12/10/2024: We order same thing any time we order from Tenda and the last few weeks they are not the same. Asked for chips well done....they where pale and only horrible..not well done...disappointed....bean sprouts where almost cold...for what I paid should have been way better...don't know if I'll order again

Ordered on Just Eat and order gets accepted, only for the
restaurant to ring me demanding an extra €5 for Delivery as we are outside of their usual 'delivery radius'. Of course, I refuse this as the order was originally accepted and ask them, if they wont deliver to simply refund the order.
The restaurant worker then decides to develop a horrible attitude on the phone, and after being passed around to 3 different members of staff they eventually refuse refund, telling me to contact Just Eat.
Just Eat will not provide a refund when it is processed on the user side after an order it has been accepted - and i have a feeling the staff knew this, as one of them said, "You need to take their money not mine."
Why did this restaurant originally accept this order, if they knew it was outside their usual delivery radius?
Do they just hope people cave in and pay the extra fee?
UPDATE ON THIS >>>>>>>>>>> MORNING AFTER
So apparently... Just Eat was contacted by the restaurant, and they have confirmed they 'attempted to deliver this order' and 'attempted contact via phone' - neither of which happened.
Therefore Just Eat will not process a refund.
Why would the restaurant attempt delivery after being told to cancel? After all, they originally said this was outside of their delivery radius. They were under the impression I was in the midst of getting a refund from Just Eat? Were they going to deliver the food for free?
Of course they weren't...
This is a scam.
I'm sure I'm not the first and wont be the last.

16/03/2025: Incompetent. They wanted more for delivery which I do not have cash to pay. They refuse to cancel my order so I am not able to get a refund. Their delivery prices are set up wrong which they are aware of, why would you accept the order and then refuse to cancel it. Bunch of incompetent people

15/03/2025: I don’t know what happened to the pizza max ashbourne , day by day their pizza is getting worst. Last time when i bought pizza it had bad bitter taste and burned everywhere. Nowadays the for quality i can only give 3/10
And the time takes for the preparation is not great. I have ordered for a collection in 10 min and i got it in 40 min.
13/03/2025: Worst pizza ever ordered the 8 . 88 deal with 4 toppings was given a pizza with 1 topping barely any cheese and was flat because they didn’t want to give the normal pizza , false advertising , would never go there again !

24/01/2025: Last few times I've ordered its inedible... salt salt salt no taste off noodles, chicken, rice or chips just salt even the curry sauce. No veg in anything , specifically asked for extra veg got an onion that's it. Rotten, never again .

30/03/2025: This is a honest review so you guys know if to come here the food here was just so bad the happy meal for my brother it was nit closed just opened, the burgers was in peice not together and the cheese was old and had a bit mold and hard,my mcflurry was in a random cup and it was not even half filled up it looked like it was left overs and it was so manky,the fries also was old.The place was not clean but the customer service was OK.
30/03/2025: This is probably the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been in. Absolutely filthy.

13/12/2024: First time ordering from this place. Ordered kebab meal which was 12.50 (chips and drink included) kebab was amaaazing, chips had salt and vinegar added without request which I was very happy about. In my opinion kebab by itself is worth the 12.50. Will definitely order again
10/12/2024: I was with my three friends yesterday. We ordered food from the place. The food is top quality, but a bit overpriced, though I paid €13 for a burger, chips, and a drink.

11/03/2025: Scammers. Called after 90mins waiting stating that they had a power outage, and told me to cancel the order my end. I tried (Uber) and this isn’t possible unless it’s an issue my end. Called them back, told them this, they said they would sort it. 2 hours later, I noted that the order status had updated to ‘delivered’ (never was) and had to contact Uber to get my money refunded.
10/03/2025: Scammers. We waited an hour and a half before they called and said they can't do our food because of a power cut then they couldn't cancel the order and put it as delivered later that evening. Lucky we got a refund from uber but definitely won't order from them again.
