09/01/2026: No word of a lie one of the best pizza i've ever had . The dough they use is unreal. It's clear this place only uses the freshest ingredients. Also all the staff are incredibly kind and friendly . Would highly recommend this place when visiting Carrick On Shannon.
04/01/2026: Very cozy restaurant with delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. I would especially like to thank the staff for their kindness and understanding 💛 I forgot to mention my basil allergy in advance, but they were incredibly caring and changed the dishes for me without any problem. Everything was handled so calmly and warmly, with genuine concern. We left with only positive impressions

23/01/2026: Great restaurant for food ,atmosphere and service, Dijon was very friendly, bringing food so fast to all in the same time and also food was so tasty, in big portions, also thank you to Tatiana and Francis in the kitchen.
We got steak and fish ,which was so delicious
I really recommend to go in Vittos, you will get delicious food, great service and fantastic Atmosphere!

They not only use high quality ingredients but also know how to combine them in a tasty way. The arrangement of the food on the plates was beautiful. Really outstanding restaurant in this small village!

31/12/2025: Excellent both times I ate here this week. Delicious breakfast full Irish with a huge pot of tea and great service. Friendly staff. I had the fish and chips also another day off the lunch menu. Everything very reasonably priced and delicious. Thanks. Wish I lived closer to visit again.
23/11/2025: I've never had a bad experience here - whether dropping in for an impromptu meal or having an organised event there. The staff's service is always great, as is the food.

09/01/2026: We had a family gathering in the Red Bank last Saturday night and the food was delicious. My cousin loved the Buffalo Chicken wings.
22/12/2025: This was my second time there, it's a lovely restaurant and the staff are super, esp the young lad serving on our table. He had a brilliant personality, a manager in the making. The celeraic and chestnut soup was divine, mains & dessert was also beautiful. The only thing I would change is the lighting, too dim, i could hardly see the menu. Apart from that it's worth a visit .
