03/11/2024: Fantastic food and service for a large group for a birthday celebration. Service and food was top quality.

07/11/2024: Needed somewhere special to take my Mum for her 80th Birthday!! Di Vino didn’t disappoint 😊 The wine, the food and the service were 10/10. Made Mum feel very special on her special day. What a gem in Carrick, you won’t be disappointed. 😉

30/10/2024: Food fantastic, had vittos burger, big portion. The soup is fabulous even though I am not really a soup person. The service was excellent. Staff friendly and efficient. Beautiful restaurant, reasonably priced. Will most definitely go back.

08/09/2024: We stayed in mohill for the weekend we got food from Afc it was absolutely amazing. It was so fresh and wholesome. Would highly recommend giving it a try.

28/09/2024: Called to pub for a drink. Nice mix of locals & visitors. Warm welcome from staff. Atmosphere very pleasant so we decided to book a table for later that evening. Arrived & promptlyshowb to our table & given a menu. Asked if we wanted drinks. I asked for wine list & waitor stood over me while i read wine menu. My husband ordered chicken stir fry & enjoyed the variety of vegetables with noodles. I ordered brie starter with salad & we shared a bottle of wine. Our experience was very pleasant. It is a very busy restaurant & staff ( who were very busy I appreciate) felt to me at times to be inclined to rush us ( for example taking our order & making enquiries about our food). I appreciate the restaurant was busy ( Tuesday evening) & staff busy but sometimes this can make me as a customer also feel a bit rushed. I prefer a more relaxed setting. Maybe not compatible with busy location

30/10/2024: Group of 7 of us went for breakfast this past weekend. Ordered a cappuccino and the rest of drinks came apart from mine. When I asked about it I was given an americano. I said that I had ordered a cappuccino and the manager laughed and said ‘ah sure that will do you, il bring you hot milk’ not wanting to cause a fuss I said ok. Two of us ordered Eggs Benedict and all 4 poached eggs were cooked solid. Poor service and food. No one finished their meals.

06/10/2024: We stayed in the Brandywell for two nights. We were celebrating my mum's 80th birthday. The hospitality was first class, the rooms and apartment were spotless and spacious, exactly what we needed for our family gathering. The food over the two days was delicious. Jo was brilliant from the moment we made the initial booking until we left. She was so kind and helpful. We highly recommend The Brandywell and will definitely be going back. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

20/10/2024: It’s a long time since I had eaten here and I was hoping the food was as good as I remembered….we weren’t disappointed! The service was great - quick and friendly - and the menu had some good choices and a wide variety. Would recommend the homemade chicken curry and spaghetti bolognese in particular! I’m pleased that Cryan’s has maintained its high quality over many years and will be definitely going back there again when we next visit!

04/10/2024: I love this place - great location on the Shannon, the best staff, great sized rooms, and Cryans traditional pub out the back is full of character, with Trad music every week. Every time we visit the Republic (at least once a year), we stay here.

24/10/2024: Stayed for one night as a stop over on the motorbikes. Lovely bar area with a fantastic outdoor beer garden. Food was outstanding and well priced. Derek greeted us on arrival and asked if we would like to park our motorbikes in the secure back yard. Bar was busy and had live entertainment on the Saturday evening. The rooms were clean and tidy. Would definitely return and recommend.

23/10/2024: The service was excellent from the bar staff, great for watching the football and having a decent pint. The bed and shower were 5/5 stars, but I couldn’t get the radiator to work so it was a little colder than I wanted jumping up for the toilet. Great shower, the lamps did not work well and I wish there was a little more choice for breakfast, like ham and cheese like they have for a continental breakfast.

03/11/2024: The coffee is excellent and food really good too, great vegetarian and vegan selections. I had the veggie breakfast bap and it was delicious!

20/10/2024: Great food and coffee staff are very friendly we go basically every Saturday morning for the breakfast

28/10/2024: Really great pub! The food was great, we tried the fish, burgers, panini, curry, lasagne and kids nuggets. The staff are friendly, happy people and the atmosphere is awesome. We liked it so much we went back the next night to experience it again before we left Ireland the next day. A must if you're travelling around Leitrim!

05/10/2024: Great welcome, as always in lovely Leitrim. Smyths were great, good fresh food, great chips, and a warm welcome.

22/09/2024: The Red Bank came recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. They were understanding of our requirement for some flexibility in arrival time ‘cos of journey time, and were very welcoming. Our server was local, knowledgable and willing to give helpful suggestions. The food & wine menus were long but not excessively. We had the special main, a chicken dish, shared a desert and a bottle of wine, which were cooked and served to perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to The Red Bank and recommend it strongly. As an important aside the ambiance was relaxed and efficient, while the facilities were spotless. One small gripe, on arrival we were seated at a table near a door - the least desirable one in the dining room.

01/09/2024: They served 18 of us after Carrick Camino - no problem - service and food was exceptional. Looking forward to going back.

09/10/2024: I will not list all the directions, but definitely in terms of the volume of services in a variety of areas, the bar is calm! Here you feel at home. The locals are very friendly and smile!
