02/02/2026: We didn't spend time in the bar proper so can't speak to that but the restaurant is top class. Phenomenal food. Really exceptional. Unpretentious location and very friendly and helpful staff. Family friendly too. Can't recommend highly enough.

06/02/2026: We were at Myles Lee's house, as usual for the rugby. Cold, and commentary turned off in favor of Rod Stewart. We went to Buskers. Welcoming, warm, food and commentary. We will be back.
05/01/2026: We have had our staff party at Buskers for the past 2 years and have always had a great service. Will be booking again next year!

Rooms were very outdated, extremely dusty/musty, beds very uncomfortable, Wi-Fi didn’t work half the time & AC was broken with inability to be fixed. The room also smelled terribly of a nursing home which did not dissipate at all with our windows open for two days.
21/10/2025: Such a great spot! I was visiting Galway for a few days with my family, and we could not have picked a better location. All the staff were so kind. Henrique at reception in particular was incredibly helpful and very fun to converse with.

22/02/2026: I absolutely love the food here — everything is always delicious! But what really makes this place special is the excellent service. The girls from Tipperary and Chile are so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They truly make the experience even better. Highly recommend!
19/02/2026: Everything was perfect! We tried both the pub and restaurant sections. Great atmosphere, but consequently noisy. The food was very good, and the desserts too.

15/01/2026: This is the coolest restaurant in the whole city! A unique place with a unique atmosphere! And the food is top notch, absolutely everything is delicious. I recommend the shrimp and the cabbage and bacon "candies"!
13/01/2026: We somehow managed to come in when it was rather quiet at Christmas time. Lovely cocktails and quick service from the young bar staff. The inside was so captivating i felt like a little child all over again. Definitely will come back!!

15/01/2026: Raul recommended the Brie Yonce burger and wow absolute 10/10. Rich, indulgent, perfectly balanced, and every bite delivered. It was my first time in Harry’s, and it absolutely won me over. On top of that, Raul was great conversation knowledgeable, sound, and genuinely added to the experience. Definitely coming back — no question.

The Connacht Hotel - Ruebens Restaurant

02/03/2026: It's easy to find, has good parking near front door and is quite pretty.
The reception area is spacious, so is the bar and breakfast area.
The pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, lockers rooms are all top notch.

Chowder was watery
Fish special on chorizo and bean in tomato base isn't nice. Why not keep it simple. I seems like a pretentious effort to be different for the sake of being different.
Dinner cold apart from fish.
Again why watery chowder instead of the expected normal creamy version. Maybe call this out on the menu.
Offer what the majority will enjoy and not the few.
