13/02/2025: Not being from Limerick but following a recommendation, four of us dined at the Cornstore last Fri. A pre dinner drink was taken at the bar and subsequently taken to the table. Two starters were shared and this was followed by our four main courses. The food was so good that there was not a morsel of food left on the plates, mind you the three bottles of wine also helped. After such good food, there was no room for desert. A satisfying experience from start to finish and a big thanks to our waitress Amber. We will be back soon.

05/02/2025: Cannelloni and Duck dishes were brilliant. Staff were welcoming. Setting is cosy and also lively. Cocktails excellent. They brought out a birthday dessert also!

19/12/2024: Ate here for the second time and joined a work colleague and the staff are great here every friendly and good food, had the steak which is awesome and a burger which also was great so highly recommend visiting here.

10/01/2025: If you’re looking for a traditional old Irish pub this is probably the best place to be and go to :) We ordered a burger, seafood chowder and the Korean bbq wings and I loved the food so much! 5/5 and def coming back next time when here in limerick :) For my boyfriend the burger could have been a bit more spicier and the chips were a bit dry but it think they were very nice.

28/01/2025: Excellent hotel , lady & young man in breakfast on Tuesday 28th Jan , we’re an amazing example of 5 star service and we’re lovely and friendly dinner was also excellent service. The music on Monday night was great over all amazing thank you !

13/02/2025: This is a great hotel in Limerick. The location is north of downtown but close enough to all actions. Only reason we stopped staying at this location is the commute to our workplace was adding 15 min each way compared to a downtown hotel. The restaurant and the service were great. The food was delicious. A close by favorite pub is Locke Bar. More restaurants in the downtown area would be probably 15-20 min walk. Most sightseeing locations are walk able due to it's location in the King's Island. There is a gym but it's very tiny. There is a spa, which seems to be popular but did not avail it. If you get a corner room, the view is really great and those room has a big balcony as well!

04/02/2025: Fabulous birthday celebration at Freddie's. Top notch food (pork belly was 'melt in the mouth') served by very welcoming staff in lovely surroundings. Really impressed....we'll be back and highly recommend !

25/01/2025: Just had a fabulous meal in Freddy’s. Starter’s excellent, main course of steak and lamb shank were top class. Brownie and lemon tart delicious. Our server Elaine was 11/10. Highly recommended

16/02/2025: Yes I was here manager is not a single bit polite rushing everything just to get charged 35 euro for a burger and sides that was not up to the price wouldn’t recommend everything was good untill the manager arrived and started yelling at some kids that were from the travler origin honestly a 40 year old man refusing some kids because of there race and then I see some African American people and the looks this guy was giveing them was not one bit right I think it might be a racial problem with the servis but the food was burnt and the glasses used for the drinks had a hair in it ❌ don’t make the mistake of comeing here honestly take your ur money somewhere els you could get far better food for your money and far far better servis

14/12/2024: Fabulous meal in the bar on one of Bulgaden's busiest Christmas party nights. They had 180 in the function room. Cudos to the chef and kitchen team, the barman and the waiting staff. Great value and excellent food.

01/01/2025: Returning from Dingle on the way to Portmarnock we stopped at this wonderful Bar, in a perfect town to enjoy with the family. The walk along the river, the church and the gardens. Highly recommended.

09/01/2025: Very clean, warm in the room despite fosty nights. Fantastic staff on the reception, the restaurant and accommodation. Gym and swimming pool open from 7am-9pm.

04/11/2024: We had our baby's christening here yesterday. It was the best day. Firstly dining area was layed out beautifully. The decorations I had bought were put up and the room looked amazing. The staff were so professional and attentive. Nothing was an issue, we were left make the day completely our own. The food was great, fresh and very tasty. Everyone enjoyed it. There was plenty to go around and looking for more if we needed it was not an issue. Everyone had a great day. Brilliant place, beautiful surroundings and exceptional service and value for money. We'll be back for sure. Thank you to Ger, Gerry and the team.
