01/03/2025: Terrible service, they charged me for horrible rum and didn't want to exchange for something else even though I didn't drink it. They told me it was rum, I'm sure it was gasoline

04/03/2025: All was good, the Burger I took was one of the best I’ve eaten so far, the loaded fries with it were also very good and all of this is was very tasty. Service was also perfect, didn’t wait a lot (maybe because I arrived at around 13:30). The floor wasn’t very clean but it was alright. For the price, may seems expansive but it’s definitely worth it !

21/02/2025: We didn’t actually eat here, we were too late for the breakfast but the manager was so so sound and gave us recommendations. The place was spotless also.

25/02/2025: Rode out history Storm Eowyn at the Park House and couldn't have been more comfortable and cared for. Plus my car had a cozy and sheltered spot. Such a convenient location, plus handy to have an eatery in house. Great service at front desk and server Kitty was fabulous, too. I shall return!

20/02/2025: We stayed at the Park House Hotel this weekend. We were in Galway to visit Elf town and the Christmas market. The Park House is the perfect location for Eyre Square . We had people with mobility issues with us, but the Christmas market was only a couple of minutes walk away. The hotel staff were amazing..A special thank you to Fergal and the lads the park the cars. We had a mishap with our vehicle upon leaving the hotel. Fergal was unbelievable , he helped us get a place to wait for AA in the hotel. Fergal emptied the car with me and brought our luggage back into the hotel. He offered us tea or coffee. We were travelling with people who required a little extra TLC, and Fergal understood this without any explanation necessary. The staff in the hotel were all warm , friendly, and courteous. What could have been a very high stress situation was kept neutral because of the hotel staffs efforts. The hotel itself has lovely comfortable beds, warm and spotlessly clean rooms. The seafood chowder was super. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and again well done to the staff. We wanted to thank the Park House Hotel for the consideration they put in place. We will absolutely be back. Thank you, and Merry Christmas

10/01/2025: Excelentes ingredientes, cocinados por expertos. Teníamos venado, lenguado negro y un lado de patatas. Ha pasado algún tiempo desde que disfrutamos de platos tan simples pero decadentes. La chimenea también era preciosa y el servicio era atento.

09/12/2024: No tengo ningún problema con tener platos pequeños con poca comida, pero cuando tienen un precio de porciones completas lo hago. Gran ambiente, pero no vale la pena el dinero. . todavía tiene mucha hambre después de 3 cursos caros por desgracia. .

27/02/2025: Bonito pub en el encantador Barrio Latino. Personal amable y buena comida. Tal vez las porciones podrían ser más grandes, pero por lo demás estábamos contentos con la comida y el servicio.

22/02/2025: Very friendly staff, warm and caring atmosphere, wide range on the menu. Food was incredible and portions were more than enough to fill up. Prices were very reasonable.

08/03/2025: We were made very welcome! We had a delicious soup of the day! And a brilliant castle for 2 people was plentiful ^^ the meat was really delicious!!!!! the side dishes and sauces were also really good!! I highly recommend! 😊 Sorry the only photo I took was of the cocktail xD 🤣 which was very good too ^^

03/03/2025: Very disappointing in my opinion. Overrated, overpriced, underwhelming food. Unprofessional staff members and poor service management (this also appears to be a theme/problem in reviews, that the business needs to address). Restaurant cleanliness is also an issue - grubby tables not properly wiped down/sanitised. I will not be returning or recommending. There are other superior restaurants in Galway.

01/03/2025: The food was on the whole was flavoursome ( crab starter and monkfish and clam main were exquisite but cheesecake dessert was tasteless) service was efficient but lacked warmth and the Irish touch that is often a staple in restaurants in the west. I enjoyed my evening but will not return

13/03/2025: An amazing place to eat Fresh Fish and Chips! The scampi was very fresh and a very big portion. The fresh cod was as fresh as ever with a very nice beer batter. A massive plate of chips! I also tried the snack box and got two decent sized pieces of chicken!! The staff are very helpful and table service is great!! They also do takeaway if that suits better!! That delightful we had it twice during our stay in Galway!!!

08/03/2025: From the moment we walked into the hotel and met Eileen and marco they made us feel so welcome. The hotel is just fabulous the swimming pool is the nicest I’ve ever been in. The self service breakfast is fantastic they even have a proper coffee machine so you can have any type of coffee. One thing that stood out of us is that every member of staff was so nice, we stay in hotels 3/4 times a year and it’s very unusual to have friendly bar staff.

02/03/2025: We have visited Galway numerous of times but this was our first time to stay here.. I can't understand how we missed this place as it is one of the best hotels we as a family have stayed in. Immediately when you arrive you clearly see it is a step above any other hotel,.the decor is just spectacular. Extremely friendly Receptionists and generally all the staff are professional and competent. The bar was absolutely buzzing with live music and people dining. The food was top notch and the kiddies menus was excellent. The room was beautiful with bunk beds for the kids in which they enjoyed, except for the arguing of who's sleeping in the top bunk.😁 The coffee dock at reception is a nice touch where you can sit and relax with a fresh coffee. Rarely have I seen much attention to the decor detail throughout the hotel, it really is beautiful. This hotel is now my go to hotel and already have booked again for a later date. This hotel is family friendly, so if you're visiting the fantastic Galway City, book this hotel,.you won't be disappointed.
