21/03/2026: Almost every time we order from Big Bites, something in the order is wrong, for example, if you order a doner kebab just with extra salad and sauces, and you're happy to pay extra for that, even then it's a 50/50 chance if you get what you asked for. The only way to get your order the exact way you asked for, is to speak with the owner. Otherwise it's a chaotic mess and there's constant delays. We live 5 minutes away from the restaurant and it took 2 hours from the time we've ordered plus 2 phone calls to deliver 1 pizza and garlic sauce. We've been regular customers for almost 10 years. This is VERY disappointing.

29/10/2025: THIS PLACE IS A FALSE LISTING, ITS ACTUALLY A PIZZA MAXX! We ordered from 'super charcoal grill' only to find it was a Pizza MAXX, which we have never liked. The food is terrible & gave us all food poisoning. They use the good reviews for the previous business to get custom, but it's absolutely vile food.

29/10/2025: This place is a scam... It's not super charcoal grill , when you go to collect it it's actually pizza max and the food is atrocious. The pizza was so salty no one could eat it. The chips both smelt and tasted like onions . I should also mention the chips aren't actually chips (as advertised) they are in fact fries. Manager was extremely rude and aggressive. We brought the food back as we spent €34 and none of it could be eaten and he refused to refund or do anything about it. AVOID.

14/11/2025: Horrible takeaway service and food is shocking always arrives cold or late I pay 5 euro delivery to a town literally 10 minutes away for it to consistently come late and cold pricing is ridiculous real reviews about this place have probably been taken down like this one will be but I have ordered from here for months and it’s the most inconsistent food you’ll ever eat.

24/03/2026: Ordered through deliveroo. Extremely quickly making the food. Low quality food all seem to be reheated in the containers. Rice was mushy soggy and watery. Condensation through the containers from being reheated. Dumpling not grilled. Soggy and mushy, and noodles chewy from being reheated

15/03/2026: Went today evening and ordered chicken wings and prawn dish .We were three of us and the waitress took the order very grudgingly uttering order value needs to be more .upon checking with the manager he said there is no minimum order value rule . The point is the objectionable behaviour of the waitress and she has done this before as well . You cannot treat your customers with disrespect..you can politely tell your customers that there is a minimum order value instead of showing your displeasure..We left the place without staying back and cancelled the order and informed the incident to the manager ..We shall never visit this place again and shall ensure none of our friends and acquaintances do so …

05/03/2026: I can't compliment this restaurant enough. Absolutely amazing food, spotlessly clean, attentive service and reasonably priced. We were guests couple of years before just after opening,and now years later quality and tasty food is still here. We will come back more often. Try several dishes some from the BBQ and some Currys you won't regret!
