03/04/2024: Cozy, small restaurant, very tasty food. We were there around two o'clock in the afternoon, there were places, but there was movement all the time - some came, others left. Service was fast and efficient.

28/03/2024: This hotel appears nice when you arrive. Staff are professional and lobby is very nice. As soon as you head to your room you will see garbage In the hallways. Once you arrive in your room you will see that it very dated. Carpets are old and ripping, walls and blinds are stained. I booked a “family room” for our family of 4 specifically which consisted of a double bed, single bed and cot. Room was not set up as described when we arrived. Porter arrived with cot and he set it up. The legs had a hard time staying up be he assured us that they are all like that and to just not move around too much on them? Additionally sheets were stained and remnants of previous guests bathroom toilets were left in the shower and around the sink. Was happy to have Lysol wipes to wipe down the bathroom before use. Laundry is available but good luck getting a machine. Two machines for a hotel this size is not enough.

27/03/2024: This hotel deserves much higher than the 3 star rating..it is spotlessly clean from the warm welcoming reception to the well decorated bar/ restaurant. rooms are spacious and well equipped. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner and nothing disappointed, so fresh and good value for money. The pool is lovely and the location suited us perfect . Special mention to the singer in the bar on Tuesday..something for everyone. We throughly enjoyed our mini break and would highly recommend this hotel .

17/03/2024: Update.. chips are rocking in the Oslo bar again. As always excellent service and very nice staff. Great beers, great atmosphere, great staff.. Nice to sit outside on a fine day and enjoy Salthill, keep it up Oslo Bar

24/03/2024: I went with my boyfriend for our anniversary, the seafood platter was great and the house Sauvignon blanc perfectly paired our dinner, amazing!

02/04/2024: Had some great food here with the family, the croquettes were great and the duck main was really nice, highly recommended, only drawback, the toilets could have been a little cleaner, otherwise a great location and service.
