23/11/2024: The food was amazing. The chicken wings were incredible, great quality meat and the marinade was really delicious. Pizza equally as good with a really nice beer selection and the service was excellent. The servers were friendly and attentive and didn’t try and push us out with the bill at the end of our meal.
10/10 will be coming back
09/11/2024: stopped in while visiting the area and staff managed to fit us in despite them being full. boy oh boy were we so glad they did ! we ordered a range of dishes - goats cheese salad, pizzas and a burger (and the garlic & cheese 😍😍and truffle fries 🤤🤤🤤🤤 ) and every thing was fantastic. good vibe in the place and prices very reasonable for the dining experience. keep doing what you're doing and hope to visit soon again !

01/12/2024: Nice restaurant with a very good atmosphere in the center of Westport.
The best Chowder I've had in Ireland. It was loaded with seafood and very flavorful.
The mussels: Masterful.
The Guinness Stew: Wonderful.
The waiters were attentive the entire time.
It is worth eating/dining here for quality/price/service 👌👌👌👌👌👌

29/11/2024: lovely pub the last time I was in this pub was 2009 on a stag I think the man that owned it then since past . lovely pub great friendly staff had a pint of Murphys and it was good . I will not leave it as long before I go back again. also met Pete on the Saturday.

07/12/2024: It is amazing place in Westpor MY Irlanda, a place whit history, wonderfull and very care eache space, the house and gardens. Now in chritsmas all is completely iluminate and can visit Sta. Claus house.

Primarily a restaurant must be about the food,everything else is secondary,you can put up with a lot if the food is top notch.
But.... not only is the food first class,(I had venison) everything else was too.
It's not big,it's got character as has Stephan and the lady that met us at the front(forgive me for not remembering your name) .
The only problem is....it's so good ,many know it it's not huge ,so you must reserve a table.
Granted we went on spec and they very kindly fitted us in .
As the French might say "un repas exqui". Bon soir a tous.
15/10/2024: Overpriced and disappointing. Was rushed and the staff did not know the allergens. Food was nice but for the price you’d expect more. It’s very rough around the edges which is a shame. It was mid week and not too busy but for the guts of €200 you’d expect more attention to detail and not up be rushed. The starters were not cleared and the main arrived.

13/11/2024: A cery quaint and cosy bar/restaurant set in a beautiful location, just a short distance from Westport Town. Really good food. The fish and chips were delicious, and the Mussels devine. Great service by friendly, helpful, and happy staff. A real treasure of a place and a must on your list if you're visiting Westport.
13/11/2024: Stopped off for a snack here while out walking along the Clew Bay coast. Fabulous chowder. The new black pudding starter was great also.
(I sneak in here on my evening "stroll" also, for a chat and a pint,,,, shhhh😅🤫)

29/11/2024: Great pub went back 2 night good music and a good atmosphere in the place. went in on the Sunday morning and we were chatting to the boss. he was very friendly and more than willing to have a chat . il definitely be back
17/10/2024: We were walking around westport looking for a pint and a bit of grub before we got the bus to another town. And cosy joes was the only place with an open door. Walked in to smiles and a warm friendly atmosphere. The barman Fergus was full of chat and plenty of stories especially when he was told my fiancé is a chef. And we are engaged had plenty of knowledge about the local hotels and wedding spots. He recommended the burger which I have to say was amazing. I only wish we had more time. It was this stop that made our day in westport. And will definitely be letting head groomesmen and maid of honour know that it's a stag and hen spot.

04/09/2024: Went to a party in the upstairs venue. Great spot for a small group. Includes a bar as well.
18/08/2024: We were the first people in before the kitchen opened and the boys at the bar were so welcoming asking was it ok if we waited 15 more minutes and got us drinks. We then ordered and my god, what a beautiful meal we received! I got the steak and it was delicious, my mum in law got the Irish Stew, hubby got burger and it was fresh and tasty. Everything was perfect. Lovely pub atmosphere and empty plates at the end. Go there!

08/09/2024: It's very disappointing because we didn't even qualify. On the Internet it is written that it is open, but we found a sign on the door that it is closed. We were detoured from the route because of this cafe
23/08/2024: Stopped here for a quick sandwich, very tasty and fresh. The staff were friendly.
