08/06/2026: Toasty pub and restaurant. Decent food and friendly staff. Best in area, no, but grand. There was a screaming child making everyone uncomfortable. Staff should have stepped in and asked for him to be taken out for a bit while calming down.

31/05/2026: We stayed here for cowboys and hero’s in leitrim and we will be back! A massive thank you to Joe and Gerry who looked after us during our stay, such a lovely welcoming atmosphere, food was gorgeous rooms were lovely and clean. Highly recommend ☺️

The vibe here is relaxed, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention to Mr. Gabriel, who was a fantastic host. We had a great conversation about Ballinamore, the bar itself, and the World Cup, which made the visit even more memorable. He’s an absolute gem of a person and a great ambassador for local hospitality. As a traveller, experiences like this stay with you long after you’ve left. I loved the vibe of the bar and the genuine friendliness that made me feel right at home. If you’re passing through Ballinamore, Prios Sports Bar is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended! 🍻

09/06/2026: Yep...it's 200 years old, and it shows its age. The staff are friendly and helpful, but this property is in need of significant renovations. My travel buddy suggested a wrecking ball and rebuild. It's beyond a good scrub, a lick of paint, and new mattresses. While I really appreciated the dry humour of the front desk staff, it was equally matched with the dryness of the scones served for breakfast.

06/06/2026: Central hotel with a convenient car park st the rear. Very helpful and kind staff. Food in restaurant was tasty and waiting staff were great.

26/01/2026: I arrived on Carrick on the Sunday night, my friend invited me out for a quick drink and as I walked in the wonderful atmosphere hits me with everyone happy and some traditional Irish music being played and of course, a magnificent pint of Guinness
