23/11/2023: Great food, the hot dogs are my fav, the cofelfee is nice, the milkshakes are nice, pretty much everything is nice 😋, the staff is very kind and helpful. I will be coming back alot ❤️
01/09/2023: Had an amazing blt Sandwich, a very good Cappuccino and a Waffle. Everthing was nice the service was very friendly and vigilant. Would come again :)

30/12/2023: We had a really great experience here in Rua! We were stressed after a not very nice visit to Westport where everywhere was packed and Rua in Castlebar saved the day, really lovely food, hot chocolate, peanut butter brownie and super friendly staff! Highly recommend! Think we'll skip Westport next time!

12/05/2024: The owner, a unique and cordial barman. Interested in his customers and interesting. A pint was offered free gratis, (don't count on that being repeated or expected!) the offer was generously accepted but then before leaving, the price of the pint was returned (by me) as a deposit on my definite return, when I again visit Castlebar, which of course I will!! Never lose a wager. . Charm and stories abound, I wouldn't doubt in this real genuine public establishment.

28/06/2024: Called here today passing through the town, ordered the meal deal, 12" pizza, garlic bread, potato wedges and 3 cans.€21.50.
Well I have to say this was the worst pizza we have ever had, the base was so thin and under cooked it was so pale, very skimpy on the toppings also, the garlic bread was so thin & dry and flavourless, the potatoes wedges some were overcooked and black, not a very pleasant experience, the best thing of the deal was getting 3 cans of Diet coke.
