23/03/2026: Great stay at Kilbrackan Arms Hotel! The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed Guinness and pizza the night before in a lovely, typical Irish pub atmosphere. Breakfast pancakes were delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, a great experience!

29/11/2025: It was very quiet,this was a Thursday night. A handful of people at the bar. It has dance ,rap,hip hop playing,a modern pub,probably buzzing with young people at the weekend.

08/06/2026: We had a meal at Spice India in Carrick-on-Shannon recently while my family was visiting from abroad, and we all had a great experience. The staff were very welcoming, and our waiter was especially helpful in guiding us through the menu and recommending some popular dishes. We started with the Chef’s Vegetarian Platter, which was perfect for sharing, and for mains we ordered a selection of curries, including their signature Butter Chicken, which was absolutely delicious. What made the meal even more enjoyable was the relaxed atmosphere and the lovely views overlooking the town. It provided a great setting for catching up with family and celebrating a special visit. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience, will return for sure and certainly recommend it to anyone looking for quality Indian food in Carrick-on-Shannon.

08/07/2026: We would highly recommend this bar. We stayed in the town for 2 nights recently & visited both nights. We had finger food the first night & a two course meal the second night. Food was delicious. Staff very friendly. Service good. Atmosphere was so fun.

03/06/2026: Nice atmosphere and music overall, but our experience wasn’t the best. The crowd was a bit chaotic with people constantly bumping into others and security didn’t seem too bothered. People were also bringing drinks onto the dance floor despite signs saying not to. The most disappointing part was that we had a reserved table for 10pm but couldn’t actually get it until around midnight. Overall not terrible, but definitely not as organised as expected.

31/01/2026: I would like to raise a complaint regarding a young male staff member who was working behind the bar on Wednesday the 28th January. I found him to be rude and ignorant ,which made the experience unpleasant.

12/05/2026: The food was AMAZING I've been to phoinex court a lot and the service was really good.The atmosphere was also good, there's flowers and more flowers outside the window, there's even a mint bowl where u can take a mint if u want.There's also very good looking mirrors at the walls and led lights,the seats were very comfortable too! Overall rating 5 stars! Thank You!
