02/10/2025: Eggs royale were tasty. The interior was dim and busy, each table was taken on a Saturday morning at around 10:30am. Staff were friendly. Lots of free on-street parking. Menu was decent too.

25/06/2025: Great pub with enjoyable vibrance from live music and pleasant surroundings. Nice dart and pool table with outdoor beer garden accommodation. Recommended for an authentic Irish pub experience!!

11/08/2025: Stopped in with family for a bite to eat. Staff was very friendly, the girl who served us was very warm and welcoming. The food was disappointing. Thr childs goujons and chips came with 2 goujons and a handful of chips. The burger didn't look very appetising and everyone's chips were overdone. The chicken curry was OK. Overall if was overpriced for what we got. The food really let the place down, as otherwise it came across as a nice family friendly spot. Flies were a big issue too.

17/08/2025: Visited Wed 13th Aug 25-whilst in Kinlough (from Brum) visiting my father. Food was delicious and the owners were really friendly-we had house special curry/fried chicken: Peking and Szechuan sauce/king prawn starters-chilli chips all really good.every bit as good as anything we’d get in Birmingham. Definitely recommend if you are anywhere close by Kinlough! Thank you! Rob and family.

25/11/2025: If you're looking for amazing Indian food in Carrick-on-Shannon, this place is an absolute must-try. Their butter chicken is hands-down the best I’ve ever had—rich, creamy, and full of flavour. Pair it with their egg fried rice, and you’ve got the perfect combination. It’s honestly become my favourite dish! The staff are warm and welcoming, the service is great, and the atmosphere is lovely whether you’re dining in or grabbing a takeaway. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough,definitely the top Indian spot in town!

01/11/2025: We regularly get a takeaway from Spice India and are usually happy with the food. We use the online menu to choose what we get. The issue I have here is the price on the menu is not the price you pay when you collect your order. So quite misleading and can amount to quite a lot with a big order.
