03/07/2025: Un restaurante pequeño pero encantador en una calle lateral de la calle principal de Kenmare. Tocaron un maravilloso jazz Dixieland, y la comida y el servicio fueron excelentes. ¡El mejor pollo Kiev que he probado jamás!
08/06/2025: We had breakfast here yesterday. I was thrilled to see a vegan option on the menu, a vegan sausage roll, and it didn't disappoint. The filling (walnut) and the pastry, as well as the accompanying relish, were delicious. The only thing that would have been an improvement would be to have something accompanying it, eg spinach, mushrooms or hashbrowns. The roll on its own didn't quite feel like a complete meal, and while spinach was listed as a side, it was cooked with butter and I didn't think to ask whether it could be vegan (until after the meal!).
My husband enjoyed his eggs Benedict and the coffee was perfect. Service and ambience was also delightful.

17/06/2025: Super experience at this B&B. Lovely bright room, huge breakfast with lots of variety, and wonderful hospitality from the hosts. The location is easy walking distance to town and it's set back from the road so we didn't get any traffic noise. I appreciated the communal sitting rooms and the lovely views. Would definitely stay again.

13/08/2025: Small and welcoming, perhaps the only place offering a basic breakfast of coffee, tea, cappuccino, and cake. The dessert menu is a bit limited. Seating is at the counter by the window overlooking the street.

17/07/2025: Good coffee, pies and tarts but the service style is horrible. Stay in line at the counter, wait for one staff member to take the order, prepare and take payment. Whilst the other personnel is cleaning stuff. So the customer is not really centric at this place.
08/06/2025: We both had scampi and chips. Everything was cooked perfectly friendly service reasonably priced great food nice, seating upstairs.

10/08/2025: Next to the park is Kenmare Golf Club, a beautiful and well-maintained golf course with its own convenient parking. The location is very picturesque: green fields, panoramic views of the surrounding hills and the sea. Even if you don't play golf, just walking here is a pleasure, because the atmosphere is calm and elegant. An ideal place for active recreation and relaxation.
08/07/2025: Newly rebuilt clubhouse with nice bar. Lovely grounds, to view while having a relaxing drink and food on the terrace.

18/08/2025: Fabulous meal at the Coachmans. Excellent service, delicious food, and were happy to do a child's portion of an adult menu dish for my son. Super accommodating. Meal accompanied by great musicians which we also enjoyed. Highly recommend!

18/08/2025: Had the Salmon & the spinach ravioli for main course. Both were good but the Cauliflower hash browns were excellent.
13/08/2025: We ate at tables on the street, amid clouds of smog from cars passing at a meter's distance. I wouldn't recommend it. I then ate a seafood pie that seemed to be made from frozen foods, tasteless, and baked with a little breadcrumbs. The only redeeming features were the beer and the kindness of the guys who brought the food.

08/05/2025: Very hardworking and polite workers in this takeaway. The burgers were quick, tasty and served with a smile quickly and in a dine in container. At 6.60 for 2 cheeseburgers you are a hard marker if you are able to complain.
20/04/2025: I went in to pizza roma kenmare while there for the weekend, it was raining so enquired about a taxi ,so when they gave us our food the gentleman behind the counter said that his delivery driver would drive us back to the hotel free of charge, wow incredible people and beautiful food highly, highly recommend it lov

13/07/2025: Esta fue nuestra primera experiencia cenando en The Horseshoe después de muchos años de simplemente "tomar bebidas" en este popular pub de Kenmare. En busca de mejillones con salsa picante los encontramos en Horseshoe. Una salsa de chile y chorizo que estaba perfecta. Los mejillones estaban cocinados en su punto justo, de modo que todos menos uno se abrieron, pero permanecieron regordetes y sabrosos en la salsa picante que estaba distribuida uniformemente sobre ellos. He probado porciones más grandes de mejillones en otros pubs, pero rara vez una salsa picante con mucho cuerpo que te pidiera que comieras la salsa que quedaba como sopa después de haber comido todos los mariscos. Nuestro mayor cumplido siempre es: "Volveremos".
10/06/2025: Gran lugar. Parece un restaurante una vez que estás en la puerta, no dejes que esto te desanime. Muy agradable. Gran stout. Muy agradable, personal amable. Comí unas pintas antes y luego volví para la cena, que estaba delicioso.

10/08/2025: We dined at Lansdowne Restaurant on two evenings. All the dishes were excellent, with great attention to the quality of the ingredients and the preparation. The value for money is truly excellent, and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

Rooms were lovely, service was excellent and location couldn’t be any better- right in the town but not too noisy if you want an earlier night!
Such friendly staff- would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Kenmare!
