01/09/2025: Food is not as good as it used to be. Waiters hadn't a notion what they were doing or what they were even serving. Restaurant was freezing. Come'on guys get your act together, that restaurant is a beautiful spot and it could be amazing!

01/07/2025: Saloon was closed when we went on Tuesday so we don't know what it's like but otherwise the equestrian center and lesson was class. Great experience!

25/08/2025: I ordered chips and battered sausage the chips were fine but the batter on the sausage was awful and not edible as it was heavily soaked in fat and near burnt.....you need to have more control of what you send out to consumers ..in this day and age its not acceptable.

26/07/2025: Family-friendly and delicious Took my kids here last night and we all loved it. Big shoutout to the chef — the wings were cooked to perfection and the garlic mayo is to die for. There’s something for everyone on the menu. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

26/07/2025: I ordered a steak sandwich as I was pretty hungry. I can honestly say that it was the worst steak sandwich that I have ever had in my life. I wanted to send it back after the first bite. This was not proper steak more like stewing meat. My wife begged me not to make a scene. I don’t believe this meal was even cooked by a proper chef. I’m not a chef and I can cook chips. If they look under done I will put them back in the fryer for another minute. These chips were under done look at the photo! Look at the state of the onion ring! The ciabatta bread was not even toasted. Look at the lump of meat I couldn’t chew! The guy in the kitchen wearing a Chef outfit really needs to reassess his career choice. You can’t even cook chips and the owner of the Brandywell is happy to employ you!!! Absolute disgraceful. Cox’s Steakhouse is hard to beat. Maybe ask for a job there to learn the trade.

21/07/2025: Just back from a fabulous weekend celebrating a 60th with family at the Brandywell. We couldn't have asked for more from Gerry and his staff and a big mention to Paul his super Barman. From casual bar food on the Friday to a sit down meal for 17 in the restaurant on Saturday evening. The accommodation and food was excellent. I'll definitely be back.

25/05/2025: Four of us stopped here on Saturday for Brunch. We would highly recommend, food, service was excellent and all very clean, tidy, with friendly helpful staff.

08/06/2025: We got gluten free & ordinary pizzas and garlic bread from Nina's - everything was incredible. Really really good gf pizza is hard to do but they did it. Really friendly staff on the phone and very busy when we collected our order. Highly recommend Nina's.

12/10/2025: Professional and very courteous welcome We had the honor of occupying room #1, dedicated to Michael Collins, with extensive historical documentation. The beds are very high and very comfortable. The room is very spacious, the bathroom resembles a ballroom. The hotel in general is decorated in a vintage style, which is not unpleasant at all. The breakfast was very good and the menu extensive. Free parking for guests is a plus, as we are in the city center.

04/10/2025: The room is very well-kept. The bathroom hasn't been renovated recently; it still has a tub. But it's very well-kept and clean. The bed is very comfortable. It's on the main road, and parking is on a parallel street behind it; it's a 2-minute walk away. The hotel exudes Irish history. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
