15/03/2026: Absolute disaster, you’re staff or your manager hasn’t a clue. Every time ordering on justeat your staff are really clueless. They don’t read the order/ allergies. I received this order again you don’t fail to amaze me with stupidity. No straw for chocolate milkshake food is absolutely freezing and this is how you send a large fries. The amount of food that has to go into the bin due to allergies it won’t be long before someone gets seriously sick or hospitalised due to poor management/ training seriously had enough. Eat somewhere else as food and services are pathetic. Below is what your staff are sending as a large fry really

04/03/2026: If I could give 0 stars I would . I Paid for a pizza and tenders and I was double charged on 02/3/26 of 22.49 . I explained and showed my banking app in person and my card did not decline it was accepted and the money taken . Absolutely disgusting . No refund or nothing was given 🤮

18/02/2026: I ordered a pizza and the app said “buy one, get one free,” yet of course I was charged for both. As if that weren’t enough, my order arrived with a one-hour delay even though the distance from the store to my home is only five minutes. Worst of all, the order was wrong — the pizzas were super spicy and cold, so the entire meal ended up in the trash because it was inedible. Absolutely the worst experience in every way. The excuse was that they had a high volume of orders, even though I know they weren’t that busy for everything to go so wrong. Disgraceful and shameful. We’re not getting this for free — we’re paying for it. You at least owe customers accuracy in what they order. Everyone makes mistakes, but not like this. Unbelievable.

27/11/2025: me and my husband ordered from here a few days ago. the girl at the till was extremely unprofessional and got our order wrong. i asked for some items to be taken off the pizza such like mushrooms and onions and it never happened. this is not the first time we’ve encountered this issue. about two weeks ago we ordered a pizza with garlic cheese chips, the man who took our order was extremely rude over the phone and when i asked him to repeat my order he refused saying he can do his job just fine. their service has been getting worse lately and the food i am receiving is cold and not tasty compared to how nice it used to be a few months ago. it’s a shame. prices constantly going up but the food size and quality just keeps getting worse. will not be revisiting and no one else should.

02/04/2026: I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Lemon Tree Ratoath. We were told our takeaway would arrive within 45 minutes, but it didn’t show up until nearly 1 hour and 50 minutes later. At the one-hour mark, we called to check on the order. At that stage, we would have appreciated an honest update on the delay so we could have cancelled, but that option was never given to us. When the food finally arrived, it was completely cold and very poor quality. The honey shredded chicken was dry with little to no sauce, and the chips were freezing. Considering the order cost over €50, this is completely unacceptable. We didn’t even end up eating it because it was so late and so unsatisfactory. We only ordered from here because we expected a reliable and timely service, but this experience was the opposite. I am genuinely very angry and frustrated with how this was handled. I would expect some form of redress, as this was a complete waste of money and time. I would not order from here again based on this experience.

22/08/2025: This place went downhill. Used to be my favourite takeaway in Ashbourne but for the last year and half food feels different. Chicken is always very chewy, in the spice bags is 80% chips and 20% chicken, overall food isn't so great as used to be.

24/10/2025: The quality of the food is really not good and the price you pay is for top quality organic foods. Had Mexican fries with chicken for 15 euro and it was pure disappointment. Coffee was decent , sandwiches are to be laughed at for 10 euro. You can pay extra for good food but this was extremely disappointing. Also, you do half the work here as there's no menus, you need to go get your sugar , your forks etc.

06/09/2025: Absolute rip off. I paid 13 euro for breakfast the other day, with tea or coffee NOT included. Half the breakfast was cold the other half was warm. I had my 4 month old with me, so I didn't bother asking for a replacement. However I will not be returning. Extortionate Prices, below average food, mediocre staff

20/12/2025: Extremely rude staff & mediocre food at a push. Prices also more expensive to what was on the menu.

05/02/2026: Food was very nice but the blonde lady behind the counter is extremely rude and refused to accommodate my allergen request as it was ‘a big hassle’ the lady was very rude from my arrival to the restaurant until me leaving. She was very nosy and kept asking personal questions that made me very uncomfortable and upset. This behaviour shouldn’t be the case in Mulan at all because the food is very nice but it’s just this one member of the team ruining the vibe and atmosphere of the restaurant to suit her own agenda. Once again the food was nice it was just the encounter with this staff that has put me off ever visiting here again

03/02/2026: The spicy bag is not like it used to be, the chips and chicken are dry and stale. The delivery is always late and forgetting the drinks, I understand a once off but this is consistent now

17/12/2025: Went in for food asked for curry sauce I don’t know what it was but it wasn’t curry sauce it’s like a water gravy no waste at all to it. Dry chicken also

24/11/2025: Always great chicken and chips eaten here many many times and never had a bad meal. Very friendly service.

17/03/2026: I haven't visited in ages as the last time I went the staff served us food to eat in. When we went to sit down we were informed by a member of staff they were closing shortly. She then stood watching us eat with a sweeping brush in her hand. This time we visited earlier but the food was dreadful, lukewarm and had as much flavour as cardboard. They had run out of lettuce and the place honestly looked sad and neglected. I won't be going back

11/02/2026: Placed a click and collect order. My partner went to collect it. He told her they don't do click and collect (Yet he could see the order on the screen and proceeded to print the receipt) he told her to contact HR, he would not give her contact information then proceeded to shout at her, she was 8 months pregnant as well. We had driven 20 minutes to collect this order. We tried emailing custoner service through chats and such.. it has been 2 months and they will not reply. We have never gotten a refund, they have taken our miney, provided no food, shouted at a pregnant woman and complteley blanked us. Most horrible experience ever. The male manager needs to be sacked.

18/11/2025: I ordered a small munch box which I found a long black curly hair. My husband and children have ginger and I have blonde hair. This was outright disgusting and when my husband talked to the lady on the phone she told us to not call again and was quite frankly rude and dismissive. I will be personally telling my friends and family to never fund this business as long as they have a woman who is rude and cannot deal with customers working for them. As I’m in the service industry myself I would never ever speak to a customer the way we were spoken to. Attached below is the picture of the hair. I’m outright appalled you would let any employee speak in the manner I was spoken to

17/03/2026: It’s a frustratingly hit and miss place. The majority of the time it’s fine. Staff are polite, and competent. However, the drive thru can be very slow even, when there are few cars. You always need to check the food you are given, because they do sometimes forget items or give you the incorrect ones. However the food is standard McDonald’s, so no complaints about the quality. Rarely go in to the actual restaurant, as it’s usually messy and seems to be a hangout for young teens. So not very pleasant. Feel sorry for the staff, as they do seem nice. They just need someone to manage the place a lot better than it is.

14/02/2026: Prices up like all MC Donald's, staff gets worse every few years, pay is nothing special, causes insane traffic in Ashbourne, the service is always unprepared for the busy hours.
