19/01/2025: most of the dishes are ok, but I ate a dish with cauliflower and groats, everything would be ok - if the cauliflower was soft or semi-soft, but it was hard as a stone, it was impossible to cut it, and after two parts it was burnt and smelled of burning. it wasn't good.the best are the wings with cheese and celery, well prepared, the sauce is great, the meat falls off the bone, very tasty, the fish and the steak.There are no alcoholic cocktails.
14/01/2025: Excellent service we were very well looked after. Enjoyed the guitar music. The food was fabulous. Will definitely return.

15/12/2024: My wife and I was passing by and was looking for somewhere to have lunch and sees little hidden gem in the Market square. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had the sourdough cheese tostie and the house salad, both of these were delicious and made to perfection. We would highly recommend this place and we would call again.

13/02/2025: Spent a week there while working in the area after Storm Eowyn. Cannot say enough as to how we were treated. Staff were fantastic, couldn't do enough for us. Food unbelievable and beer was also very tasty😁. Would highly recommend it. Thanks to Jo and all the staff who made working in very difficult conditions so bearable. Will always remember ye all👍👍.Owen

We were made welcome and seated quickly on a freezing cold night in this warm and cosy restaurant. The food arrived quickly and was well cooked and there was super attention to ensuring it was gluten free for one our party.

20/10/2024: It’s a long time since I had eaten here and I was hoping the food was as good as I remembered….we weren’t disappointed! The service was great - quick and friendly - and the menu had some good choices and a wide variety. Would recommend the homemade chicken curry and spaghetti bolognese in particular!
I’m pleased that Cryan’s has maintained its high quality over many years and will be definitely going back there again when we next visit!
04/10/2024: I love this place - great location on the Shannon, the best staff, great sized rooms, and Cryans traditional pub out the back is full of character, with Trad music every week. Every time we visit the Republic (at least once a year), we stay here.

30/12/2024: Didn’t call ahead my mistake. No bother had a beer across the road. Sat down half a hour later. Exceptional staff great service.
The meals were freshly prepared with tasty ingredients and perfectly cooked.
We had calamari pizza pasta and a burger so we tried a great combination.
Happy to recommend
