15/07/2025: THEY ROBBED ME!!
Disgrace of a place, they give me the complete wrong stuff from what I ordered! Half the stuff was missing but they had no problem taking the money! Even though they clearly robbed me there was no sign of a refund, they put somebody on the phone that could hardly speak English as a decoy.
Stick to China garden on brews hill because these are not capable of anything! Over priced enough without them robbing money.

09/07/2025: I went in at 11 when they close at 11:30, the woman at the till had an awful attitude and I received an awful customer service experience. I was not allowed to pay by cash for drinks even though they had a sign in front of the till saying no card payments under 10€ was allowed and cash was accepted under 10€. I then read out the sign to the woman and asked to pay by cash as it was under 10€. I was then told no very rudely and abruptly that she can’t because she had cashed up the till. I was spoken to poorly and it ruined my experience, it is such a shame as their food was very tasty, I will not be returning again.

21/07/2025: The service is amazing the place is unreal, but the food is not nice, not tasty small portion, I ordered the salmon black risotto was horrible, no tasty the risotto was hard, my partner ordered pasta with the same problem! The hotel is amazing spa aswell, nothing to complain about it, only the restaurant unfortunately!

I stay at the hotel several times a year and have done over several years. This has been the first time I ventured into the restaurant and it will be the last time.
The menu was pretentious and they couldn't carry it off. The food was bland, overcooked and only lukewarm. It honestly was the worst meal I've experienced. To make matters worse I had an important work colleague and was highly embarrassed to subject him to the experience. He didn't enjoy the food either unfortunately. Im not sure how it is possible to get it so wrong. A simpler menu, executed properly would be a far better option than a pretentious menu they can't deliver on.

19/07/2025: Came in here with my sister , she was meeting her friend and I was meeting mine. Got served firstly by a lovely blonde girl and then by another brunette staff member. The brunette staff member did not seem happy to be there or with anyone. She gave out to my sister for moving a chair around to show her friend something and then asked them to leave because they had been there for “too long” my sister and her friend had bought multiple things in the Costa and wasn’t finished. I hate leaving a bad review because the other blonde girl was really lovely but the service from this other particular staff member was honestly appalling.
08/07/2025: Very disappointed with this coffee shop. Always dirty, tables are full with empty cups. The staff is not nice at all.
I asked for some hot water to warm baby’s food and the girls refused me, how is possible? Is not first time, everywhere I go with my baby, nobody refuses to give boiled water for baby.
It’s time to change the staff or manager need to pay attention on their behaviour.

07/06/2025: First time ordering. Drove 9min for 2 kebabs meals. Got home just to realise no drinks or chips were put in. Simple instructions not followed. Not worthy calling back for a bag of chips of a drink.

22/07/2025: I very rarely if ever post such a negative review but this had to be said. Absolutely dull and abysmal — don’t even know how the place is still open. Staff were far from polite, felt very rushed as if I were inconveniencing them. Never felt so unwelcome in all my life. There was nobody in the place and I’m not surprised. Won’t be back.
18/07/2025: If I could give no stars I would the man who works there is unbelievably rude and obnoxious he looks at you like you’ve ten heads the girls tho are lovely and will do anything to help u while he stands there and watches them weird if u ask me won’t ever be back as he just gives me weird oul vibes

02/05/2025: Food is always great, we have been getting food from here for years. Great portion sizes and prices. Always let you adapt your order which is great for a fussy eater. The service is fantastic, the man on reception does a really good job very helpful, polite and great manners.

17/08/2025: Worst pad Thai I've ever eaten, if you could call it pad Thai! It was noodles with loads of chilli's in chilli sauce, with a few pieces of chicken and carrot. Don't waste your money.
02/08/2025: I ordered chicken pad thai to be delivered via deliveroo. And what i got was noodles drenched in red sauce. No peanuts. nothing compared to a pad thai. It was extremely appaling. I called the restaurant to check and the lady who picked the call didnt even apologize or try to offer a solution. All she said was "that is how we cook pad thai"!!!
