05/06/2024: Great place to get food Gives great portions All though sometimes they give u the wrong order..........=here i am nearly 12 months later and I can't say I'm impressed I would give it a 2/10 the chips taste like pre made and are soggy the chicken tenders are so soggy they were like water I taught you would improve but you clearly didn't I will be back in 12 months for another review hope it improves.............=

31/10/2024: I recently dined at Pinns Restaurant in Twelve, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The service was impeccable – our server made excellent recommendations and was always nearby if we needed anything without being intrusive. The food was simply outstanding! Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. We tried a few different options, and each one was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The chef's attention to detail was clear, and it’s evident they use high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, making it ideal for a special night out. 06/08/2024: A beautiful bar, the interior is sophisticated and chic yet cosy. A very inviting atmosphere. The lunch menu has some great options I'm looking forward to trying. We opted for the Beetroot salad with Goats cheese, it was perfect. I'd certainly recommend 👌

11/11/2024: The live music was incredibly good: I've paid for worse concerts and this one was free and with great musicians and singers. The waiter's attention was perfect. I didn't eat there, just a beer and a couple of soft drinks... But everything looked good, apparently you should eat well.

18/10/2024: Worst case of a burger ive gotten. Staff were clueless and wouldnt wear gloves touching my burger wjrh there greasy fingers. I couldnt eat it Never again

06/09/2024: Messy staff and tables and chairs because the staff member wiped the contents of the table onto the chairs.staff inside counter taking our order huffing n puffing about having to bring it upstairs .muddy footprints all the way up the stairs leading out onto the locked balcony.sticky floors underfoot while walking around looking at photos on walls . The service bench upstairs was a mess.not cleaned down and not topped up.food on the floor and bins not emptied. Had to use blue roll for napkins. No drinks arrived with our meal.chips were on the tray and not in the tub. The curry chips were tiny and the curry scarce. A member of staff was cleaning around but the pictures and the doors were not priority......all the above mentioned were. Had to go back down for our drinks which were handed out with no lids on. These plazas are all over the west of Ireland but their standards are slipping. Time to pay more attention .we won't be eating in supermacs that have that sort of attention to detail.

14/10/2024: We stopped here on a pub tour I'd organised for me wife's 40th. Jessica was really accommodating in planning this in advance and had an area out the back for us. She arranged food to be ordered in for us also. Lovely turf fire at the front bar too. Definitely recommend.

01/08/2024: Very nice place, very friendly staff, and the best fast food restaurants in Ireland. This Supermac's restaurant is very close to the first ever Supermac's, so the food here is much more tastier than in dublin or any other eastern Ireland restaurants.

15/09/2024: ….und sicher das Beste in Portmagee… Sehr nette Hospitality durch den Service… Immer äußerst gut besucht… Seafoodchowder ausgezeichnet… Fish & Chips nicht in Bierteig, sondern paniert ist leider nicht mein Geschmack….Fleischqualität beim Ribeye…naja…das geht anderswo in Irland um Einiges besser… Fazit: gemütliche klassische Pubatmosphere mit Licht & Schatten… Aber immer eine Empfehlung wert…

03/09/2024: Wow, 10/10 for service, comfort, welcome and flexibility with getting a last minute table. We arrived late in town after checking into our nearby B&B, we headed out for dinner. Arriving at 6.30pm, the tables were full but we were made very welcome and the manager kindly placed us on a table which was booked from 8.15pm leaving us plenty of time to enjoy this fantastic restaurant. The drinks, service, food and atmosphere was 10/10 and really was a WOW evening. The staff couldnt have been more welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed and amazing seafood chowder and seafood pasta. All delicious, fresh and blissfully tasty, cooked to perfection. What a beautiful small town this is and I cant wait to return. This are blew me away for sheer beauty and friendly locals.

02/07/2024: Me and my bro goes we both order a plain cheeseburger but when I opened my burger there was sauce 😠 I ordered a plain cheeseburger and there's sauce? I swap with my bro and geuss what THERES NO CHEESE. My bro order a cheeseburger and there's no cheese how is that possible its just meat and a bun now😡

04/10/2024: This is the third time I have placed an order for food online, and they haven't even started to make it when I arrive 20+ minutes later.

19/09/2024: Ordered online and only got partial order. Left out chicken burger, no cheese on the chips I asked for. Manager didn’t seem bothered. Won’t be back again.

28/08/2024: Absolute disaster waiting 35 mins for a taco chip and chicken burger manager and staff clueless I would be quicker to go in behind the counter and cook it my self joke
