22/06/2026: 30 euro for 2 meals, snack box meal cold chips cold greasy chicken, cold lumpy curry sause, my sons chips over done and chicken burger on brown bread never asked for brown, went back up to get replacement snack box and was looked at like what am I complaining about, very disappointing.

11/06/2026: Asked for plane burger for kids and clarified: bun and meat. Opened food at home and all burgers had onions and souse. Kids were crying and hungry. Cheers

26/04/2026: I hosted a Hen and needed pizza for 35 adults. Apache Kells were so good and told me how many I should get and gave me a great deal. Not only did the pizza arrive on time it was also delicious!!! Couldn't recommend them more! Took a huge amount of pressure off me!

27/03/2026: Pizza arrived after 2 hours from when I ordered it (it came cold), the man on the phone had enough courage to say it was because of the "water shortage", didn't know that the match between Czechia and Ireland had nothing to do with it. It was clear the pizza was made at least an hour before. Absolutely ridiculous. I'd recommend driving to Ratoath or ordering from the Dunboyne site instead.

14/02/2026: Absolutely shocking service, ordered for delivery 7km away at 6.20, eventually came at 8.45 after a few phonecalls, hunger was gone off me at that stage. They threw in a bag of stale prawn crackers as an apology, i dont like them, if i wanted some i would have ordered them. Food was cold and soggy when eventually did arrive. Avoid

25/05/2026: Very tasty, piping hot.. not too much sauce as requested on Chow mein. Only suggestion would be to have more vegetables in it. Spring rolls and wonton were crispy and delicious.

15/05/2026: So many wrong orders over the years. Update: They forgot my chicken nuggets at the drive-through, even though I paid for them. They always forget the sauces. Another time I asked for a small cappuccino and they handed me a large latte. Update: ordered a happy meal and when I got home they forgot the meat😂😂😂 only 2 buns. Also in same order “make it plain” for burger and they plastered one of the burgers in ketchup and pickles. This is the worst-run McDonald’s in the country. Update: Yes still the worst-run McDonald’s in the country. Update: they forgot curry sauce and sweet and sour sauces and drink in drive through Update: Forgot chicken nuggets in drive through Update: today they forgot 6 x chicken nuggets at drive thru, gave me the wrong drink, cheese burger wasn't there and was a plain hamburger, no straws.

21/03/2026: Almost every time we order from Big Bites, something in the order is wrong, for example, if you order a doner kebab just with extra salad and sauces, and you're happy to pay extra for that, even then it's a 50/50 chance if you get what you asked for. The only way to get your order the exact way you asked for, is to speak with the owner. Otherwise it's a chaotic mess and there's constant delays. We live 5 minutes away from the restaurant and it took 2 hours from the time we've ordered plus 2 phone calls to deliver 1 pizza and garlic sauce. We've been regular customers for almost 10 years. This is VERY disappointing.

08/06/2026: To expensive. Over 7 euro for a small tube of rice chips and curry sause. When its cheaper in other ginzengs for example blanch and they also give you more food bc its a bigger tub. Lower your prices it’s a disgrace. No one charges over 7 euro for just a 3/1

05/06/2026: The food it okay, the workers are quite rude. Me and my boyfriend went in to get some food and they told us to leave and I noticed the managers whole family sitting down at the end of the row of booths. We were asking them why they were refusing us service as we just wanted some food but they refused to explain. I assume it’s ageism as me and my boyfriend are 14&15 but still tat is NOT okay and rude and actually lazy. Wouldn’t recommend going here and supporting that behaviour

01/05/2026: I just had the chicken fried rice and it was terrible, black rice and chicken no veg (onions , peppers etc) . Shockingly bad. I have photos of this so called dish and it is so bad I am sending samples to a HSE food Laboratory to get tested. Shame on you for serving this.**So the response from the shop** says they never serve veg with the fried rice, but your website has a picture displaying fried rice dishes with veg include and the online system asks if you would like to remove veg. How about you actually take the feedback and fix it.Oh and here is a tip google images on chicken fried rice Every single photo has what, Yes that's right VEG!!

12/04/2026: Came her Friday night for take out and got I can only say was the worst take out food I have ever gotten - the spice bag was just chicken with salt and burnt chips and just binned it when I got home - to the owner - if your chefs are doing this bad you will go out of business- if the owner was the chef Friday night you can forget about it - the only good thing was girl on reception who was great

17/03/2026: I haven't visited in ages as the last time I went the staff served us food to eat in. When we went to sit down we were informed by a member of staff they were closing shortly. She then stood watching us eat with a sweeping brush in her hand. This time we visited earlier but the food was dreadful, lukewarm and had as much flavour as cardboard. They had run out of lettuce and the place honestly looked sad and neglected. I won't be going back

11/02/2026: Placed a click and collect order. My partner went to collect it. He told her they don't do click and collect (Yet he could see the order on the screen and proceeded to print the receipt) he told her to contact HR, he would not give her contact information then proceeded to shout at her, she was 8 months pregnant as well. We had driven 20 minutes to collect this order. We tried emailing custoner service through chats and such.. it has been 2 months and they will not reply. We have never gotten a refund, they have taken our miney, provided no food, shouted at a pregnant woman and complteley blanked us. Most horrible experience ever. The male manager needs to be sacked.
