01/08/2026: I have stoped ordering from here…always food missing!

13/07/2026: I normally order delivery from here but Saturday I decided to drive up and collect. I will never order food from here again as the waiting area is absolutely filthy so the kitchen won’t be any better. Plus the owner was shouting at a driver on the phone using very colourful language. Very unprofessional behaviour.

31/07/2026: Ordered this evening and pizza arrived as if it was carried like a book folded in the box no dips even though i ordered extra and sides were cold 3rd time complaining to them about food and delivery quality

22/07/2026: pizza was raw and the crust was uncooked and the service took 40 minutes even tho they say it will be 15 minutes and dominos in ashbourne is better

21/03/2026: Almost every time we order from Big Bites, something in the order is wrong, for example, if you order a doner kebab just with extra salad and sauces, and you're happy to pay extra for that, even then it's a 50/50 chance if you get what you asked for. The only way to get your order the exact way you asked for, is to speak with the owner. Otherwise it's a chaotic mess and there's constant delays. We live 5 minutes away from the restaurant and it took 2 hours from the time we've ordered plus 2 phone calls to deliver 1 pizza and garlic sauce. We've been regular customers for almost 10 years. This is VERY disappointing.

08/06/2026: To expensive. Over 7 euro for a small tube of rice chips and curry sause. When its cheaper in other ginzengs for example blanch and they also give you more food bc its a bigger tub. Lower your prices it’s a disgrace. No one charges over 7 euro for just a 3/1

24/10/2025: The quality of the food is really not good and the price you pay is for top quality organic foods. Had Mexican fries with chicken for 15 euro and it was pure disappointment. Coffee was decent , sandwiches are to be laughed at for 10 euro. You can pay extra for good food but this was extremely disappointing. Also, you do half the work here as there's no menus, you need to go get your sugar , your forks etc.

06/09/2025: Absolute rip off. I paid 13 euro for breakfast the other day, with tea or coffee NOT included. Half the breakfast was cold the other half was warm. I had my 4 month old with me, so I didn't bother asking for a replacement. However I will not be returning. Extortionate Prices, below average food, mediocre staff

16/08/2026: ordered a pizza the other night, delivery driver reeked of alcohol and my order was messed up. very shocking, should not have workers driving when they smell of alcohol.

14/07/2026: Don’t order from here - they send burned pizza and one of the worst pizza I ever had. Pizza was so burned that you can’t see nothing but burned out all over it.
