08/05/2026: This restaurant really stands out in limerick, probably one of the best dining experiences in the city and beyond. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by very polite friendly and smiling staff. It’s quite difficult to choose from the menu because all the dishes sound amazing. Finally when we decided we had some delicious fresh bread and butter, the prawn and chorizo pil pil was outstanding couldn’t get enough of it , fish cakes delicious and the lamb was unbelievably soft and juicy. The staff were extremely attentive without be overbearing, no hovering. Superb service. I would dine here again in a heartbeat. This has to be where you dine if your only in limerick for one night and a must if your here any longer.

05/07/2026: My wife and I had a fantastic experience at this local pub! The food is great, but the live music took the spotlight. A group of elderly musicians set up at the table right next to us, and they were absolutely wonderful! We could have listened to them all night, highly recommend!

21/05/2026: One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Amazing concierge service, rooms, location, room service, breakfast, etc. We had a great time here and it was the perfect location for us to walk all of Limerick and learn the city. We loved our room and housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping it clean during our stay. We didn’t want to leave!

12/06/2026: We arrived here on Monday, 8th June, with a group of 20 ladies, having booked for a 14.30 pm seating, arriving over 1 hour late. We did notify restaurant of the delay and there was absolutely no problem in changing reservation by one hour, which was such a relief to our Group. Everything was ready for us on arrival to a very warm welcome by the Manager. We were all seated together in a lovely dining room, set apart from main bar and a Menu placed at every setting, allowing orders to be taken promptly. The food was excellent, followed by tea and coffee. The Service was excellent and Staff were very helpful & friendly, nothing was a problem to them. It was a first time for many of our members visiting Aunty Lena’s and every single person would have no hesitation in recommending Aunty Lena’s to anyone who wishes a warm welcome, beautiful surroundings, excellent food and friendly service. 08/06/2026: A centrally located, upscale restaurant. Making a reservation on Sunday evening, two hours before our dinner, was no problem. We received a very warm welcome, and despite the restaurant being quite busy, we were able to have a pleasant conversation. The menu was excellent, not overwhelming, and complemented by daily specials. Since Irish beef is among the best in the world, I ordered a filet steak "rare." Many chefs seem to struggle with serving it "too rare." At Cornstore, it was perfect! Super tender and juicy, which is a welcome change from the dryness of a filet. The side dishes were generous, and before the main course, I opted for the onion soup. It was exceptionally good. The staff was attentive but not intrusive. A thoroughly enjoyable evening that completely met my expectations. A must for lovers of fine dining when visiting Limerick.

08/06/2026: As they say: nothing beautiful is perfect. Although there was a mistake with our order, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment and every bite. Staff are so friendly, helpful and attentive and that's a big part of it and what it boils down to. The food is exquisite. Absolutely perfect and delicious. The portions are on the small side but quality is top notch. We had a fantastic evening and would come again if ever returning to Limerick. Lovely ambience too and a good choice of wines.

28/05/2026: Revisited the Woodlands with the IMET retreat. It has become an annual event and I love it. I look forward to the hotel, the bedroom, the food, the grounds, the spa ... It's just magic. 27/04/2026: As soon as we walked in we got a table and the server assisted us with a smile! The staff is SO sweet and they have great taste in music. We got a Guinness & the butter chicken and it was delicious. I definitely will be back here again!

22/04/2026: Recently had our daughter’s christening. Food was high quality served by staff who showed not just a high level of detail but also made you feel welcome and looked after. We had a set menu for approx 50 people with a great variety of choice high quality food in a function area upstairs which we had to ourselves We would highly recommend this venue for any special occasion or if your looking for good food in a high quality establishment

17/05/2026: Visited the mustard seed for dinner. Lovely atmosphere. Staff very attentive from the moment we arrived. I enjoyed sitting in the front living room, having a drink before our meal by the fire. Cannot fault the food. All fabulous. Due to high price point (but it is beautiful fine dining) I would personally only visit for a special occasion. I will return for a different special occasion and look forward to trying more items on the menu.
