27/11/2025: me and my husband ordered from here a few days ago. the girl at the till was extremely unprofessional and got our order wrong. i asked for some items to be taken off the pizza such like mushrooms and onions and it never happened. this is not the first time we’ve encountered this issue. about two weeks ago we ordered a pizza with garlic cheese chips, the man who took our order was extremely rude over the phone and when i asked him to repeat my order he refused saying he can do his job just fine. their service has been getting worse lately and the food i am receiving is cold and not tasty compared to how nice it used to be a few months ago. it’s a shame. prices constantly going up but the food size and quality just keeps getting worse. will not be revisiting and no one else should.

17/08/2025: Worst pad Thai I've ever eaten, if you could call it pad Thai! It was noodles with loads of chilli's in chilli sauce, with a few pieces of chicken and carrot. Don't waste your money.

02/08/2025: I ordered chicken pad thai to be delivered via deliveroo. And what i got was noodles drenched in red sauce. No peanuts. nothing compared to a pad thai. It was extremely appaling. I called the restaurant to check and the lady who picked the call didnt even apologize or try to offer a solution. All she said was "that is how we cook pad thai"!!! Disgusting food and service!

21/11/2025: Asked for a double cheese burger and was told there was no burgers left and they only had a Big Mac left then asked for a Big Mac with no bun and was asked if I wanted a lettuce bun and I said yes and this is what I was given. Chips were thrown in with NO holder even in the bag Worst McDonald’s Iv been too by far

19/07/2025: Came in here with my sister , she was meeting her friend and I was meeting mine. Got served firstly by a lovely blonde girl and then by another brunette staff member. The brunette staff member did not seem happy to be there or with anyone. She gave out to my sister for moving a chair around to show her friend something and then asked them to leave because they had been there for “too long” my sister and her friend had bought multiple things in the Costa and wasn’t finished. I hate leaving a bad review because the other blonde girl was really lovely but the service from this other particular staff member was honestly appalling.

08/07/2025: Very disappointed with this coffee shop. Always dirty, tables are full with empty cups. The staff is not nice at all. I asked for some hot water to warm baby’s food and the girls refused me, how is possible? Is not first time, everywhere I go with my baby, nobody refuses to give boiled water for baby. It’s time to change the staff or manager need to pay attention on their behaviour.

26/10/2025: Linda keeps getting cheeky also got food poisoning from the chicken although great service took 3 mins for my spice bag and chicken and chips

17/09/2025: She over charged the last time and tonight she tried it again keep away

08/11/2025: Keep an eye on the scales when ordering from the deli, they left a marker on it to get an extra few grams money out of us

05/10/2025: Everything I go into the shop to get a roll the deli staff go that fast they bearly give u time to think for example she ask me did I want my roll cut and before I said yes she had it cut and can be very rude the roll does be just slapped together wit absolutely no care it's dear enough

21/11/2025: I rarely leave bad reviews, but this one deserves it. I ordered a vegetarian pad thai, and what I got was basically a bowl of oil with a few noodles floating around. The dish was so greasy it was inedible, and it completely lacked any real flavor. For the price, this was incredibly disappointing. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

30/10/2025: Worst Camille ever. I have been to these all around the country and eaten hundreds. This one serves the large order in one dish with the rice also in it and say it’s large 🤣🤣 it is also meant to come with two portions or fleece that you pay for. I was told at the counter this is the two portions of rice. See picture. 4 bits of chicken. Avoid. Not run in the same way or consistency. Actual joke
