20/03/2024: Not really happy with the staff. They switched channels in all TVs 10 minutes before the end of the PL game because someone wanted to watch rugby. Not even the Connaught team. Very disappointed.

17/02/2024: Decent meal, solid service, prices a bit over the top..but that’s Ireland these days. Most dishes were a bit too salty and skimpy for €20 a plate.

10/02/2024: They really need to realise what level they fall into food wise. They are trying way to hard. Reign it back a bit and stay in your lane.

29/03/2024: Overall excellent in terms of service, cleanliness, environment and facilities. The quality of the Guinness however was outstanding. The best pint I have had for some time and I checked three of them to make sure the first wasn't my imagination.

23/03/2024: Lobby was very nice and professional which gave high hope for the rooms once check in to the executive suite was very disappointing me and my husband stayed in room 247 and with my husband as a hotel manger he was very shocked it was like the rooms were neglected different handles on bed side compartment couch facing the toilet very little planing and though with into the planing of the room with room 246 very close to other room which was very odd Over all great staff interaction and just a very mediocre rooms with very little left to the imagination also very disappointing bathrooms as very cramped also stains on the floor and couch bistro looks very nice and the restaurant the ground floor follows the all dark grey and black theme down stairs is well looked after just feel like rooms are neglected , burned socket on wall below tv wallpaper rippled beside tv For a 4 star hotel it is a very big let down And I will never return again

11/02/2024: Lovely bar, great location.. on both occasions that we visited there was live music by local musicians who come together to share their joy and talent while playing and presenting traditional Irish music... loved it, highly recommend, great experience...

17/12/2023: The staff are very helpful and the food is very good. However the bathrooms are appalling so dirty and the smell is awful. I can't understand why this can't be addressed. They need regular cleaning .

17/03/2024: Ordered a club sandwich and this is what I got.. definitely the worst club sandwich I have ever had in a cafe before.. I would make better in my own home. Came with ham and not fresh bacon and the chicken on it was from a pre-cooked sliced pack of chicken you would get in a supermarket. Way overpriced.. disappointing…

01/04/2024: Very nice and tasty breakfast. Service was excellent also. Bringing down one star for the toilet facilities which were pretty bad and need urgent upgrade.

12/02/2024: food is absolutely disgusting when ordered online. Took a hour to come stone cold portion was tiny burger had hardly any toppings on it and the lettuce was brown and mushy. Spoke to the manager and he was so ignorant wouldn’t even listen to me. He blamed it all on the delivery driver not taking accountability for the lack of food and gone off vegetables inside the burger waste of money.

13/12/2023: Not.overly priced, people are nice but the food isn't great. My own fault, because generally if a place does food ranging from burritos to Chinese food , to Indian. Its never going to be good. My burrito tasted like they used spag bol for the beef. Don't think I'll be back.

03/04/2024: Very poor customer service by the staff behind the counter specially the manager/supervisor not professional at all .My wife went standing at the counter and no one willing to take the order before one of the staff decided to take the order .

28/03/2024: It is not the best pizza I ever eat, however, for sure it is one of my favorites places in Galway. Every Sunday I use to get the combo pizza 3 topics + fries + soda to take away and eat watching a movie after a long week journey of work. I missing Galway and also missing this place.

01/04/2024: A tiny cafe on the heart of Galeay. We ate Irish breakfasts that were OK, if a little low on portion size.

30/03/2024: We just had a coffee. Without further ado, the surprise is that he charged us 50 cents more for being decaffeinated without specifying it anywhere. The worst was the treatment. It has a huge sign on the door indicating that there is room upstairs. We enter and go up the stairs that are found as soon as we open the door. The owner automatically came out shouting after us saying that the upstairs is closed in a rude and impolite manner. As we sat down at the table a girl came in, repeating the same situation. The girl left straight away, which we should have done if it hadn't been pouring rain. The advantage is that the table is just as sticky as the stairs to go up to the bathroom, so neither you nor your coffee will fall when you go up to the toilet. Disgusting.
