24/10/2024: Went there for coffee only, no food There were 2 of us, my friends Coffee was lukewarm and .y triple shot tasted just the coffee side of warm milk. Don't think we will go back in a hurryò

15/09/2024: A very nice place besides the river. The staff is super attentive, and the coffee is excellent. They also have a small shop with various products.

26/04/2025: Woman who brought down our meals was incredibly rude. Not a smile, not a nod of the head after thanking her. The lettuce on the burger was the worst i ever tasted. The burger itself was edible, just about. Got chips with it and the taste off them would put me off ever coming back to this place again. Probably a good spot to get petrol or use the toilet. Avoid this “Supermacs” anyways.

18/03/2025: I had the scallops with a brilliant salad with potatoe chucks and chorizo. I washed it down with a smithwick . Service was good

24/02/2025: We visited as a family of 11. Staff were so friendly. Food was fantastic. Decor was just fab. Really great experience from start to finish

09/03/2025: Lovely stay in cosy Room it's traditional but with all mod cons too. The hot water bottle in the room was just the icing on the cake. Good breakfast too.

Fui con mi hija esta misma noche, 7⁄8 para celebrar sus grandes logros en la universidad... no teniendo demasiada hambre, pedimos una pizza y una porción de cuñas entre nosotros... las cuñas podrían haber sido de Aldi o Dunnes, a 99 centavos por bolsa!!!, pero cobramos 8. 50 euros la porción... ¡vergonzoso! La salsa era mayonesa o chile agridulce... pizza a los 18 años. 50 euros era muy mediocre. . . . menú limitado en comparación con hace un tiempo. . . . lugar estaba bastante vacío. . . ahora sé por qué! ! Solía traer a mis hijos aquí para tomar el té todos los viernes, y el lugar estaría lleno de zumbido... ¡qué pena... ya que realmente me encantaba el lugar... no tendré prisa por volver pronto!

21/04/2025: Unfortunately our last meal in Ireland was our worst. The place is very nice and our waitress was very friendly. My son liked his meal off the kids menu but my wife, father, and I ordered steak and I've never had a steak this overcooked in my life. All three of us were very disappointed. Once our food was dropped off we didn't have anybody check in to see how it was or if we wanted another drink until we asked for the check. Everywhere else we ate this week was wonderful so it was a little surprising. Rough experience to end our otherwise incredible trip.

19/11/2024: Ordered a cake for our mom’s 80th birthday dinner, the cake was described as ‘best ever in life’. Also ordered gluten free cupcakes and they were delicious. Can’t recommend Ann and the White Gables team enough, the food and service is incredible. A definite must for any occasion. Have ordered breads, cupcakes, cake and hampers from White Gables, 10/10 every time. Thank you Ann and team.

17/03/2025: Second time I've ordered delivery from this place. Said id give it another chance. Food was freezing when it arrived over an hour late. . 1.45 from when it was ordered. Simple order of 2 kids means which arrived again with no toy and no juice. No point on complaining to driver. Not his fault. Pathetic service really

20/05/2025: Can I endorse all the other positive revues with the same enthusiasm. I would particularly highlight Samuel and Jason who extended that extra effort in providing a most pleasurable service resulting in three days of consistent satisfaction. The stars reflect the experience.

20/12/2024: Got new look fish and chips a while back. Fish absolutely rank. Just noticed it is now advertised as fish and chips. Not cod and chips. As in supermacs in Dolans.This fish is not cod. Some cheap rubbish.

19/04/2025: It looked great from the outside but the tables were not clean. It was 10.30pm and there was only two other customers in at the time and two people serving. I thought it was a careless. Maybe they had a lot of phone it's at the time.
