21/11/2024: Myself and my husband are indian food lovers, we always try to eat in every city or country we travel to and we found this restaurant's food really nice and we loved the lamb curry and chicken achari ghost masala we ordered. We will definitely come back again!!

21/10/2024: Good food served by engaged staff in a friendly atmosphere. Busy with both sit-in and take-away business on a cold Friday in October: the Mixed Kebab with a giant bottle of Cobra Beer hits the spot! The best kebab in Cork! The Chicken Karahi is spicy and flavorsome. This is a restaurant to be recommended. Medium pricing.

15/12/2024: Visited the restaurant with friends and we have ordered biryani, butter chicken and nan, and samosa, the food is tasty and samosa is crispy. Staffs are humble and give priority for dining. I recommend all friends to visit and enjoy the taste of Indian cuisine.

10/11/2024: We had a takeaway and like some of the other reviews mentioned, there is simply not enough meat in the dishes. It is far too expensive for a takeaway and the portion sizes. The onion bhajis were cremated and then reheated. I would be embarrassed giving them to someone let alone selling them. I never finish an Indian takeaway when at home (we were visiting family) but this didn’t fill any of us. The containers are very large but they are all sauce. Additionally rice is extra and does not come with the dishes. Portions of that are small. We ordered two Naan breads and they gave us the incorrect ones. And in the same vein every Indian restaurant I have been to around the world provide complimentary poppadoms, mint sauce etc. There was none of that here. I won’t be returning.

14/10/2024: Visitamos ayer y optamos por una comida para llevar en lugar de comer en. Muhammad era muy amable y ofreció un gran servicio. Nos dijeron que la comida estaría lista en 25 minutos y así fue. La comida estaba deliciosa, cocinada perfectamente y los productos muy frescos utilizados. Sin duda volveremos cuando vuelva en la zona.

04/10/2024: I would not recommend this place. I never had korma that was white before, I guess they run out of turmeric? When asked to get orange juce I got served Fanta. Seriously?

16/11/2024: Hi guys, placed an order yesterday, was charged for it, it never arrived and nobody picked up the phone or answered my SMS. A week later - no update whatsoever and I'm still waiting for my money to be returned.

07/11/2024: We went here to celebrate our daughter's birthday. She loves Indian food and Delhi Rasoi Indian serves only the best Indian food! We shared the mixed starter platter - for four it was perfect, onion bhaji, shish kebab, aloo tikki, chicken tikka along with mint and mango dips. The main courses were soo good. I had butter chicken with garlic naan, like heaven on your tongue. They gave my daughter a treat because of her birthday (we only told them when we were at the table). Honestly it was gorgeous food with great service! We will be back! ❤️❤️❤️

27/10/2024: I recently ordered Lamb Nihari from this restaurant, and while the food itself was problematic—the lamb was undercooked—that became a secondary issue due to the staff’s behavior. When we mentioned the problem, Govind, the staff member attending to us, was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, he argued with us repeatedly, making our experience unpleasant and uncomfortable. For a business in the hospitality industry, having staff behave this way is shocking. Customer service should be a priority, yet here, courtesy seemed nonexistent. We left disappointed and won’t be returning. Won't recommend anyone who is expecting to be well treated!

03/12/2024: Usmania delivered a perfect combination of great food and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience! A special mention to the receptionist for accommodating us amidst a fully booked period, ensuring our family had a wonderful time.

01/12/2024: So disappointed today’s dinner. We been to many other Pakistani restaurants and so impressed with their food. We came here with an expectation and it completely ruined. Ordered a Chat as starter and it was made with some sweet sauce. The main course of lamb karahi has a very small portion I have ever seen. The roti is very dry and had eaten like biscuits. No complimentary poppadums and dips!!

09/12/2024: The food is actually good but it’s the service that is the problem. It’s just chaotic and fragmented and leads to a frustrating dining experience.

18/10/2024: Do not try to make a reservation at this place using the link on Google maps. I did this and when we arrived the restaurant said they do not have access to the Google online bookings. They were rather rude and did not make any attempt to accommodate us. I would suggest you look elsewhere.

28/09/2024: Too bad we don't live there, maybe the best Indian restaurant we've dined. All is done so well, really appreciated the wide variety of options, esp for vegan/gluten free. Service never skipped a beat. The layout and quiet atmosphere with nice background music - so much better than our noisy USA dining spots. Enjoy!

03/09/2024: So overpriced it's borderline robbery. Ordered the tikka Masala, not sure what we got but it was not Tikka Masala. Told we had to be out by a certain time even though we booked. £20 for a dish not including rice. We got 6 pieces of chicken and a bland cheap tasting sauce. Awful!! Rice was bland and flavourless and expensive. Did not enjoy the experience at all.

21/11/2024: Ordered food and drove 10k to collect it ,when I got home to give the rest of the family there food the kids pizza had barbecue sauce u can imagine there reaction our takeaway night ruined, I rang to tell them my order was wrong and got no satisfaction was told call another time there to busy I will never be seen in the door of the place again kip

10/11/2024: Used to get a decent kebab. Today was poor. New smaller box. Smaller kebab. Taste of raw dough of the nan bread. Won't be ordering again. Pity used to be food.

15/11/2024: Decided to try this restaurant for a takeaway. Went in to order at 7.45 on a Friday night, gentleman at the counter was polite, took my order and as I paid for it I was told it would be a 40 min wait. He took my number and said that he would ring me when order was ready to collect. 50 minutes pass by and no phone call. Thought they may be busy so drove round to them, parked outside and went in to takeaway section. Restaurant had 8 people dining in it, table of 6 and table of 2, so hardly what constitutes busy. I waited inside for at least 5 mins before the same guy appeared carrying my bag of food. Put it on the counter and said Thank You. I left and drove home. 7 minutes drive. Brought food on and opened tubs. Major, major disappointment. Firstly there was no burst of aromatics from the food. The Butter Chicken was just pure bland and super sweet. The Prawn Balti was about 50 % onion and as for the Sagg Aloo, it was just brown sludge and again mainly onions. Spinach was nowhere to seen in this dish. The Peswhari Nanns were not like anything I have got in any other Indian restaurant. Horribly sweet, no coconut inside at all but it did have some weird pink colourant added to it inside. Even the little tub of mint dip that comes with the poppadom crisps was bland. First and last time I will darken the door of this place. The most annoying part of all this is that you work hard all week and fancy a nice Indian Takeaway as a treat. Then you get charged nearly €40 for this terrible food. Thankfully there is Copper & Spices and Indian Vibe here in Navan, both of which serve Indian food that tastes as it should. Lesson learned.

08/07/2024: Just got a takeaway absolutely dreadful. Hard lumpy rice and old lettuce. Tasteless Tandoori Chicken. This used to be such a good Indian .

29/11/2024: Great Indian Food with friendly staff Had a beautiful dinner from them We orderd mutton Biriyani , sheek kabab, tandoori chicken... Must try their tandoori chicken with green chutney and salads.... Good food ... good ambience... Will visit them again
