20/09/2025: Saturday 30th August 2025 had the pleasure of enjoying bottomless brunch to celebrate my daughter turning 21. From the moment we were seated we were looked after so we'll by all your staff. One server Ruth was fantastic she is a treasure. The food was unreal. We will be back again soon thank you for such incredible cocktails, food and 10/10 hospitality.
07/09/2025: Great food for large numbers and great service . Only thing that needs improving would be the cleanliness of the bathrooms . They should be attended more regulary

14/09/2025: Only stopped for Oyster which were great. Shame about the guy who tells my mother that she can’t sit down until I place my order, which I was doing with one person ahead of me. Still plenty of seat left would understand if it was busy and there were no seats. He needs to work on how to talk to his customers. Rest of the staff were brilliant shame one staff rudeness effects an experience.

09/09/2025: Went with a friend for carvery here once, looking forward to the next time I get to re-live the experience
01/09/2025: Everything looked good on the carvery bar, but the taste of it was extremely disappointing. The lasagne was poor in taste, the bacon was salty, the cabbage, carrots, mash and roast potato all had a strange taste that we couldn't identify. Such a shame, spoilt our 'treat' to ourselves whilst in the area. Sorry, won't be back, but guess we'll not be missed.

31/08/2025: Tried the Veggie Breakfast (grilled tomato, eggs, hash browns, beans, mushrooms, sweet potato falafel with toast). Honestly, it was a bit underwhelming, the falafel and hash browns were overcooked, and overall the plate lacked flavour. Was just okay, nothing memorable.

04/10/2025: Found this place on accident but so glad we did! Awesome pub!!!! We had quite possibly the best pour of Guinness in all of our Ireland experiences at Darcy's. Thank you Adam!!!!! You made the right choice leaving your old job to work here!!!! We will be back on our next trip to Ireland!
21/09/2025: Terrific Saturday night live entertainment with James D - you have to hear this young artist. Great Irish pub vibe, lots of singing along, solid selection of Beers. No food - snacks only - so eat before you get there.

09/09/2025: Salthill is in the perfect location on the promenade in Salthill. It was the perfect walk to restaurants and activities. Rooms were clean, service at the hotel was fantastic! We ate their restaurant as well one evening when we couldn’t find an opening at local restaurants. They were extremely accommodating and the food was delicious!

07/09/2025: The conservatory was a nice spot to meet for coffee or lunch. They have a sensory cubbie for neurodivergent kids which I thought was a lovely idea.

17/09/2025: Banging sandwich. Like truly class, was full all day.
10% off if your a student, but sandwich is €11.50 (club sandwich) base price, so you do the maths. Huge tho, and well worth the cash. Triple decker, and they did not skimp on the chicken and the bacon.
Great for if you’re hanging in the morning, or preparing to be hanging the next day. Also just tasted top class as well.
Served very quickly, staff were friendly and no wait to be seated. Was pretty busy but place is big wi plenty seating.
All the rest of the space in the box was filled wi crisps too, so well worth! Cheers :)

Irish bfast is average.

27/09/2025: This is a family restaurant with plenty of tables to accommodate you and u r friends. We were a party of ten and got served fast. The food was ok, nothing to complain about. The vegetable soup was tasty. Most of us got stakes and really enjoyed it.
