09/11/2025: We always call in when passing this way. We have never been disappointed. Good coffee and excellent selection of dishes. Friendly staff.

01/11/2025: Very nice cafe, but crazy expensive for what I got. €4.50 for sausage roll with some crinkle cut crisps. At best very ordinary. Pot of tea was good. Has me questioning if I am back in the boom times. Money for nothing and your crisps for free!!

14/10/2025: What a lovely pub! The atmosphere was lovely, there was music. Everything was clean. Service was quick. Lovely place for a drink after the show at the Island Theater. I was impressed from the outside and even more impressed when I got inside! We did not have food, I don't know if they serve food

15/12/2025: Flynns is a very nice local pub in Carrick-On-Shannon. We have been there a few times. Recently we watched a rugby test there, SA vs Ireland. The place was full and the atmosphere was grand!

28/12/2025: After reading the reviews we both got the "steak" beef koftas. To our disappointment, it tasted like cheap processed burger meat. It was edible and we finished it all since we were hungry, but definitely not worth the 23€. Nice service and staff, but I can't call the food tasty.

03/02/2026: A good hotel in a great location in Carrick-on-Shannon. Rooms were comfortable, staff were friendly, and everything was well kept. Parking available, which made things easy. Overall a pleasant stay and a solid choice for visiting the area.

29/01/2026: I can not recommend this place enough. From the minute I arrived to leaving the service and hospitality was amazing. If you want to stay where you are made feel like you're at home and now a friend then this is the place for you. Lovely rooms. Beautiful bar and amazing food. But it is the staff that really make the place. Special big shout out to Jo...what a lady and huge asset to this business. Will definitely stay here again when I'm ever in the area

01/09/2025: Food is not as good as it used to be. Waiters hadn't a notion what they were doing or what they were even serving. Restaurant was freezing. Come'on guys get your act together, that restaurant is a beautiful spot and it could be amazing!

08/11/2025: Typical supermac, handy for late eating since they are open till 11 am. Same menu as any other supermac anywhere else in Ireland. Decent atmosphere. 3 star for service is because somehow they always manage to mess up my order

27/08/2025: The lobby and outside are both nice with a wide selection of movie snacks and the nachos were very good but the screen rooms themselves feel old with torn up and stained seats but that's my only complaint, I will come back
