed our dining experiences at Brady's while visiting Ireland on our Easter/Spring Break. We loved the mild wings and the soups of the day were amazing as well. Ate there pretty often so won't itemize all the meals we had but overall the food was tasty, the service pleasant, and the atmosphere aligned well with the feel of an irish pub as we imagined it.

29/12/2025: I come here regularly and love the menu and variety but I’ve ordered soup on 3 different occasions and its extremely over salted!! Also music is way too loud.

18/08/2025: They don't do food, but if your having a party they allow food to be delivered. Staff are very friendly and lovely pints. The establishment has a good friendly atmosphere, we come here quiet a lot.

06/02/2026: Grand spot altogether. Staff were sound and on the ball, food was savage with good portions, and everything ran smooth. Toilets spotless, seating comfortable, and the atmosphere was great once it got going.

18/11/2025: Grand spot, was at niece's 21s Plenty of seating.. lighting was poor, a lot of missing bulbs in area. . Toilets clean, place was cold, as door for smoking area. Food service was very good, good selection of food on platters. Also bar staff good and friendly, just a better selection of non alcoholic beverages would have been good.... Overall good spot... Second time been at this location. Downstairs before and good food, service ect .... Well done guys. Just parking could be looked at... As we were coming from outside area .. n required car ect .

09/03/2026: Really handy shop in a great central location. I've been in a few times and it's always been clean, well stocked, and easy to get around. For a city centre supermarket, the selection is actually very good, especially for fresh food and quick lunch options. Staff have been friendly whenever I needed help, and the whole place feels modern and well run. Definitely one of the better shops in the area

31/01/2026: The supermarket is very small, and I've always reached it on foot, a pleasant stroll. However, I've never done a "big" purchase there because the selection isn't very varied and the prices aren't among the lowest in the area. However, unlike other supermarkets, I found a large pack of Barry's Tea to take home as a souvenir here. The advantage is that I didn't have to wait in line at the checkout, and payment was very quick. Friendly staff at the entrance and exit of the store.

18/03/2026: Visited, 13 of us, 2013, was terrific. The Clarence location allowed us to walk to all of Dublin's sights. No cars on bridge over River Liffey out photo point. Less chaotic and more minstrels , jigs, on cobblestone streets -The Porterhouse, the best part of Temple Bar.

16/04/2026: A hotel 3 times the price of others, run down in desperate need of upgrade. In bathroom, basin piping hot water shower in bath luke warm on max heat. On the 3rd day if I recall still no room service, ran out of toilet paper. We went to the reception informed them, asked to see the manager and was told to wait, 40 minutes later we just left. later that day went to the room still same, went back down to reception demanded to see the manager and he never came. It was clear he was in the back office as the reception person kept going there to talk to him. The next day after using the breakfast toilet again we went to the reception and told the reception if the manager does not see us now I call head office. He amazingly quickly arrived and brushed it all off as no issue. We then told him we are on the way to a shop to now buy toilet paper. He seemed little phased, this is what happens when you employ unqualified staff. So such a bad experience paying 218 euros a night to stay in a dump. No daily water, no coffee/sugar not even beds made up. Either reduce you daily rate to an appropriate rate or revamp this place and change management.

12/04/2026: This old building was formerly a Freemason girls' school. It's ideally located right on the bus route to the city center. It has a lovely breakfast room, and the breakfast itself was excellent in terms of both variety and quality. Items were constantly replenished and were always available. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bar in the basement is comfortable and features a piano. The rooms were clean but not ultra-modern. Good quality at a good price. All in all, highly recommended.

09/04/2026: Very nice pub. Great to see it opened up again. Would very much recommend coming here if you would like to watch some sports.

27/03/2026: Lucas and Ivonne have elevated mccloskeys from a random local pub to a coveted, trusted and anticipated location for any and all popular sporting events. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine humility makes every event one to look forward to. Not to mention the recent renovation- there is ample room for spectators on big match days and unmatched customer service. Lucas and Ivonne, in particular, have gone out of their way on numerous occasions to make us feel welcome.

22/03/2026: Its an amazing bar with an amazing bartender roster, i really love all of them and i am really proud of all of them, everything is top quality and Dublin will never understand how valuable this bar is. Manager Joao is king, I wish all the pubs in dublin were like this

17/01/2026: It’s a nice environment to be in but a double Jameson and Coke was €17.80. Got to admit no warning of that was a bit of a sting Everyone one else enjoyed it though with just beers

25/04/2026: This is a fantastic Chinese restaurant. I love seafood and meat, and I can find everything I like here. Steamed fish, boiled fish, ginger and scallion lobster, ginger and scallion shrimp, spicy stir-fried razor clams, and scallion-oil snail slices are all my favorites. The stir-fried lamb, cumin beef, Sichuan-style chicken, and sliced ​​beef and tripe in chili sauce are also excellent. There's a large parking lot downstairs, which is super convenient. Eating Chinese food here is definitely the right choice. It's also a great dining spot between Dublin and Powerscourt.

11/04/2026: Two available websites to order takeaway from, apparently I used the "wrong one" which isn't working anymore. I was informed this after the website took my money and only when I rang up complaining my food was late. The manager told me I can't get a refund or my food as it was my fault for using the wrong website.
