28/11/2025: Absolutely terrible 3rd time going here decided to give it another time and every time I’ve been I’ve found hair in my food my sister was ording food and I noticed a hair in the shredded chicken and on the side of one of the containers the food is kept warm in, whwn he left we looked back in the window only to see the woman mixing the chicken up so she didn’t even throw it out never ever again will I be eating from here…..DIRT

08/11/2025: Keep an eye on the scales when ordering from the deli, they left a marker on it to get an extra few grams money out of us
05/10/2025: Everything I go into the shop to get a roll the deli staff go that fast they bearly give u time to think for example she ask me did I want my roll cut and before I said yes she had it cut and can be very rude the roll does be just slapped together wit absolutely no care it's dear enough

21/11/2025: I rarely leave bad reviews, but this one deserves it. I ordered a vegetarian pad thai, and what I got was basically a bowl of oil with a few noodles floating around. The dish was so greasy it was inedible, and it completely lacked any real flavor. For the price, this was incredibly disappointing. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.
30/10/2025: Worst Camille ever. I have been to these all around the country and eaten hundreds. This one serves the large order in one dish with the rice also in it and say it’s large 🤣🤣 it is also meant to come with two portions or fleece that you pay for. I was told at the counter this is the two portions of rice. See picture. 4 bits of chicken. Avoid. Not run in the same way or consistency. Actual joke

25/08/2024: Hidden gem. The breakfasts are unreal, great flavours and choice- all dishes looked amazing. Staff are super friendly and setting is relaxing 10/10
21/08/2024: If you would like to see the garden of Eden on a plate ask for a BLT. Never seen anything like it , a plate full of lettuce. Very hard to eat this , the bacon (also Mediterranean) physically very hard to eat , so I didn't, avoid this BLT

13/10/2024: We had eaten here a few times, just wanted a toastie. Food was tasty, but the portion was small , I ordered chips , it was tiny about 10 skinny chips . My wife had chicken bap , and it was also tasty. Again very small portion. The cost incl 2 teas cost €35. I queried the owner about size of portion, in particular chips . She said it was not raised before ,€4.50 for 10 skinny chips is excessive. I believe the owner has now retired. I was disappointed because We had always found portion size and taste very good.
20/09/2024: Really enjoyed the streak baguette from here today
Came with really fresh salad and also really fresh chips home made will definitely be back

22/03/2025: Was going to the toilet then when I herd a knok I went to hurry up then I heard somone put a coin in the door and open saw the mangers head and said what are you doing and she walked out and hid in the back room I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed
21/03/2025: Costa Coffee is always my shop of choice for coffee even when plenty others are around. Yesterday I was in the new Costa in Navan which was amazing with friendly service, but today, I popped I to Costa in Trim to pick up a muffin, drink and then I used the bathroom. I'm always polite, friendly and never forget to say please and thank you as manners cost nothing. The lady serving me was nothing short of impatient and rude. I didn't understand the toilet code she gave me and I repeated what I thought she said incorrectly. She sighed, hands on hips, rolled her eyes, waited a while and repeated herself. I get people having issues and maybe not having the best day, but I don't think I've ever come across this before. Who rolls their eyes at a customer politely asking for the door code. Definitely won't be back.

The Donkey Shed Restaurant
23/09/2024: A great hidden gem I discovered. Nice food, but even better than the food was the customer service & attention to detail. These folks need to give classes on how to serve in a restaurant. Remarkable!!
Oh, don't forget to buy some carrots for kiddos to feed the donkeys! Wait until you see the antiques shop. Get some farm fresh produce while you in there!
20/06/2024: Clean and friendly staff,food is frozen food heated up...I got ribs and chicken wings ..ribs where ok but a bit cool...chicken wings were nearly cold...the wife got chicken wings and hers were hardly heated..service was slow and no one came back after serving to see if everything was OK with food..I expect more for my money so I won't be back...
