04/08/2026: Not great, always way too packed, and the layout isnt the best, the old way they had it with the marble countertop was great before they made it the way it is now, alright food but can be a bit hectic inside

19/07/2026: This place... May be the greatest McDonalds I have ever been to, I've been to many McDonalds establishments around the world. I've been to some in California, Tokyo and Rome. I have been to the first ever McDonalds which was in California. But this... This place is just amazing. Navan McDonalds, your service was top notch! The workers were pleasant and polite. Tom was very kind and respectful as well, had a chat with him. The seating, was very clean. The food... Absolutely dynamite. Fresh, warm, filling and obviously tasty. I went here by myself, not knowing how good of an experience I will experience. This is a McDonalds that I would recommend in the Navan area, maybe even for anyone that's lives in the same planet because it is TOP NOTCH! 5 Stars, nothing more.

02/02/2026: Have to say I absolutely used to love this Chinese, walked in today and there was a girl and the actual attitude I got off her, absolutely ridiculous i understand that working can be a pain sometimes but because you feel bad does not mean to be rude to customers? disappointed and disgusted

01/05/2026: I just had the chicken fried rice and it was terrible, black rice and chicken no veg (onions , peppers etc) . Shockingly bad. I have photos of this so called dish and it is so bad I am sending samples to a HSE food Laboratory to get tested. Shame on you for serving this.**So the response from the shop** says they never serve veg with the fried rice, but your website has a picture displaying fried rice dishes with veg include and the online system asks if you would like to remove veg. How about you actually take the feedback and fix it.Oh and here is a tip google images on chicken fried rice Every single photo has what, Yes that's right VEG!!

03/08/2026: Best spice bags in Navan, and possibly in Meath, best ones I've ever had. They're not dry or soggy spice bags like you'd get in some places, and the chicken is always really nice in these. If your not really big into Chinese, this place might change your view and the spice bags are definitely worth a try. I would highly reccommend this place for any Chinese food, it's my go-to takeaway and the service and food is always top tier.

25/05/2026: Very tasty, piping hot.. not too much sauce as requested on Chow mein. Only suggestion would be to have more vegetables in it. Spring rolls and wonton were crispy and delicious.

24/07/2026: Earlier this year I ordered a footlong meal off of the Subway app, which displayed this location as a valid outlet for online collection. After reaching the store I was told by the manager that my sandwich couldn't be prepared because the store "did not take" online orders. This is despite the fact I was shown a printed receipt with an itemized bill for the exact order I had placed and that the store was open and ready to serve customers. I was never refunded and my order was not fulfilled. Following advice to ask for a refund from the vague conglomerate of "Subway" with no further advice or understanding turned up nothing. Plain robbery and I still have the receipt to prove it.

17/03/2026: I haven't visited in ages as the last time I went the staff served us food to eat in. When we went to sit down we were informed by a member of staff they were closing shortly. She then stood watching us eat with a sweeping brush in her hand. This time we visited earlier but the food was dreadful, lukewarm and had as much flavour as cardboard. They had run out of lettuce and the place honestly looked sad and neglected. I won't be going back

23/05/2026: I ordered over the phone and they said I could pay with card but when the delivery driver got here I could not. We order two spice bag meal deals that come with a small spice bag, a drink and a sauce but did we get that? no. We got just a small spice bag and a drink each which was more expensive and not the meal deal. We asked for one with no veg but they both had veg. I am annoyed at this. Usually the food is nice but they have gone a bit downhill. Btw the spice bag had no spices on it like it had before and was just very bland and plain. It’s disappointing because I have had nice food from there before.

19/07/2026: I am very disappointed with Apache Pizza Kells. This isn't the first time I've received burnt pizza, incorrect orders, or missing items. Every time, I’ve paid for the full order—and the receipt lists everything I ordered—yet I don't receive everything I paid for, or I get the wrong items. When I called to explain the situation, the staff was very arrogant and claimed I hadn't ordered the missing item, even though it was clearly listed on the receipt and already paid for. They never apologized or made any attempt to rectify the mistake. I am pregnant and was really craving their food, which made this experience even more unpleasant. The food might be good, but the customer service is very poor. I will never order from this location again and do not recommend it.

05/06/2026: The food it okay, the workers are quite rude. Me and my boyfriend went in to get some food and they told us to leave and I noticed the managers whole family sitting down at the end of the row of booths. We were asking them why they were refusing us service as we just wanted some food but they refused to explain. I assume it’s ageism as me and my boyfriend are 14&15 but still tat is NOT okay and rude and actually lazy. Wouldn’t recommend going here and supporting that behaviour

04/02/2026: Been having food here for a while, the food is decent, but recently the quality dropped drastically to the point I decide to write a review, I always would order the green curry with egg fried rice, but I could see the decline, this time was the worst, chicken was super rubbery, the green curry sauce was unseasoned and flavourless, the baby corn tasted completely off and I literally had an onion cut in half just dropped in side... when I called to tell them they gave me massive amounts of attitude told me everything is fresh and I shouldnt complain... that was the last time I ordered here.

30/07/2026: Slowest Drive-Thru ever! It takes forever to get served. Not the fast food experience the brand was created on. Ice Creams are far more ice than cream, but burgers, chicken and fries are all good. Update July 26, ice cream machine broken again, no sign of repair or apparently an engineer being called as one of the staff members told me. This is bad for the franchise, missing out on a lot of business in a hot summer

22/06/2026: 30 euro for 2 meals, snack box meal cold chips cold greasy chicken, cold lumpy curry sause, my sons chips over done and chicken burger on brown bread never asked for brown, went back up to get replacement snack box and was looked at like what am I complaining about, very disappointing.

11/06/2026: Asked for plane burger for kids and clarified: bun and meat. Opened food at home and all burgers had onions and souse. Kids were crying and hungry. Cheers

17/07/2026: Lady inside is great she’s so positive and helps whenever she can even with custom orders and food is great never disappoints
