06/12/2025: Only after getting a kabab pizza and the grease that came of it is not normal, it looks like someone got garlic and chilli sauce and poured it all over it I'll try put a pic up

29/11/2025: Absolutely disgrace the "service".. Irish girl on the phone should give up her customer service job.. and maybe learn some manners rude rude rude Feel bad for anyone working with her here , shocking attitude will never order anything from here again

18/12/2025: Ordered, well, tried to order food from here, and for what is already extortionate prices, not just here, everywhere, they called me up wanting an extra €2.50 to leave the sauce and chicken separately.. cancelled that order and won't be ordering again. Its not the €2.50 that's the issue, the issue is trying to squeeze the very last cent out of customers. Shameless really.

23/10/2025: The munchybox is very salty and sometimes it's kinda sugary. The staff was really nice also.

18/11/2025: Gone massively downhill. Onion bhaji was incredibly dry and the chicken shashlik was pretty much chicken in McDonald’s sweet n sour sauce. Dreadful

10/01/2026: While the food was lovely, the service was absolutely atrocious. Called at 18:20, was told it would be 20 minutes and due to traffic I got there a half hour after calling. I gave my name to the woman behind the counter and told her I had ordered a munchie box, she proceeded to give a smug look and nod towards a half-eaten, opened munchie box that was laying on the counter and said, "you ordered that an hour ago." I showed her my recent calls to prove it had only been 30 mins and that I had only been late by 10 mins, and she told me she would have to make another "because it's cold now anyway." As I waited for them to make my replacement I watched the ladies behind the counter eat from my original order. While the food ended up being lovely, this service is absolutely unacceptable and brings down my veiw of the establishment as a whole.

07/01/2026: Tried to sit in a corner seat with a few friends and they demanded I sat in a different seat when the place was empty, and I had to wait ages to be served. The food was nice but the overpricing just because I was sitting in was horrendous just do yourself a favor and order it to your home.

05/11/2025: It’s just a McDonald’s the manager is class but go in the front entrance because if you go down the lane you might not make it out alive

24/10/2025: The quality of the food is really not good and the price you pay is for top quality organic foods. Had Mexican fries with chicken for 15 euro and it was pure disappointment. Coffee was decent , sandwiches are to be laughed at for 10 euro. You can pay extra for good food but this was extremely disappointing. Also, you do half the work here as there's no menus, you need to go get your sugar , your forks etc.

06/09/2025: Absolute rip off. I paid 13 euro for breakfast the other day, with tea or coffee NOT included. Half the breakfast was cold the other half was warm. I had my 4 month old with me, so I didn't bother asking for a replacement. However I will not be returning. Extortionate Prices, below average food, mediocre staff
