Wildflower Cafe
06/05/2025: Fantastic scones! Good coffee.
Although you order at the till, then sit at your table unfortunately our coffee wasn't served until almost 10 minutes after the scones were served.
Scones were delicious, fresh cream and homemade jam were perfect.
01/05/2025: Wildflower cafe is lovely, good amount of seating inside and outside. The menu is big with plenty of options for breakfast and lunch. We got two lunch menu items and two coffees and it was €39 which I think is a little expensive. The food is good but priced a little high for the quality I think. However, service was really quick! Staff are lovely and the buns/cakes etc are all great!

19/05/2025: Delivery was late. The packaging was dirty. The fries were burnt. It was very unpleasant until I put the food on the plates. Thank God we were not outside. It would have been impossible to eat. As a professional chef, I can say that the chefs are changing in this establishment. Why?

03/01/2025: First time here, so thought id grab a coffee, cappuccino always love trying new coffee spots and finding the perfect one. Has good flavour but i do like it alittle more stronger but was good.
19/07/2024: We stopped here at the end of our tour of Bru na Boinne. We had seen a sign for their 'award-winning raspberry scones' and had to try them. They were incredible with fresh jam & butter. Our family also got the roast vegetable soup which they said was the best soup they ate in our entire time in Ireland!
They had a variety of sandwiches, baked goods, teas & coffee. A perfect way to end the tour!

25/04/2025: Visited in March with a family group of 17. Due to the layout of the restaurant we were on 3 tables but for us it didn't matter. Head waitress was there to answer any queries and really looked after our family. Food was excellent as always with lots of choice.
We visit regularly and will continue to do so.
19/04/2025: Wonderful food. Called in as we were passing and ordered the carvery. Generous portions of piping hot food which was delicious. All the staff were friendly so overall it was a lovely experience

25/05/2025: Momos and samosas were okay, but biryani wasn't great; the rice was way too soft and mushy like it was overcooked.
25/05/2025: They charge extra for pappadum for Briyani, which is not the case at any other Indian restaurant. The food is not great either. There was too much salt in the food, no pickles nothing and the reception man was very rude as well.No good customer service, Not recommend.

01/05/2025: First time going here, food was beautiful and staff were very friendly. Very well priced too !
24/01/2025: Ordered at desk at 19:20-2 kebab meals. Was told 40mins..Came back at 20:10 to be told a few minutes more. Cancelled my order at 20:45.Shocking, and the lady running the pass order by order is clearly out of her depth. Absolute no interest in moving more than she has to.
First time to try them but will stick with Luigis up the road going forward.

04/05/2025: I have to say, the food wasn’t great—the vegetables were undercooked and the pasta sauce didn’t taste fresh. Also, the woman in the kitchen didn’t seem very happy, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable
24/04/2025: The restaurant was quiet on Easter Monday afternoon. The menu featured a lot of items but the waitress told us that there was no lamb, turkey, ham or chicken wings. The floor in the restaurant was quite dirty, particularly the carpet which needed a serious vacuuming. The food itself was tasty, though the chicken burger had pickles which seemed odd, and it was really quite watery for a burger. Salmon was good. Service was friendly and sharpish. There was plenty of parking. Toilets were fine.

03/02/2025: Thanks to Janice and all the team for a fantastic day. I was celebrating my 60th Birthday with all my family, 25 approx. Staff went above and beyond for us all. They even decorated the area with balloons etc. Much appreciated 💕 Food was delicious, everyone loved it. We will definitely be back and would recommend without hesitation 🥂🥳👍

09/09/2024: I both stayed here and enjoyed dinner and a few beers in their restaurant. The inn is great, I had a room in the back courtyard and it was full of amenities, washer, refrigerator, sink kitchen setup. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Food at the restaurant was fantastic, highly recommend the carbonara. Great location if you are going to see Bru Na Boinne or Newgrange. Also great spot if you are looking for a non touristy traditional Irish pub! Was only 40 minutes to the Dublin Airport, 10 minutes to the highway.

19/04/2025: Called in for a breakfast feast last saturday... Lovely decor layout, warm open fire.and Great welcome and greeting from Gerry, the Owner, Stanford and staff. Congrats. Great staff and addition and well worth a visit and an evening meal. Love the Courtsey bus service home too!
02/04/2025: Lovely food and friendly staff. Very comfortable setting with nice historical fact files. Would definitely recommend it.

28/03/2025: I've got 2 bad take aways. Shredded chicken was like rubber. Chips burnt on 2 occasions. Curry sauce is like water. Couldn't stop drinking water after the meal what ever there putting into there food. Definitely won't be eating hear anymore.

07/11/2024: Was staying at the Ardboyne hotel but couldn’t get the United game on. Messaged this pub to see if they was playing the game and they got back to me straight away. Glad I came down, Mick & Tara looked after me and the wife, great characters in the pub and great drink offers. Highly recommend 👍
