15/10/2024: Top notch experience, friendly and welcoming staff. Food was fanatic with great portion sizes. Kids meals were good value with plenty on the plate. Will definitely go again.

18/10/2024: 2 experience. Full irish breakfast was the best and then evening meal where I went for steak was equally good. Hard to beat for food, service, value, and craic!

10/11/2024: A fabulous hotel, they could not have been nicer to us, very accomodating to our needs & requests. The place was spotless, food was great and the staff top notch. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

30/10/2024: Nice smart hotel. But we hadn’t visited for a few years, so came back for lunch. Not what it was. We were seated in the café, after waiting in reception for 5 minutes. friendly staff. But the food was not to an equal high standard. The fish and chips were fresh and good. The smoked salmon bagel was great. But the vegetarian option of stir fried vegetables was very poor. It had not been stir fried and the noodles were topped with a sickly sauce and a few mange tout. A proper wok was not involved! It was served lukewarm. The chicken curry had a balti style metal dish with an oily catering style sauce and boiled chicken pieces dropped on top. Most disappointing. Sadly we won’t be back, as we like Glenties, and with children we like to go out for a lunch time treat. Not worth €70. :(

18/10/2024: I called in to this cute little place after a three hour drive in very heavy rain I was hungry and tired I was looking to take a nice sandwich and coffee take away. It was very disappointing there were 5 people before me one lady serving and it took 15min to get my coffee they only had once size cup and the only sandwich available was cheese. To my left by the door was a fridge with nothing in it only a packet of parma ham and some bottles the pictures before I stopped look lovely and the place looks inviting this place is cute but that's about it. Another 2 customers came in behind me and then left. The lady was pleasant I got a small coffee and the only semi healthy thing to eat was a bake well tart both cost me €7.50. I was very disappointed and would not go back the place looked very unkempt and disorganised, nothing like the photos . To the owners time to update and brighten the place or change your photos to what it actually looks like today .

27/10/2024: Spectacular pub, interiors that make you feel at home. Family atmosphere and fantastic people. I ate the best salmon ever here.

15/10/2024: Best place for food in Adara Inside is a nice little bar and side room bit like your granny’s parlour and good mix of locals and tourists Nice menu they even serve local oysters Nice place to have a couple of pints after your meal

11/09/2024: We shared Brie & chicken wings for starters. Had Penne pasta carbonara, Surf & Turf, Chicken goujons & roast chicken for dinners. Finished with amazing Baked Alaska, Kinder bueno cheesecake & Ice cream sundae. Every bite was delicious & staff excellent. Can't wait to go back, & best advice is you have to go to experience the food here to believe it.

06/11/2024: The food is mediocre, I had the special slow roasted beef and seasonal veg: the veg was rock hard and the beef very much microwaved. We had the wings to start and again they were very much microwaved. Staff lovely… food NOT good

01/11/2024: Thank you for a fabulous meal this evening! Delicious starters of.mushrooms and Brie with delightful salad with a lovely dressing the mains were lovely too best steak my husband has had for a long time and my pasta dish was so tasty lovely sauce and lots of Parmesan! The service was excellent even though it was busy we were very well looked after We will be back soon!
